03/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious; we tried the raclette and weren't disappointed. The atmosphere was pleasant and convivial, perfect for a lovely meal with family or friends. I highly recommend this establishment and will gladly return!

28/08/2026: I loved this lovely, well-maintained, and delicious restaurant until last night. We arrived around 8:30 pm to an empty restaurant with four uncleared tables that remained untouched all evening. Two other couples came in after us, and we could see the embarrassment in their eyes as they wondered where they would be seated. The coleslaw was tasteless, and the beef and cheese skewers were really underwhelming. The maki rolls weren't any better. I don't think I'll be going back.

20/08/2026: It's a nice, welcoming establishment, but unfortunately we waited almost an hour to be served. We understand that everything is made to order… but we were disappointed. Nevertheless, the sushi is quite good and of good quality, and the staff is friendly.

05/09/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience. The portion of kebab was extremely small compared to the price. The fries had a smell and taste that made them seem stale, like they were from the day before. Neither the quantity, nor the quality, nor the taste were up to par. Personally, I do not recommend this establishment and advise you to avoid it.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

24/08/2026: The owner and the saleswoman are very kind and pleasant. I've been coming here for a long time, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about except maybe the tables are a little sticky, but it's not a big deal. They're really nice.

30/08/2026: The bouncer was very unpleasant and refused us entry even though we had paid and bought a drink inside (we had just gone outside to smoke a cigarette with their permission!).

15/08/2026: A very unpleasant experience. We were three 24-year-old women, properly dressed, and with our driver's licenses, but we were refused entry because we looked too young and didn't have physical ID. What's most incomprehensible is that someone who arrived right after us was allowed in with a photo ID on their phone, accompanied by a completely drunk woman. This makes you wonder what the actual entry criteria are. The impression given is that the bouncers select customers based on appearance and their own whims, all while calling it "professionalism." Very disappointing and, above all, deeply unfair.

10/04/2026: Disappointed once again by this restaurant. Every time, there's a problem with the orders. Today, the soups weren't on my menu, and I got nine savory sauces when we'd asked for sweet and savory. Last time, I specifically asked for bluefin tuna because I'm allergic to salmon, and what did I get on my menu? Only salmon! In short, I won't be back this time, and I advise you against it too! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

11/07/2026: I dropped off my Vinted package and it was never sent. The woman told me she'd take care of it; I should have stayed and asked her to scan it in front of me. So I lost a package, which, judging by the reviews, I'm not surprised. Luckily it was only €3.

10/08/2026: I've been a customer at this establishment for over forty years and have always enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, since its recent reopening, I find the customer service has changed drastically. The cashier is regularly unpleasant and sometimes even argues with customers, creating a rather disagreeable atmosphere. I find this truly regrettable for an establishment that had a loyal clientele for many years. I sincerely hope that the service and respect shown to customers will improve, because after more than 40 years of patronage, it's regrettable to see such a decline.
