20/12/2025: Cold welcome. The portion of bo bun was really small compared to another customer's. The waitress removed the sauces and spices from my table, while the people next to me, who were also eating bo bun, had their sauces. There wasn't enough sauce in the dish. However, the spring rolls and the meat in the bo bun were good. Very disappointed with the quantity served for the price. I won't be going back.

08/01/2026: I'm a regular customer for pastries and sometimes bread from this bakery, which I really enjoy. The frangipane galette I bought was particularly good. However, I would have appreciated not getting an unpleasant comment about the incorrectly displayed price. It was listed as €4.50 for an individual galette and €3.60 for a slice. I ordered a slice, which was then priced at €4.50, and I pointed out that wasn't the correct price. Fine, I didn't pay the full €4.50. But I don't want to be made to feel guilty. I left without even being said goodbye! Furthermore, apparently paying by card is a problem. I'm used to paying for my pain au chocolat by card... Should I go to another bakery? Should I only go if this saleswoman isn't there?

07/01/2026: €33 for a galette des rois (king cake) for 6 people is already very expensive. But the most shocking thing is the price per slice: €3.60, making it €21.60 for 6 slices. A difference of €11.40 that's hard to justify. I mentioned it at the till, and the response was: "We're not responsible for the prices." Perhaps, but from the customer's perspective, the feeling is clear. I bought the galette out of embarrassment, and I regret it all the more because it wasn't even good: the alcoholic taste was far too strong, sickening, and absolutely not worth the price. At that price, they might as well just charge €5.50 per slice; that would at least be honest. A disappointing experience, closer to rip-off than craftsmanship. For your information, Cédric Grolet, pastry chef at Le Meurice, offers his galette des rois for €35 for 6 people! So you really have no shame! As a loyal customer, I will never set foot in your bakery again!

06/04/2026: Having regularly ordered a hot matcha with white mocha at other Starbucks locations, I ordered the same thing at the Aéroville branch. From the first sip, the taste was extremely bitter. My initial thought was that they might have forgotten to add the white mocha. Surprise: here, the mocha isn't a syrup but a puree, poured directly from a bucket. Despite this, the taste remained bitter, with a very earthy matcha flavor. It was undrinkable. The result: €7 spent on a drink I tasted and then threw away.

12/03/2026: This is the second time I've had lunch there, it's not far from my work, but no, it's expensive and not fresh. The service isn't very friendly, they rush you so you order anything, the explanation isn't clear. The menu says €14.90 with dessert, but when I ordered dessert, they charged me €17.50. The fried rice tasted like it was from leftover beef with no flavor, not fried at all, but boiled. The spring rolls were small and not hot, there was nothing in them. I don't recommend it.

19/11/2025: Very disappointed. The vegetarian rice lacked flavor and vegetables. I asked for chili peppers to be added to the dish, and they told me it would be 50 cents. €10.50 for a measly vegetarian rice dish with no meat in it. Outrageous!

18/04/2026: Excellent service from the waiters this evening (April 18th)! Fantastic welcome! The marinated chicken skewer and sweet potato fries were delicious! 😋 And the ribeye steak and fries were also great! 😮‍💨 I highly recommend this place!! 😉

13/04/2026: A very average meal. They lure you in with a free children's menu (no drinks), which might lead you to spend more on fruit juice or something else. Taste-wise, the chicken skewers were okay, however, the burger was very, very average, far too overcooked and swimming in barbecue sauce. The fries were standard, mass-produced. The seats were falling apart. The staff wore latex gloves for "hygiene" but touched everything else. In short, very mediocre and expensive for what you get.

I went to work because I booked two nights. My girlfriend came home a little drunk but conscious; she's claustrophobic. She asked the person in charge of the rooms to take her in the elevator to the 4th floor, nothing malicious. This person touched my girlfriend and repeatedly forced her to kiss him. He continued to follow her into the room. Run, I mean really run! I went into the room that evening. She had written me a letter because she was so scared to tell me and was in total stress. Run, run, run! Pay more to go somewhere else, but don't go there.

10/04/2026: Catastrophic. No welcome whatsoever. When ordering, I asked for cocktails, and the waitress replied with a surprised look, "Oh, but we're not making cocktails today!" As if I were supposed to know that. A 20-minute wait for steaks that were practically burnt, even though I had asked for them medium. A 10-minute wait to ask for an extra portion of fries, which they had apparently forgotten. And when it came time to give the children dessert, no one even asked if the adults wanted dessert. Frankly, the food and service were deplorable. There's a real lack of attention to detail. It doesn't even deserve one star.

22/03/2026: The food was good, but everything else is best avoided. On a business trip and staying at the Novotel next door, we gave in to the laziness of going out despite the mixed reviews we'd read. We should have listened to them. The only positive point was the meal: it was decent and quite tasty. Unfortunately, that didn't make up for the rest. The atmosphere is simply gloomy, punctuated by faulty, skipping music. The service is completely impersonal: no human interaction whatsoever, the staff actively avoid eye contact. You feel such a disconnect that a kind of solidarity and support naturally arises... among the neglected customers! The organization is deplorable: I had to abandon the idea of ​​ordering an appetizer because of the slow service. The sauce basket on the table contained nothing but mustard... In short, unless you're absolutely concerned about the hotel's proximity, steer clear. The food itself doesn't justify such an atmosphere.

25/02/2026: Hello, I ordered over €60 worth of food from this website, including two harira soups. It's a complete rip-off! The soup is inedible, like the watery, tasteless kind you get in a sachet that sells for €1.90 in a supermarket. The bill was €14! The chicken and lemon tagine was the same: watery, with no sauce. It's highway robbery! I do not recommend them.

09/02/2026: Extremely slow service, even when there's no one there. Unfriendly welcome and inconsistent responses from different staff members. If you want to waste time on what you're going to eat, this is the place for you. Furthermore, the presentation of the burgers is sometimes questionable (sauce overflowing) and some salads are brown inside. Also, always double-check your order.

07/02/2026: I go there often, but unfortunately, it's always a bit of a wait—usually 10 minutes to pay for your order, and another 10 minutes to pick it up. The staff seems to be doing their best, but I think they're understaffed or disorganized. Also, sometimes, not always, they forget two or three things on the order. Sometimes the McFlurry machine breaks down and leaves you without warning. It's not perfect, but I still like this McDonald's. To get your orders faster, feel free to use the McDonald's+ app from home and start preparing them when you arrive, in 10-15 minutes. PS: The drive-thru at 3 AM on foot is always a plus, thanks to them and good luck!
