13/06/2026: An absolutely outrageous experience. Over an hour and a half wait for an Uber Eats order, with tracking indicating that the driver had picked up the order when this was clearly not the case. Throughout this entire time, there was no clear information, no transparency, and no communication worthy of the name. The most shocking thing is the feeling of being completely ignored. No one answers, no one explains what's happening, no one seems to care about the customer or their time. It feels like as soon as the order is placed and paid for, the customer ceases to exist. Waiting is one thing, but lying or displaying misleading tracking information, then leaving the customer without a response for hours, is unacceptable. It's a total lack of professionalism, respect, and consideration for the people who order. I have never seen such a disorganized service and such indifference to customer satisfaction. If you value receiving your meal within a reasonable timeframe and being treated with a modicum of respect, look elsewhere. A disastrous experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment and I will never order from them again.

12/06/2026: WORST KFC EVER. I was greeted by a dismissive waitress who amused herself by smashing all the trays on the table and throwing the food onto them in a completely unprofessional manner. Feel free to get back to me if you want more details 😅

28/03/2026: I used to eat there 10 years ago. I went back today and I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. It was really bad; there was no flavor whatsoever, whether it was the butter chicken or the mixed grill for two. It was really not good. I ordered a mango juice, and Lassie ordered a scoop of mango ice cream with milk and ice cubes. It was truly disastrous and far too sweet. It's a shame. I won't be back.

06/02/2026: Listen, I hate coffee (well, that's what I used to say until I was 23/25, I didn't like coffee ☕️) Actually, that's not true. It's just that the first impression we were given, which is the most important, wasn't good. A lot of people drink coffee at home. Wrong! Honestly, coffee at a café isn't comparable to coffee at home (even if you have a top-of-the-line or professional machine at home). Neither Nespresso, which makes some of the best coffee, nor Sega Fredo (one of the best for home use), is comparable to coffee at a café/bar/tobacconist. And then there are some coffees that I find "strong." Or Should I say STRONG? Well, this one from Brasserie 42 St. Denis is really great 😋 I had two, absolutely fantastic. Okay, thank you very much. There are even some Parisian coffees that I find too strong, and many cafes make them too strong. This one was perfect, delicious, especially for someone who used to hate coffee. To truly appreciate coffee, you need to: 1) drink it in a cafe 2) in a glass because, yes, it doesn't taste the same in a cup (yes, I'm serious, I learned that in 2025, I had already learned to appreciate coffee in the meantime) 3) in a good cafe like this one Thank you

28/05/2026: My husband and I are always delighted to have lunch at this hospitality school! In a friendly setting, we receive a very warm welcome and are elegantly served by students who pamper us! The meals are always excellent (kudos to the instructors and students who prepare these dishes!) The manager, who is always present in the dining room during the meal, is very professional and pleasant. A woman named Samira is lovely. And all this at a great price! 😏

08/04/2026: Dinner was served in the evening. Only a classic beef tartare. Unfortunately, the mince was over-processed and resembled a paste more than mince. The fries were clearly overcooked, as they were drenched in oil and crispy. A shame, especially for my first time there; it doesn't make me want to go back.

06/06/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant. The couscous was excellent and the non-alcoholic mojito was truly delicious. The welcome is warm, and the staff are very kind and attentive. The restaurant is ideally located opposite the Basilica of Saint-Denis, which is a real plus. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this place for the quality of the food and service.

29/05/2026: We hadn't even sat down when the waiter, or perhaps the owner, started shouting that the kitchen was closed. We only wanted dessert and juice. The owner graciously agreed and took our order. After a while, we only received part of our order. We had to ask for a second dessert at the cash register. The waitress brought the dessert and threw the spoon on the table without a napkin. I'm not satisfied with the service at this place. The desserts were delicious.

18/04/2026: Expensive meal for simple food, I really don't recommend this restaurant. The only good thing is the DJ's atmosphere.

25/05/2026: €23.80 for four iced lattes, one with ice cream. We had to repeat our order eight times because one of the employees didn't understand it. At that price, you expect a minimum level of service and quality, but in the end, my friend who ordered with ice cream didn't get any, and I asked for caramel, which they didn't have. And the coffees were generally bland. However, the terrace was quite nice, even though it's close to the cars, and the couple with children next to us spilled all their coffee, which splashed us.
