30/08/2026: Missed the fries and toy from the Happy Meal. There were four people in front of me, so they weren't too busy to say we'd make an excuse. My fault for never checking. But when you buy a Happy Meal, it's for the kids to at least get the toy ✌️ 29/08/2026: Too bad I can't leave another review Always the same story: unpleasant, slow staff who don't know what they're doing. I waited 30 minutes, even though there were a few customers, and the four ice creams were half melted (the young woman was unpleasant; I watched the whole process. She put the ice creams on the table, and they sat there for over 10 minutes before the order was ready. Why was she in such a rush with the ice creams if the order wasn't ready? I don't understand. Plus, every time a customer asks her for something, she makes a sour face and rolls her eyes 🤦‍♀️, even though it's their fault for forgetting something in the order (while I was waiting for my order, I saw two people at a table: one received their order, and the other, after 25 minutes, still hadn't received his. When he told the woman, of course she wasn't happy... Why... is it normal to take orders at the same time and for the other person to receive theirs after 25 minutes?). I think I'll go somewhere else next time. I'm done eating McDonald's. I go several times and it's always the same. I only leave reviews when I'm fed up (I always hoped something would improve...).

24/08/2026: McDonald's is truly awful. The employees are bitter, and they make so many mistakes, it's like they're doing it on purpose. The drive-thru is horrible; I've been waiting for an hour for three cars! What kind of service is this?!

14/08/2026: Hello, I wish to express my opinion, not about the food, but about the service and the poor behavior of someone who works at your restaurant. I don't know his name, but I'll describe him as a large white man from whom I collected my order. He was disrespectful and spoke to me rudely, as if I were there to eat for free. At the end, he told me I was stressing him out, even though I only asked for a glass of water. I've worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years, specializing in French cuisine. I started as a manager and am currently a director. I have never disrespected a customer, despite the stress and pressure inherent in this field. Even when you encounter disrespectful customers, you maintain control to protect the restaurant's image. This person is tarnishing your reputation. Sincerely.

06/08/2026: Hello, I came with my children to eat a meal deal. The fries were like cold cardboard, and I ordered a dry, inedible hamburger. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place for families.

16/03/2026: UPDATE 12/03/2026: no more Parma ham, information given after the order..., so I take a pepperoni pizza, half of the bottom of the pizza is burnt, I ask to have it remade, 30 min wait and nothing, I left, I still managed to get the pizza not paid for but I had to complain otherwise I would have paid for it... unbelievable.

10/02/2026: This restaurant is misleading about its products. It advertises "homemade" fries on its menu. They're not. You'll get nothing but ordinary frozen fries. The beef tartare (probably vacuum-packed from Metro) is over-seasoned and has the consistency of toothpaste. This is because it's factory-ground with a fine die, not hand-cut. In short, no enjoyment whatsoever. Furthermore, the place is extremely noisy. The acoustics desperately need improvement. Only the quick service slightly redeems this otherwise bleak establishment. Because for the prices, for what is essentially brasserie fare—undoubtedly vacuum-packed—it's not exactly a bargain.

25/07/2026: We had lunch together, and at midday, the value for money is excellent (set menu at €26). However, the service unfortunately ruined the experience. The waiter was arrogant. I had asked for my meat to be cooked rare, but it arrived medium-rare. When he took it back from the kitchen, it came back to me well-done. Even worse, he then tried to explain to me, using his phone, what rare meat actually was… A particularly condescending attitude. In the end, I finally got my meat very rare, but accompanied by looks that clearly made me feel looked down upon. It's a real shame, because this attitude significantly marred what could have been a very pleasant lunch.

19/06/2026: I came in this morning for a coffee and I saw they'd hired a new waitress, apparently named Fatma Bouchenafa! She's incredibly rude and aggressive when you look at her, even for just two seconds, like when you're taking an order. Out of politeness, you look her in the eye, but I wanted to film inside to show how nice it was, and she started getting angry all by herself, thinking I was filming her! And what's more, when you ask her for something or a favor, she prefers to chat with some of the other waiters instead of serving you! That's it, I'm never going back. I'm so sad here; it's a shame, I really enjoyed coming here.

20/07/2026: Worst hotel ever! Photos look nothing like it. Food was cold and limited. Angry staff and hairs in my bed. The hotel feels half under construction.

29/06/2026: I trusted booking.com and booked this hotel. Despite multiple negative reviews in Google and to my bad luck, all the bad Google reviews on Google were true. This hotel is a scamming hotel and they do not have air conditioning. I repeat they don't have any sort of air conditioning inside any of their rooms, and in this in the heat of Paris this summer, we were fried over whole night one night. Avoid this hotel

04/12/2025: Hotel Le Pantin – Campanile: I highly recommend it! A very warm and professional welcome. The hosts are truly welcoming. The room is lovely, clean, and spotless. The metro is right next door, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also excellent. Having stayed here, I plan to return and book again. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service. Thank you to the staff for their kindness.
