03/08/2026: The quality of this McDonald's is appalling. As a former crew member at McDonald's, I know exactly what I'm talking about. Three attempts and they still can't make a simple Big Tasty without lettuce. First sandwich: stale bread, hard as a rock. Second: still inedible, with pork (which I don't eat), and missing ingredients. Third: they add lettuce anyway, and to top it all off, the sandwich is made with a CBO bun, much smaller than a Big Tasty bun. At this point, it's not just a mistake, it's incompetence. The most shocking thing is the staff's attitude: not a single apology worth mentioning, a manager with astonishing passivity, and employees who laughed after my complaint as if they found the situation amusing. Respect for the customer seems to be a completely foreign concept here. As for the state of the restaurant, the trash cans are so overflowing that customers are leaving their trays on the tables. If McDonald's France management reads this review, it might be time to investigate what's going on at this restaurant, because there's clearly a serious management problem.

03/08/2026: I have never been served so badly in my entire life… dirty trays, unpleasant and mean staff… I was given the wrong drinks + really disgusting trays… and the food is cold and awful.

29/08/2026: Hello, the service was completely disorganized and poorly handled by a saleswoman who panicked, even though I'm a loyal customer. However, the tuna sandwich was generously filled and fresh; thank you to whoever made it. See you soon.

21/06/2026: For two Sundays in a row, the kitchen has closed, first at 4 PM, then today at 2:30 PM, even though the hours are listed as 10 AM - 7 PM. They also don't answer the phone. When you're starving and it's the only vegan restaurant around, it's really annoying. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!

14/07/2026: Excellent kebab; the meat was cooked perfectly to my liking and not greasy. The service from the staff was also great. We always go there when we want a kebab.

03/07/2026: Due to being a foreigner my family and I were taken advantage of at this place. I did not get a slip so I could see what I am paying for, as the bottled water had no price or the yogurt. We were ripped off and paid for a meal and only got a wrap. We are maybe in a foreign country where there is a bit of a language barrier but prices and numbers are one language. Doing this to tourists is very wrong, heartbreaking and unethical to run a business under those morals. This is stealing and degrading, and very unfortunate we had to go through an experience as such while being on holiday. Thank you but NO thank you!

26/08/2026: The salad wasn't washed, it tasted awful... the waitress was very friendly, but the prices were outrageous... not great.

15/09/2026: The four-cheese pizza was extremely salty. Impossible to eat. The dessert portion was like a gourmet coffee. It's ridiculous.

13/09/2026: A bit of a factory, but the food was well-prepared, nice place right below the hotel without having to go out.

23/06/2026: Had a long haul and decided to drop by Aéroville. Columbus Café was one of the few to be open early morning. Had a bagel and a brownie, which was quite nice. Especially in the morning when trying to grab something, stumbling on something good always makes it feel better!

12/09/2026: What a joke... Order placed at 8:01 PM, we had to insist with Deliveroo to cancel an hour and a half later because they still hadn't left the restaurant! Unbelievable!
