21/08/2026: We were looking for a restaurant for two in Aix-les-Bains and, after reading the many positive reviews for L’Évasion, we decided to make a reservation. And we were so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Seated on the terrace, we appreciated the calm and pleasant atmosphere, despite the nearby foot traffic. The service was very professional, attentive, and efficient. As for the food, it was excellent: refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes. A wonderful discovery and a place we highly recommend. Definitely worth trying if you're ever in Aix-les-Bains.

14/08/2026: Always perfect. I come once a year and wish I could come more often. Four-star service; the owner is incredibly kind. The food is always a delight, something out of the ordinary. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend. And they also have a delicious white wine, Pakhus.

Homemade meals: chicken and lemon tagine (it just lacks the ambiance to feel like Marrakech) and superb salmon tartare. Don't hesitate to try the desserts made by the owner. Everyone was incredibly attentive, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality of the meal.

I came specifically for the frogs' legs and was more than satisfied with the generous portion: almost 20 plump pieces, cooked to perfection, served on a warming platter with a light and delicious parsley sauce. A delicious and very hearty potato gratin accompanied the meal. A tip for lunch: this is the place for a quality meal.

13/07/2026: A very pleasant café for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or afternoon tea. The menu is varied and trendy. The atmosphere is young and dynamic. Less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, it's worth it if you have a one-hour layover, for example.
