13/08/2026: Bad experience. I was very disappointed with the kebab; the smell of the meat, still soaked in oil, was beyond nauseating. I had stomach pains after eating it. The fries were bland and dry. In short, I do not recommend it.

12/08/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and filed a complaint. I found a dead cockroach, still whole, mixed with the meat in my sandwich. For everyone's sake, a health inspection is really necessary!

22/07/2026: A very bad experience at this bakery. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were bothering them. The saleswoman was cold, unwelcoming, and spoke in an unpleasant tone. She seemed annoyed at having to serve us and gave us uncomfortable looks. It's regrettable to be received this way when you're simply there to buy bread or pastries. I hope the service improves, as it really gives the bakery a bad impression.

22/07/2026: I went to this bakery and was very disappointed by the service. The elderly woman who greeted us was very unpleasant; she didn't seem interested in serving us and spoke to us disrespectfully. She appeared annoyed to be receiving customers and looked at us in a very unsettling way. This behavior is truly unfortunate, as a friendly welcome is essential in a business. I hope this situation will not be repeated for future customers.

09/02/2026: So amazing! They we’re very welcoming and high-quality. I have the apricot tart and lemon cake with coffee, delicious! Come by if you’re in the neighborhood :)

30/12/2025: The bakery was closed due to unsanitary conditions; there were mice and rats everywhere since the change of ownership. It's a disaster.

08/06/2026: The spring rolls are good, but they don't hold together. The basil beef is really not very good. It's not worth the price, which is a bit excessive. Meh.

19/09/2026: The Arab waiter is unfriendly. He doesn't say hello or "enjoy your meal."

16/09/2026: Unacceptable! My mother wasn't feeling well at all (health-wise), she needed to sit down because she was really unwell. She arrived at 4 pm, ordered, and wanted to sit down, but the woman working there told her, "No, there's no room." She told her there was (THE SEATS WERE EMPTY!). The saleswoman was annoyed that my mother wanted to sit down, given that she simply wanted to eat there, that there was space available, and that it was 4 pm! I don't understand what the problem was! And then the saleswoman had the nerve to tell my mother, "Okay, then I won't give you a tray." Seriously, if you can't be bothered to clean a table or anything else, change jobs, but it's unacceptable to pay for your order, want to eat there, and be brushed off!

22/08/2026: This restaurant leaves much to be desired. There's a ventilation problem. The smell of fried and burnt food permeates the entire restaurant. Only one out of two coffee machines is working. It's not clean. Hygiene is lacking. There's a long wait for the main courses and vegetables, and the food is mediocre and bland. The staff seems overwhelmed. This restaurant should take inspiration from the Flunch restaurants in Villeneuve d'Ascq and Louvroil to improve, as the concept is interesting. You need to make an effort.

31/08/2026: Since the renovation and staff change, nothing has gone right. The young woman who used to work here was more patient, welcoming, and worked with love; everything was perfect. Some products were missing but listed as available?! The muffins were raw inside, doughy... The latte was the only good drink. I feel like I'm bothering them, even though there are no other customers. They're bitter and unprofessional.

05/08/2026: We stopped by Columbus Café, located inside the Leroy Merlin store in Livry-Gargan. We ordered pistachio milkshakes. The cashier was serving customers alone, while another employee was present but said he was on break and didn't want to help. As a result, we waited over 20 minutes. After this long delay, the cashier informed us that they were out of pistachios. We then asked for a refund. She made us wait another 5 minutes before telling us she didn't know how to process a refund to our bank card. After we insisted, she finally returned, claiming that they did have pistachios after all. So we agreed to keep our order. But once we left, as we started drinking our drinks, we realized that it wasn't a pistachio milkshake. It was simply milkshakes with almond-flavored powder, without any pistachio flavor whatsoever. I find this behavior dishonest. Making customers believe they are receiving a product that doesn't match their order is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this establishment. Unfortunately, we are clearly not the first to experience this type of disappointment.

26/06/2026: First Pizza Hut order: they dropped the salt shaker and oil bottle on the pizza. Straight to the bin, it's inedible. Yuck!

17/06/2026: Honestly, the worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered a tuna, olive, and double cheese pizza, and the pizza had very little dry tuna, no double cheese, just dough. Disappointed. Especially since I'm used to going to the 18th arrondissement.

12/07/2026: Appalling organization. Poor customer flow management, slow service. We missed our flight because of a 40-minute queue for a sandwich we ultimately didn't buy due to the wait. But it was already too late.

09/06/2026: Food as any other Pret A Manger Service is slow.

10/08/2026: Outrageously expensive compared to other caterers. For a small container of fried rice, a small container of caramel pork, and a small container of vegetables (boiled broccoli), all to take away, I paid €17.50! I could have paid half as much at the caterers in Aéroville for similar quality. I won't be back.

07/06/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have gladly done so! Exorbitant prices, no service whatsoever. My little cousin asked for a lettuce leaf for her spring rolls, and they charged her 50 cents! I don't understand why there's no one there. I will never, ever return to your awful restaurant!

24/08/2026: Zero stars. Strange shopkeeper: nothing is displayed, they don't accept restaurant cards, and there's an enormous staff turnover. Sometimes, some people really seem like drug addicts. Sometimes, there are five of them behind the counter, between the women who cook and the sales staff, and they can't even manage the customers properly. For a simple purchase, you have to wait at least 20 minutes. You really get the impression that they ended up in this profession by default.

21/07/2026: Horrible! The prices are exorbitant and vary wildly. No prices are displayed; the price for an empty merguez sausage and fries sandwich jumps from 5 to 7 euros from one person to another. They ask what sauce you want, but the person preparing it decides to make it their own way. And the staff? They're the worst; they really need a career change. Customer service is clearly not for them.
