13/03/2024: Ne commander pas de Mojito !!! Intoxiqué par cette boisson, nous n'avons pas apprécier notre repas qui ceci dit n'était pas mauvais. Service un peu long, le serveur au demeurant sympathique était débordé par 2 tables, tout est à réclamer (pain, eau, ...). Quel dommage pour un restaurant de quartier, il n'est pas prêt de nous revoir. Je ne le recommande pas !

22/03/2024: Ce jour je m'apprétais à aller déjeuner avec mon fils, tel fût mon étonnement lorsque un membre du personnel a demandé à mon fils de se découvrir et de retirer sa casquette. Sur cette injonction celui a refusé en demandant selon quelle article de loi le client d'un restaurant est tenu de se découvrir. Ce membre du personnel nous a demandé de le suivre,ce que nous avons faits et nous a montré une affichette indiquant " LA REPUBLIQUE SE VIT A VISAGE DECOUVERT". Cette affichette mentionne de ne pas se dissimuler le visage. Depuis quand une casquette dissimule t elle le visage? Qu'en est il des personnes portant un couvre chet pour des raisons médicales ou autres?Et je n'ose parler des femmes portant un voile!!! Malheur au porteurs de casquettes, de bob, de foulards, de bérets, turbans, bonnets,chapeaux, canotiers,et autres couvre chefs....... qui se verront refoulés de vos établissements si elles refusent de ce plier à ce diktat. Ces procédés sont discrimatoires et je suis supris qu'un groupe comme le votre puisse se préter à cette discrimation. qui ne reflète pas la politique de votre groupe tout en sachant que celui-ci exploite les enseignes QUICK ou une grande partie de ces fast foods commercialisent des produits Halal. Vous vous doutez bien que la plus grande partie de cette clientèle sont musulmanes et les femmes qui y rentrent portent le foulard. Quel contradiction avec vos restaurants AU BUREAU!!. Je pense que le restaurant du RAINCY est un franchisé, à vous de définir une politque commerciale qui ne discrimine pas et acceuil tout les clients il en va de la notoriéte de votre groupe et de l'ensemble de vos enseignes. Firstly, those who serve us lack usage skills; hello, thank you, goodbye... given the prices they charge we are not at a discounter, the products in the window do not correspond to reality, proud of what they put in your bag at the back of the shop. Bought 8 croissants 8 pain au chocolat, the saleswoman wanted to put them all in the same bag supposedly you have to pay if you want a second bag, something that is not offered, how do they do it if there are 4 of us buying 2 croissants !? The croissants are burnt, the chocolate breads are not golden unlike those in the window. Very disappointed with this purchase

07/07/2024: We celebrated my son's birthday, for his 18th birthday, everything was perfect, Florentina and the staff are very nice and the entertainer very professional. They took care of everything, I was able to enjoy the moment and my guests. The host knows how to set the mood with humor. Everyone had a great time. I have wonderful memories of it. Thank you so much. I recommend.

23/07/2024: Thieb is really not edible. It's shameful to serve an expired dish. Add mustard to cover the taste. I really don't recommend this dish. The saka saka on the other hand is delicious. The chicken is not necessarily tasty but it is edible.
