26/05/2026: Very disappointed for the past few months, a clear decline in the quality of the bread. The baguettes are getting smaller and smaller, the specialty breads the same. The taste is much worse and the baking is often very poorly monitored. We are no longer at the quality of the Marie Blachère of the past. I think I will no longer go there. What a shame, I often bought something else when I bought my bread.

03/06/2026: Having been a regular customer at this bakery for several years, I had never encountered the slightest problem. In fact, it's the best bakery in the neighborhood, in my opinion. Unfortunately, since the arrival of the waitress with glasses, the quality of service has significantly declined. This is already the third time I've been disappointed by an order prepared or served by her. The sandwiches are poorly made and seem to lack the care that was once the establishment's hallmark. On my last visit, the sandwich was completely torn, the usual egg was missing, there was very little salad compared to what is normally served, and I had to add mayonnaise myself because the bread was practically all tuna. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident, but the third time I've experienced this type of problem. It's all the more regrettable because the rest of the staff has always been professional and the service was previously impeccable. I genuinely enjoyed coming to this bakery and never thought I'd leave a negative review, but after several consecutive disappointments with this waitress, I unfortunately don't think I'll be returning. I hope this feedback will be taken into account, because this establishment deserves better.

30/05/2026: I ordered four cakes from them 15 days in advance. When I arrived at the scheduled time, none of the cakes were ready. I had to make a wasted trip. I called the bakery to check on my cakes, and they hung up on me. They offered no compensation either. I absolutely do not recommend them.

22/03/2026: A very warm welcome, pleasant and smiling, a very cozy atmosphere and decor, a varied menu, and very high-quality products. I recommend the St. Germain spritz—it's delicious!

15/05/2026: The McDonald's dining area smelled awful, and the staff were unpleasant. At that level of odor, it would have been better to temporarily close the McDonald's while they fixed the problem.

14/05/2026: I've been here several times, and each time I have a problem with my order. The last time, I saw a mouse. Then I ordered a chicken Caesar salad, which arrived without chicken—thankfully, I was eating in. In other McDonald's, they prepare the salad with the dressing mixed in, but not here. And last time, I ordered a Daim caramel McFlurry at the drive-thru, and I got a Daim McFlurry without caramel.

29/06/2026: The mussels with Maroilles cheese were very good. The desserts were far too expensive for the portion size. The crème brûlée and floating island had very little custard and a lot of egg white. Another point: the customers with their dogs were very disruptive.

12/06/2026: Hello I don't mean any harm to this chip shop, but it only serves halal meat. We are in France, and I think customers would prefer to have a choice. We shouldn't have to eat halal food when Muslims are a minority in France. Because of this choice to serve only halal meat, next time we will choose a chip shop that doesn't sell ONLY halal. This review is solely intended to inform customers that it is halal and also to inform the owners of the chip shop that customers would like to have a choice. Best of luck anyway.

08/06/2026: Avoid this chip shop at all costs! The fries were overcooked, with burnt bits of food stuck to the bottom of the fryer. The bread was defrosted, filled with so-called raclette cheese that was just a slice of processed cheese, and the steak was a mere millimeter thick, cut in half and completely overcooked! Once was enough! Truly disappointed!

04/04/2026: The restaurant was very dirty, the owner wasn't clean and didn't wash his hands, he cooked the merguez sausages in a deep fryer, I've never seen anything like it!

12/12/2025: 25 minutes for a rare hamburger No more vegetables, fries, or sauces, and it's only 1 p.m. Also, pay attention to the dishes. The glasses were very dirty, the cutlery... The tables aren't always cleaned. More choice in vegetables... supposedly all-you-can-eat. The spare ribs... They open the bag in front of the customers and slam it onto a cold plate. Not much choice in appetizers and desserts either. It's a real shame. The staff is... overwhelmed. The organization needs to be reviewed in the different areas. The toilets were clogged.

07/12/2025: The cashier was unpleasant. It was my first time using loyalty points at this Flunch. I asked him to apply them to my meal, and he told me I should have generated a barcode and presented it at the beginning of the order, saying it would save everyone time. I think it took him 20 seconds, so I apologize. I believe being pleasant to the customer is more worthwhile than wasting your 20 seconds. I usually go to the Flunch in Englos, and I've never had this kind of experience before.
