22/10/2026: Very good lunch, the mussels with Maroilles cheese were delicious, generously served, and the French toast was also very good.

19/10/2026: Simple, casual food. Friendly staff. There were six of us, including five dogs underfoot. No problem at all. They're dog-friendly.

30/04/2026: I went in today between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. I placed a small order. The employee put the sandwich next to the register and told their colleague, "My order." In the end, the person in question left, leaving me standing there. I waited while customers filed past behind me. "You were very lucky the order was for a colleague, otherwise I would have stood you up." So, to summarize your way of doing things, one person takes the customer's order, a second person handles the payment if everything is going well, or, like me today, they take the order and then leave the customer standing there. It's been a long time since I've been back to your establishment, and now I understand better why things haven't changed.

22/04/2026: Good bread and open on Sundays, which is great.

15/09/2026: The location is good and the terrace is pleasant. Our experience could have been much better if the waitress had been friendlier... I got the impression she was annoying us; she recited polite phrases without making eye contact or smiling (a very unpleasant overall impression), we waited 20 minutes before our order was taken (and even then, I only asked her when she walked right past our table without noticing us), and the payment was rushed. Luckily, the drinks made up for it (although the portion of cheddar on the fries was a bit small), but next time, we'll go somewhere else.

14/09/2026: The only problems: the toilets are constantly clogged with a foul stench, making them unusable. And the prices are quite high. Otherwise, the atmosphere is good, and the service is as pleasant as the location. It's a shame that, for such a price, the sanitary facilities aren't maintained properly.

24/04/2026: Quiet room. Noisy front door. Impeccable cleaning. Pleasant housekeeping staff. Spacious and pleasant lobby. Bring your own bottled water; the tap water is disgusting: too chlorinated. The water in the bathtub is light gray. The bedding (uncomfortable mattress, bed linen too short so it constantly leaks)

17/03/2026: Nice hotel with lovely staff who all try to be helpful. As mentioned previously in reviews rooms are slightly dated & not designed well … with doors opening awkwardly restricting space… no bottle water in room & TV not a smart one… saying all that the room was comfortable for the one night we stayed .. breakfast was really good with plenty of choice .. we had free parking at the front of the hotel which limited… We had a lovely meal in the hotel restaurant ( review on restaurant) .. the hotel served a purpose breaking our journey on our way home .. we wouldn’t hesitate using it again as the price was excellent.

06/08/2026: Upon arrival, we had no water until 6 pm, and the same thing happened the next morning... not ideal in peak season! Furthermore, the sheets weren't clean, but when I pointed it out, they took care of it immediately. The kettle smelled strongly of white vinegar (admittedly, this shows it had been cleaned, but making tea or coffee with a vinegar taste isn't exactly pleasant either). The receptionist exceptionally allowed us to have a coffee from the breakfast machine as compensation. We noticed some cobwebs above the bed... and the walls had stains and signs of wear. Perhaps it's time for a fresh coat of paint. In the hallways leading to the rooms, you'll also notice signs of wear and tear (some ceiling tiles have halos, others have black stains (mold?), others have holes...). Otherwise, the hotel is ideally located opposite the bay and has parking all around (admittedly, it's paid parking year-round (and rather expensive), but the hotel has a discount code that allows you to park for free for 4 hours).

31/07/2026: The "comfort room" rating is excessive: the bedroom/bathroom door doesn't close, the curtains are loose, and there are no shelves (in the wardrobe). Breakfast: no wholemeal bread replenished...

08/07/2026: Lovely welcome, but unfortunately the cook was sick.

16/06/2026: We popped in for a couple of beers, we sat outside in the sunshine. The service was good and the beer was better!

29/08/2026: We ordered two cappuccinos... not only were they not good, but the waiter brought our drinks and threw the crumpled receipt on the table... For €10 for two cappuccinos, we expect better.

22/08/2026: Excellent place with top-notch service, especially from Dylan, whom we're always happy to see every time we visit the White Pub. Simple, high-quality, and delicious dishes!

14/07/2026: To begin with, it's no longer a BP but an Esso. And frankly, I wouldn't call that a truck stop. It's been a very long time since I last stopped here, but it was the last time. First of all, they charge for parking without any discounts at the restaurant. The station's hours are 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekends. There are no toilets or showers, so outside of those hours, there's no Wi-Fi, no restaurant, no parking, and the buffet restaurant is very meager. Why pay for parking under these conditions? And I'm not going to pay it. Next time, I'll stop on the highway; there's no point in wasting time. They should take a page from Germany's book regarding truck stops.

30/09/2026: Perfect! A classic in St-Leu. The staff couldn't be friendlier and the kebab is amazing. Go for it!!

04/08/2026: We stopped by somewhat by chance, but it was a pleasant stop. The welcome and service were excellent. Arriving with a beach cart and a large table, we received a very warm welcome. The dining area is rather small, but the pizzas were delicious and we were served with a smile. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2026: I'd say: Surprise 😦 in the Savoyard pizza there are no potatoes, no, it's fries! And in the calzone, surprise, it's a half pizza, it's not folded in half like we're used to. And yes, surprise, by the way, we don't deliver!!! And I forgot to mention we don't have a card machine, so it's cash only. We had a whole series of very surprising things, all for €42 for 3 pizzas 🍕
