When collecting the order, I ask the person if it is indeed a raclette burger, he confirms it. Arriving home, it’s a tomme burger!! 15€ for nothing. It's very dishonest (photo + ticket kept)

05/08/2024: TO FLEE !!! We came with 3 people, order taken quite quickly. Server who smells strongly of cigarettes. Our friend was served in about 20 minutes then but we had to wait for our dishes for 40 minutes… our friend ate alone in front of us. The other 2 tables of 10 people were served before us…. My friend ordered a salmon rice with white butter…. We served him a salmon rice curry and tomato sauce...??? At the end of the meal, the waiter wanted to clear my plate while I was still finishing my dish.... Absorbed in his head by other things. The room was crowded but he took several cigarette breaks without washing his hands and immediately serving the plates to the customer... The toilets were really dirty and impossible to wash your hands because there is no water in the tap... in short, to escape... we won't come back

16/09/2024: Hello Sunday 09/15/2024 the sales assistants in the morning opened I suppose late and were not able to serve us at 9:35 a.m....they were very poorly polite and we refused several people who, like me, work in the gallery I I hope this will be sanctioned.

18/11/2024: 0 STAR! 3 of us went to eat... all 3 of us came out with food poisoning. We are all sick then Saturday. The dishes were disgusting! Sorry there is no other term to describe them! I'm thinking of making a report because it's very serious... and I notice that the owner or the person who responds to the reviews does not realize the customer feedback which is catastrophic and who tries to alert them so that there is change . Please take into account the feedback from those who have tasted your food. Ps: Special mention for the bitter person who serves as a waitress and who was on the defensive.

R.A.S. for the service, the job is done, thank you ladies. Usually the chocolate cobblers are good as I mentioned, but today I don't know who made them, but it wasn't great, no cream, not fresh, dry, it's a shame, I remove 2 stars for this lack of rigor and quality despite the sympathy and work of the salespeople to whom I have nothing to reproach.

20/08/2024: I am disappointed with the behavior of the cooks. I parked in front of their restaurant, on the side, even though it was a parking space. I go back to my car, I grab the handle of my door, I am stunned to see my hand full of fatty frying oil! This is unacceptable behavior, in addition to the fact that I had asked one of a cook taking his cigarette pose, if it didn't bother him, not for me to park in this place (permitted). Despite this, they expressed the wish that no one parks in this place. So I give them this unfavorable opinion. But being objective, it's a good fast food.
