03/04/2024: THE brasserie we like. Very good dishes, cooked on site, quite simple but really good. I had a tender lamb shank, with a very good sauce. No-frills service.

22/02/2024: While traveling in Châlons I am so disappointed not to have gone to this address sooner. A simple brasserie that doesn't look like much, but it surprises! As soon as I entered the restaurant I had the impression of encountering the smells of my grandmother's cooking. Fresh and good products, well cooked, the homemade terrine really blew me away! The staff is very pleasant. I highly recommend stopping there. And I will definitely go back. Thank you again for this past moment. I recommend !

08/05/2024: Came for lunch for 3 and a baby. The cold welcome, we had already come, same welcome thinking it was the result of a bad day. We ultimately think that it is just the systematic attitude of the manager. Semolina faced and dry, ah less cooking was missing. Portion reduced drastically. Before a portion was equivalent to 2 today and served for 1, the portion is equivalent to 1 person but served for 2 dishes. Nothing extraordinary in terms of dishes and even less in terms of service and atmosphere.

Regarding the room: Negative side: Small, no safe, no fridge, only one bottle of water (room temperature), very high temperature when we arrived, you can also hear the street. Positive side: Comfortable bedding Breakfast side: Negative side: Expired orange juice, no plate available to refill, only one person to manage everything = table not cleared, lack of condiment and food, bacon much overcooked. Positive side: There is a choice (pastries, savory, sweet, dessert (brownie, apple pie, lost brioche...) The person serving breakfast is very helpful and welcoming to our requests In conclusion: Big disappointment for a 4 star (compared to our habits) and in view of the price paid (159 for one night + 2 breakfasts), a hotel that we will not recommend and where we will not go again.
