09/06/2024: Saturday evening spent in this establishment, obviously after probable recent change of owner because decoration and menu different from those announced on the internet. Layout of the room in complete white quite modest. Heartwarming welcome. Menu composed of simple dishes, half based on fried poultry. Disappointment with the basic, tasteless canteen-style cuisine (chicken leg without sauce with fries). At that price it's quite astonishing. Dessert small piece of tasteless cold apple pie, certainly frozen. Despite everything, the meal was OK but the bill was rather high.

24/09/2024: An absolute shame! This hotel is completely abandoned to itself. The rooms are in a deplorable state, with non-existent cleanliness. The carpet is full of stains, and the duvet, without a cover, is just as dirty. The toilets are in a deplorable state, like the rest. The roller shutters don't even work properly, not going all the way down. The level of dirt is simply intolerable. It is incomprehensible that such a neglected establishment could have received three stars – it does not even deserve one. Despite an ideal location and immense potential, this hotel is a total disaster. I strongly advise against it, especially given the prices charged. An experience to escape!

21/09/2024: Decent hotel for the price. In fact, the bathroom is not very big, the mixer did not work well and for the TV only the classic channels work, but not the available applications. The room remained correct, in its original state but clean. Unfortunately it was a little cool but the pool was very tempting! Our experience remains rather positive, we were well received by the staff and there is a very beautiful view from the room

25/02/2026: The location is great, right in the old town, very close to the cathedral. The room conditions were okay, acceptable. However, the room on the first floor had absolutely no internet; I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi at all. It was like a survival exercise without internet! (≖͞_≖̥)

07/02/2026: A really cozy hotel right in the city center, yet very quiet, which I love to stay in during my business trips. Very pleasant and ideally located at a more than reasonable price – a great place to stay.

02/09/2024: C’était parfait et le repas était excellent . Une mention particulière pour l’accueil et aussi pour la serveuse qui s’appelait Salma d’une gentillesse extraordinaire.

31/08/2024: Ci siamo fermati leggendo il menù che ha una buona offerta. Qualità buona con prezzi nella media visti in Normandia. Il servizio è ok. Una buona soluzione, nel centro di Rouen, anche se turistico.
