10/04/2026: We discovered this charming inn four years ago by chance while traveling through Spain/Southern France, and this March we were delighted to enjoy another excellent lunch there. Very good, authentic cuisine. Fresh ingredients. Dishes with morels. Fantastic! And the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. For our next trips, we'll definitely plan our journey around the inn's lunchtime opening hours (it's located near the French A36). Reservations are highly recommended. It's definitely worth it!

10/04/2026: It tries to look chic, but it isn't. The price isn't justified by what you get on your plate. Sure, the presentation of the dishes is nice, but the quality isn't there. They serve canned asparagus when it's the height of asparagus season and you could easily grow fresh ones. Why serve asparagus? Pretty vinegar at €15 a plate with store-bought mayonnaise. The lamb shank is pre-cooked. It has no flavor. It's just reheated with a Jua; it's not cooked on-site, which is impossible. It has no taste, it's bland. The only decent thing was the scallops. The vegetables were steamed, crisp, and cooked just right. The only thing that was okay was the small ratatouille, which was unnecessary because it was far too much. The rice was cooked perfectly with a light lemony, vinegary flavor. The saffron sauce was good and the scallops were cooked perfectly. Given the restaurant's self-promotion, you don't expect to eat such poor quality, especially considering the level of haute cuisine. Frankly, it's worthless.

25/03/2026: My partner and I have been to La Pineta twice already, within a year, and frankly, nothing has changed. The couple (the wife in the dining room and the husband in the kitchen) are incredibly kind, a rare find these days. The ingredients are truly Italian, mmm; they're even displayed for purchase. The service is quick. And everything makes you want to come back, despite the distance between our home and the restaurant. An added bonus for us: the restaurant is dog-friendly. After his shift, the pizza chef even came to play with our dog, who is usually quite timid. We'll be back!

Today, we decided to try it and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the quality of the service, and especially by a beautiful plate of delicious meat accompanied by vegetables. 12/03/2026: Passing through on a Saturday evening with part of the team after a hockey game in Belfort, we had a reservation at La Paillotte Comtoise. They were very accommodating, as we arrived in larger numbers than expected, and they did everything they could to find a solution, including moving tables, etc. The menu is short, with a few dishes, and there's something for everyone. Everyone was delighted with the dinner, as well as the service. A very enjoyable time spent at this restaurant. P.S.: And they even had Patrimonio wine! Thank you and see you soon!
