01/07/2026: 🚨 AVOID AT ALL COSTS: €171 of incompetence, arrogance, and food poisoning 🚨 Second and last time we'll ever set foot in this establishment. What was supposed to be a birthday meal with friends turned into a complete farce, and we paid for it at a premium. Catastrophic order management: €171 order, paid at the counter because their network wasn't working (understandable). We were told to expect a 10-15 minute wait. When we returned, there was a change of plans: a pizza was missing an ingredient. Faced with their mistake, we asked for a simple gesture of goodwill (a cheese-filled crust). The cook categorically and aggressively refused. When we asked to see the manager to calmly resolve the issue, the cook openly lied, saying he wasn't there, before backing down when he saw we weren't going to let it go. The cherry on top: The chef's lecture When handing us the boxes, this man had the nerve to lecture one of my friends, yelling at him and boasting about "making pizzas for a long time" and "handling €122 orders every time." Spoiler alert: Our bill was €171, so a little respect for the customers who keep your business afloat would have been the bare minimum. What about the food? Utter chaos: The pasta options were reversed and put on the wrong pizzas. The calzone arrived completely burnt on top. Inedible. The final straw: The next day, three out of four people spent the entire day in the bathroom with severe stomach pains. In addition to being unpleasant and incompetent, the staff has a serious problem with the freshness of their ingredients and the hygiene of their kitchen. An absolute disgrace. Never again.

29/06/2026: Outrageous and dishonest practices. The manager was on a FaceTime call with his family and filmed my nephew to show them, all without any permission. To cover up this completely inappropriate gesture, he pretended to "offer" us a one-liter bottle of wine, but conveniently forgot about the promotion (buy one mega pizza, get one free). The bill was much higher than expected, and, coincidentally, the receipt machine was "broken" when I asked for proof. Avoid at all costs! And to top it off, the pizzas were practically empty.

14/06/2026: The terrace was full of delivery drivers sitting and smoking, and there was a smell of gasoline. We left halfway through our meal because they were starting to argue.

13/06/2026: Check your orders before you leave! > Very disappointed! I came to McDonald's with my daughter and ordered a bag of 9 nuggets… but there were only 4 in it! I waited in line for 5 minutes to point it out, then gave up because it was taking so long. Frankly, I'm very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to the order.

25/03/2026: Excellent quality accommodation. Nothing like the usual Campanil hotels. Plus, a very good restaurant with a buffet and homemade dishes. I highly recommend it!

19/03/2026: The tour hotel is of average quality, about 1.5 hours from the center of Paris including traffic. Our room was clean, but some people complained. The breakfast was mediocre; we filled our stomachs with croissants and cheese.

15/06/2026: Not even one star! He didn't want to display the prices like that, so when you pay he'll steal your money. It's a real rip-off. A skewer for three euros, merguez sausages for four euros. A muesli salad for four euros. For six skewers on a plate of chips, it comes to €37. It's outrageous! As if we'd eaten, we'd be on the menu with starter, main course, and dessert.

24/11/2025: Today, I went to Paul to buy two wholemeal loaves and a country loaf. The cashier took my order, I paid by card, and the payment appeared immediately on my account. However, she claimed that "the till was blocked" and that the payment hadn't gone through. I showed her the proof on my phone, but she insisted: "If it's not validated on the till, it didn't go through." She then refused to give me my order. As a result, I left empty-handed, but with 9 euros debited from my account. On top of that, the service was appalling: a haughty and unpleasant attitude, as if I were lying even though I presented proof of payment. Disastrous service. I won't be going back.

06/07/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. It's a disgrace! The waiter put our food on another table. I watched them for 15 minutes. Finally, he realized he'd made a mistake, retrieved the food, and brought it back to us as if nothing had happened. We told him that wasn't acceptable, but he didn't understand because he doesn't speak French well. Communication was very difficult, and he just brought it back to us as if nothing had happened. I'm disgusted by this lack of hygiene.

21/11/2025: Order still hasn't arrived 1 hour after the announced delivery time.

31/10/2025: Whether on the website or the app, Pizza Hut claims they don't deliver to my address! We have to call them every time. It's unacceptable! Update your app and website; you're losing customers.

10/06/2026: He forgot a pizza in the order I came to pick up. He called me back to come get it, and I asked for delivery. The delivery arrived an hour later. This is unacceptable. My son didn't eat after a €130 order.

03/06/2026: A few months ago, we had food poisoning as a family. Stomach pain, vomiting, etc… judging by recent reviews, we're not the only ones. Hygiene needs to be reviewed.
