20/09/2026: Excellent find! If you love generous pizzas, you can go there without hesitation. The crust is nice and thick, soft, and the toppings are definitely not skimpy: quality ingredients in generous portions. It was simply delicious, everyone loved it. As a bonus, the owners are lovely and incredibly kind; you immediately feel at home. A place we'll treasure and return to without hesitation!

21/08/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for two in Aix-les-Bains and, after reading the many positive reviews for L’Évasion, we decided to make a reservation. And we were so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Seated on the terrace, we appreciated the calm and pleasant atmosphere, despite the nearby foot traffic. The service was very professional, attentive, and efficient. As for the food, it was excellent: refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery and a place we highly recommend. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains.

14/08/2026: Always perfect. I come once a year and wish I could come more often. Four-star service; the owner is incredibly kind. The food is always a delight, something out of the ordinary. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend. And they also have a delicious white wine, Pakhus.

26/08/2026: Had a great meal experience at Aux Crepes. Had a savory then a sweet dessert crepe. Both were delicious. This is a small establishment with the owner running a one man show, I honestly don’t know how he does it alone but he does and does it extremely well. You can tell he loves his work. The decor is simple and nice, check out the wall light fixtures in the back dining area. The place is spotlessly clean. If I was going to be in town longer I would definitely be coming back here.

05/09/2026: A pleasant stroll at the end of August. Nice little attractions for children (rides), an idyllic setting with places to eat, ice cream, and bars. A peaceful spot.

02/09/2026: Delicious regional dishes. Very fast service. When they realized we were unfamiliar with the menu, they helped us with the cheese warmer. The house wine was also good. Prices are on the higher side, but reasonable for a great meal with good cheese and a mixed grill.

26/08/2026: The fondue was excellent and very generous! The raclette was equally delicious; we were delighted with our visit to Philybert. We'll be back!

30/07/2026: A warm welcome and top-notch home-style cooking. The owner is incredibly attentive. I came specifically for the frogs' legs and was more than satisfied with the generous portion: almost 20 plump pieces, cooked to perfection, served on a warming platter with a light and delicious parsley sauce. A delicious and very hearty potato gratin accompanied the meal. A tip for lunch: this is the place for a quality meal.

06/09/2026: This is my second visit, and I'm just as impressed as before. I love the concept: local, delicious, and high-quality products. Special mention to the waitresses who managed the service so well despite the crowd; they were incredibly kind. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a truly enjoyable meal.

05/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. All week, we tried calling to make a reservation using the Gourmet Passport, but never received an answer. On the day of our visit, we even called again in the morning, but no one answered. It was therefore impossible for us to make a reservation. Upon arrival, we asked if the Gourmet Passport was accepted. The person who greeted us told us that reservations were absolutely necessary when using the Gourmet Passport. We explained that we had tried to contact them several times without success. It's difficult to make a reservation when no one answers the phone. We decided to stay for lunch anyway. Unfortunately, the two dishes we had chosen were no longer available. In the end, several dishes on the menu were unavailable, so we left without eating. Between the lack of response to the phone, the unhelpful welcome, and a menu with several unavailable dishes, this experience was very disappointing.
