Overall regarding the quality of the meal, nothing too much to complain about apart from a few fries that were still frozen, however we spent the night with stomach aches (sour stomach that will wake you up) and all 4 of us had diarrhea this morning . As for desserts... 😜 If you take the French toast with the morello cherry ice cream: An ecstasy for the taste buds. A word of advice: Remember to reserve your table because obviously, like any good restaurant, many people want to make sure they have their seats.

03/11/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant. We ate at Penjab in Belfort just an hour ago, and frankly, it was a disaster from start to finish. The appetizers were bland and poorly presented, the main courses inedible, with tasteless sauces and questionable meat. To top it all off, the prices are exorbitant for such poor quality. Frankly, nothing was right: not the taste, not the service, not the value for money. First and last time I'll ever set foot in there.

24/10/2025: We came to discover this restaurant, and what a surprise when we saw €3.50 for syrup with tap water... €7 for a bowl of rice to accompany my butter sandwich... It's scandalous to take advantage of customers so much by charging prices like that!

01/12/2025: J'ai l'habitude d'y aller souvent avec mon épouse. Nous avons pour habitude de prendre l'apéro et de commander du vin avec le repas. Donc nous ne consommons pas une carafe d'eau. Hier nous avons commandés deux salades césar et nous avons demandé une assiette de frites en supplément. La serveuse ma gentiment dit attention l'assiette de frites coute 5 € en supplément. Je trouve cela honteux. De plus ce ne sont que des frites congelées. L'huile est chère. Je ne ferai pas de bonne publicité pour cette chaine de restaurant et nous n'y retournerons jamais. HONTE.

12/10/2025: Traditional French cuisine, just the way I like it! The perch fillets, fries, and salad were just the way I like them. I highly recommend this establishment; I'll definitely be back. Reservations are required and highly recommended.

31/08/2024: We ordered 4 pieces of frog legs. Given the quantity and the price I thought that in the end the critters were going to turn into Prince Charming!!! 4 shares=100€......... Nothing to do with before. Move around, there's nothing to see....

29/01/2026: Give it a try, it's worth the trip! We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance. The setting is lovely, right by the water (we can't wait to see what it's like in the summer!). As for the food, it was absolutely fantastic; you can tell everything is homemade from start to finish. The service is on par with the overall quality of the establishment; you can feel their genuine desire to do things right.

01/01/2026: A disappointing New Year's Eve. We had high expectations for this evening, but unfortunately, the organization didn't live up to last year's. The main course arrived very late, around ten minutes before midnight, which disrupted the flow of the meal. At midnight, the dishes were still being eaten, with party favors being thrown during service, which made several guests uncomfortable. Many people left as soon as the cheese course was served. The price of €115 per person seems high considering what was offered: a glass of sparkling wine and two glasses of wine served rather informally, and carafes of water to be collected from the bar. As for the food, the lamb shank was very good, however, the flageolet beans were overcooked and, in general, the dishes lacked seasoning. Finally, the music didn't really match the advertised theme, with a very "karaoke" atmosphere at the beginning of the evening, which wasn't what we were expecting for New Year's Eve. Overall, a disappointing experience despite good intentions. We hope these comments will be helpful in improving future events.

And let's not forget Hélène and the dynamic front-of-house team for their warm welcome and impeccable service, thanks to a proactive Yessine and the ever-delightful Amélie. Every meal at the Auberge is a pleasure, a gourmet delight. So don't hesitate any longer: come, share, savor, and you'll never tire of it!

25/01/2026: The restaurant has unfortunately been closed since August 2nd, 2025. However, what I find particularly unacceptable is leaving online reservations open. It would have been wise to deactivate them immediately upon closure so that reservations could no longer be made! We arrived on Wednesday, October 8th, at lunchtime, with our reservation registered and, more importantly, CONFIRMED, only to find the doors locked, with this message displayed. Furthermore, we had an €80 gift certificate, which, moreover, cannot be refunded due to lack of funds.

20/06/2025: Came this morning to buy croissants for my colleagues, the service was great, very well received by the two ladies who looked after me, fast, simple and efficient! I will come back!
