16/12/2023: Je suis aller deux fois à ce restaurant y’a pas de chauffage malgré le froid pour la nourriture bof faut que je demande les sushis car toujours c’est vide et ils remplissent pas bacs et le dessert pareil y a pas assez de choix en plus c’est toujours vide plus jamais je retourne

05/07/2024: En matière de livraison c'est une catastrophe ! Manager incompétente pour trouver une solution concernant une livraison où il manquait tout sauf les boissons ! Rien n'est vérifié avec les livreurs. Nul ! le client est pris en otage et obligé de se débrouiller malgré le paiement de sa commande. Un service livraison à revoir et des formations pour les managers qui ne tiennent pas la maison.....( 47€ dont 10€ de livraison)

09/07/2024: Cockroach in the restaurant! I went to eat this afternoon, I ordered a main course then a dessert. I ate my dish then once I finished the dish I realized that there was a cockroach walking at my feet, knowing that we were sitting right next to the kitchen doors... So I discreetly went to see the sellers to inform them and get reimbursed at least for the dessert that I didn't eat but according to them it's completely normal to have cockroaches in restaurants and that I quote " there are cockroaches everywhere and at everyone's house", One of the saleswomen informed me that they knew about it, that they were trying to get them to leave, but for the moment there are still some in the restaurant and it's a shame that no one took me seriously. .. I had to wait 2 hours for the manager to reimburse me for the dessert which was not even prepared and I was entitled to an apology with a smile on my mouth (well yes it's so funny to have cockroach in his restaurant)

16/12/2024: Monday, December 16 at 3:40 p.m., I go to buy my baguette, I enter the store, the very unpleasant saleswoman looks at me in a mean way, it's my turn to be served, I don't say hello even though it's said to her, this no one complains when I take out my card to pay, on the way out I hope for an ounce of politeness and I say have a good day, no response from them even though I distinctly say they can't wait for this person to retire because It is very unpleasant to eat your bread there. I strongly advise against it because there is no know-how for the relationship between the seller and the customer. Politeness is learned from a young age and I am sure that customers flee because of this type of behavior. I will no longer return there even if the other bakeries in the area are closed.

No easel but you can't validate your order without it, so you have to be medium and guess yourself that it's 123 or go ask a teammate who is almost surprised by your question. 01/12/2024: I would like to express my dissatisfaction following my visit to this restaurant. The cutlery was not clean, the glasses too. The fries were not cooked. They had a problem with the fryer and I find it very dishonest not to have warned of this. My children also asked for a hamburger with meat cooked to medium rare. Needless to say, that was not the case. The service was also long. The waiter didn't even know what fruity wine was. I advise you to avoid this restaurant to avoid being disappointed.
