19/11/2024: "I am extremely disappointed by my experience at the fairground restaurant 'L'Ours Noir'. Paying €22 for a piece of piglet which turned out to be nothing more than a mountain of bones is simply unacceptable. The portion was skinny, leaving a bitter taste of injustice and frustration. For this price, we expect a generous and tasty dish, not a plate that is sorely lacking in flesh. A terrible experience that I do not recommend.
19/11/2024: we got there quite early, we were taken quickly, the service was very fast. The dishes were plentiful, the meat well cooked and the fries were delicious. We enjoyed ourselves.
The server was very smiling. The places were clean. Nothing to say.
Come early so as not to wait too long.

26/12/2024: Not a very warm welcome, I would even say unpleasant. We stayed for 30 minutes without even ordering anything, yet the room was barely full.
I don't recommend.

We came on December 1st. The professionalism of the young girls impressed me so much, the hard work with a smile and the attention to everyone.
The playlist is chosen with taste by a saleswoman who works here and that's good. Because music accompanies the presence of visitors, gives an atmosphere. Well done to you.
19/11/2024: Regularity in the pastry I am from Rouen and pass there often, as good as beautiful I recommend everyone and welcoming and helpful!

08/08/2024: When a restaurant is closed IT MUST BE SPECIFIED! We have to stop making people move for nothing. In short, everyone who wants to come know that its incompetents are closed until the end of August.

02/12/2024: Very disappointed, wait for the meal 40 minutes. Waiter who cuts us all off throughout the meal. Call me all along sir… wait to settle at least 5 minutes.
The meal was not good, we didn't even finish our plates. We ate with a stomach ache only to end up sick and not even satisfied.
I tell you to run away!

17/12/2024: Je n’ai jamais rencontré de serveur aussi DÉSAGRÉABLE et avec un tel mépris, je pense que lui faire manger des carottes ne serait pas une mauvaise idée vu l’amabilité de la personne.
Le respect n’est visiblement pas donné à tout le monde, dommage.
12/10/2024: Serveurs sympathiques , et rapides patron aux petits soins nourriture digne d’une brasserie, tout est maison . Aussi les prix sont doux pour la situation ! Merci

27/07/2024: Since the change of ownership the prices have increased significantly and the quality of the pastries is declining. We used to travel fifteen kilometers to go to this shop and recommend it to many people but it is no longer a problem.

Mr. Master Kebabier, you do not deserve your title or even that of Artisan Kebabier. Ultimately you can apply for the title of Commis Kebabier but the higher ranks are out of reach for you.
Review your meat as well as your vegetables, you torture the customer with your welcome as cold as your Harissa sauce without chili pepper.
I do not recommend to you Mr. usurper of the title of Maître Kebabier.

But the first not knowing her products to tell me look at the poster still happy that I was not a mystery shopper 😊 I'm asking for advice for sauces, it's impossible to help me in my choice other than to tell me you have the mayo etc which doesn't sting. However, being a former sales consultant, it's the basis of welcoming, knowing your products, helping the customer
I took half of a Viennese honey bread cooked like a panini to eat super classy, it was crumbling.
11 euros to spend for half a sandwich, ICE tea, a small cookie is not cheap and not super delicious
For 5 euros at McDonald's, I have a hamburger, 1 wrap, fries, drink, the menu is complete and cheaper. I won't come back very disappointed and what's more, I have a toilet
