18/12/2024: The person at the drive-through made a mistake by selecting “burger tomme” instead of “burger raclette” and his colleague corrected it by cashing it. When collecting the order, I ask the person if it is indeed a raclette burger, he confirms it. Arriving home, it’s a tomme burger!! 15€ for nothing. It's very dishonest (photo + ticket kept)

16/12/2024: Too bad we can't put zero, that's all you deserve, bitter and unfriendly staff, order served more than 20 minutes later, and cold and really, this Quick should be closed, it doesn't bring anything! Dismiss your team because apart from chattering among themselves they are of no use...

06/04/2026: It's shameful to run a restaurant like this. You should be visited by the health inspectors, fined, and shut down. That's all you deserve. What about people's health when they eat spoiled food, dirty hands, or just plain poor hygiene? Regarding your disgusting €30 pizzas, I don't know if this restaurant is a front, but it's definitely not trustworthy.

22/03/2026: We ordered pizzas one evening last week at 6:45 PM and waited for delivery until 8:30 PM, but it never arrived. We were given the runaround. First, the delivery hadn't even left yet; then it had, but the driver couldn't find the address; then the delivery was going to be delivered directly by car by the man who answered the phone. In short, we decided to eat something else at 9 PM, after waiting two hours for a delivery that never came and hearing a string of lies. We used to order from this Pizza Hut, which was much better, but we're very disappointed with how they're managing it now. We won't be ordering from them again!

27/03/2026: The staff prefer to talk amongst themselves rather than take care of the customers!

21/02/2026: Slow and incompetent staff. Context: 7 p.m., three people in line, two waiters at the counter. Waiting time was already around 10 minutes (!) The staff member at the counter skipped me in the line, even though I was next, and served someone who had arrived later (and positioned herself to bypass those of us who had been waiting). When I pointed it out, he shrugged and did nothing. I had to step forward and insist on my turn. He then took another five minutes to process a very simple order, a croissant and a cookie, and still managed to give me the wrong cookie. Impressive!
