09/07/2024: I ordered a "Zombie" cocktail, the latter filled 1/3 of the glass (approximately a 35cl glass). On top of that, very poorly dosed: almost just rum. I had to go and ask to fill the glass with juice. My friend ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail -> same quantity. 5.50€ for 10cl of fruit juice (which was really not good). It is shameful.

27/08/2024: We came on the advice of my colleague and I have absolutely no regrets! Delicious and not fatty meat. Homemade fries, a treat! The white sauce is pure delight. Warm and friendly welcome. We are new to the town and we will come back without hesitation. Next time we will eat on the terrace which also looks great.

10/11/2024: Accueil glacial. La propriétaire de 70 ans est seule à servir donc service extra long, 3 heures. Il fait froid et l’ambiance est glaciale entre les enguelades de la proprio et le cuisinier. Le menu ne vaut pas le prix de 38€, à ce prix vous aurez des frites surgelées. La tarte tatin était très bonne. Il faut dire les mauvaises choses mais également les bonnes. Restaurant à fuir tout de même.

23/06/2024: I trust a colleague, who takes me to eat there. We find ourselves in a kind of stuffy veranda, and despite pointing out twice that it's very hot, the waitress says "yes" and leaves without opening a window or anything. The tables are so close together that we no longer move around. On the other hand, it's perfect for following the neighbors' conversation. A permanent volume that is frankly painful, where everyone speaks louder than the other to be heard. On the way out, we notice a couple sitting at a table of two at the end of a doorless corridor. Mind-boggling. Claustro friends, flee. In short, we order from a slate on the wall, written by hand. A sort of eye test. I see the dish of the day at €10, I say impeccable, let’s try it. I order rump steak skewers and fries. The meat was dry like anything, but by drowning it in mayo it was OK. As for the 10 fries, not one more, I enjoyed them. We finally get out of this nightmare, and the boss asks me for €20. My colleague and I look at each other, not sure if we understand. Yes Yes. There was "extra" on the skewers. He goes to show me the slate, and indeed, written in small letters in red chalk, I did not see this very useful mention in the distance = extra. €9.90. In addition to a risky definition of a supplement, I pay double price for my daily special. Gift. And it will be the last, I won't set foot there again.

25/05/2024: It's a shame there weren't many people there last night! It was really nice to spend a very good evening in this place, with perfect cuisine and people who listened to our desires. To recommend.!

17/09/2024: Restaurant a stone's throw from the underground city of Naours. Very good (country) bistro for lunch, you can also buy a scratch ticket or even your cigarettes because the place is also a tobacco bar. Catherine the boss welcomes you warmly, she is attentive to her customers, she loves her job, and it shows! The food is very good, the plates are generous and the value for money is unbeatable. The dishes are homemade, with seasonal products and especially local products such as the beaten maroilles cake which is a treat. You can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you again for this delicious moment at your home!

18/07/2024: Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant, très bon accueil, la patronne souriante, très aimable et attentionnée . Le chef Eddy est un excellent cuisinier et saucier !!!!! Une excellente adresse à retenir, je conseille vivement.

06/09/2024: We could not go to a rather expensive restaurant. Then over here. The outside is not very inviting, but go inside people. We had a delicious meal for really little money. Plat du jour. 15 euros, With starter or dessert 18 euros, all the trimmings 20 euros. And super tasty too.

05/09/2024: I had the opportunity to have lunch in this restaurant with my wife on August 28. she had a roast ham which was inedible because it was so hard. The waitress recognized that it was cooked the day before and reheated! shameful. I regret not having asked the boss.cdt.
