11/06/2026: A charming restaurant ideally located in the old quarter of Aix-les-Bains. Simple yet impeccable cuisine, efficient and respectful service. Excellent value for money, except perhaps for the slightly high price of desserts considering the portion sizes. A big "I'll be back!"

27/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! Refined and original cuisine with a surprising yet delicious blend of flavors. Congratulations to the chef for taking such skillful risks. We live a bit far away (in Belgium), but if we lived in the area, this would quickly become our favorite restaurant! Just remember to keep the wine chilled in this heat. Well done in any case.

30/06/2026: In the city center, near the train station, is a semi-gastronomic restaurant with a shaded terrace. The cuisine is generous and homemade. I recommend their homemade foie gras with its garnish, as well as the chicken supreme with baby vegetables. I also particularly enjoyed the melted Saint-Marcellin cheese with truffle and a gourmet coffee, and the giant profiteroles completed the dessert. A special mention to the waitress for her humor and excellent service. The price is reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/06/2026: The crepes were absolutely delicious, well-made, and generously sized. Philippe is also very friendly and impressively quick in the kitchen and with the service (it wasn't busy that evening), considering he runs the restaurant single-handedly.
