The hotel is absolutely charming, the decoration is breathtaking, the welcome exceptional and the breakfast of very high quality. The welcome is tailor-made with the layout of family rooms. We had a great time in this hotel in the city center of Castres.

Employees have the image of the boss.
I recommend that you are passing through as a tourist or on a business trip. Don't look elsewhere. You are in the right place.

Bon après avoir un peu cherché la porte d'entrée, nous nous y aventurons et nous tombons sur une équipe jeune et sympathique.
Le menu du jour proposé était parfait et copieux.
Le poisson de qualité et bien cuisiné
Et même si comme son nom l'indique, il est servit majoritairement du poisson, il y avait tout de même une alternative d'onglet de bœuf !
Une belle surprise, rare sont les restaurants de poisson dans le coin
Donc je recommande totalement

28/03/2024: Mama mia! what a great discovery for lunch, the cuisine is to die for and the team is very welcoming! The desserts are homemade and the cooked pastas are divine. A change of scenery even more appreciated by its sunny terrace near a fountain. For my part, I recommend the linguine with arugula pesto and the coffee tiramisu. I'll be back !

11/05/2024: We stayed one night in this hotel the day before a Pierre Fabre training course. We were very well received. There is a small gym and sauna available free of charge upon request. The hotel is close to the city center (20 minutes on foot) which allowed us to leave the rental car at the hotel and visit Castres. For dinner, 25€ starter + main course or main course + dessert: really very good! Breakfast is a delight, lots of choice and a full buffet! Thank you for this experience!

A pleasant moment to enjoy a top pizza
26/01/2024: We had the opportunity to visit this lovely pizzeria in a small village and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The boss and his son welcomed us with great cordiality, which made our visit even more pleasant. The wood fired pizzas were delicious, with perfectly cooked dough and quality ingredients. There were four of us and all were unanimously satisfied with our dishes. I highly recommend this address to anyone looking to enjoy excellent pizza in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

💵 I found the prices a little expensive.
🍽️ I was expecting to enjoy myself but unfortunately I didn't really like the ravioli soup, the broth was very bland and a little greasy. I also found that the pad thai didn't really taste like pad thai but more like wok-fried noodles. I was also disappointed by the chicken satay, I tasted the coconut taste much more than that of the satay sauce 😕
Unfortunately I don't recommend it but thank you very much for the warm welcome!
