18/12/2024: The person at the drive-through made a mistake by selecting “burger tomme” instead of “burger raclette” and his colleague corrected it by cashing it. When collecting the order, I ask the person if it is indeed a raclette burger, he confirms it. Arriving home, it’s a tomme burger!! 15€ for nothing.
It's very dishonest (photo + ticket kept)
16/12/2024: Too bad we can't put zero, that's all you deserve, bitter and unfriendly staff, order served more than 20 minutes later, and cold and really, this Quick should be closed, it doesn't bring anything! Dismiss your team because apart from chattering among themselves they are of no use...
