The fried calamari was incomparable.
I've never eaten any so good.
The service was perfect, and the young waitress's smile was a lovely touch!

29/07/2026: Linguine with Mussels:
You get plain linguine without sauce, served with mussels. It comes with extra Parmesan in a small bowl and baguette.
Unfortunately, it was completely lacking in flavor and other ingredients.
I love making pasta myself and wanted a pasta dish that I couldn't easily make at home. Sadly, I was disappointed.
Desired ingredients would have included: garlic, cheese sauce or tomato sauce, salt, herbs, pepper, tomatoes, and basil as a topping!
Pizza Buffalo:
Not a whole burrata, just melted slices. The tomato sauce was far too watery, and the crust was soggy and undercooked. This is unacceptable!
We won't be coming back!

26/08/2026: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! 😱😱
Very disappointed. Mussels with broken or unopened shells were mostly on the plate. The creamy sauce was like soup with two large pieces of barnacles in it, and the mussels weren't even cleaned.
And they told me that's normal! 🙄🙄 The €30 steak was sirloin, and they had to cook it twice to get it medium-rare, but it was still not tender at all.
In the end, I spent €110 on a terrible meal.
Oh yes, the frozen fries were at least good, though. 🙏🙏

For everything else, you'll need to go to a pastry shop. The flan looks like it came from a store. The éclair is only half full. 🤷🏼
09/08/2026: I was disappointed with my tuna sandwich, which was very full of salad but had very little tuna, and the bread wasn't soft enough. Furthermore, there was no seating in the shade outside because the awning was at risk of breaking, according to the staff, and they refused to bring a table inside even though there was space. And the dining area was air-conditioned, but we couldn't even use it. With this heat, it was a shame, especially since my grandmother can't stand the heat.

05/08/2026: This is a real find - small, bright, totally low key and unpretentious. The food was simply delicious- really well considered. I had the raviolis de jour with salmon, dill and citrus oil.
The staff were delightful- lovely spoken English perfectly complimented my poor French ☺️

27/08/2026: My husband and I ordered from La Coquille tonight and it was delicious.
My husband really enjoyed his three-meat taco and his fromage blanc.
I loved my cannibal kebab wrap.
The server was very friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.
21/08/2026: We were feeling a bit peckish and were looking for somewhere affordable, quick, and above all, delicious… and we weren't disappointed at all!
The tacos are ready in 5 minutes and are nothing like the ones from the big chains: here, they're flavorful, have a great sauce, and most importantly, homemade fries, which make all the difference!
And to top it all off, there's a beautiful view of the harbor. Perfect for a quick, easy, and inexpensive meal.
I highly recommend it!

27/07/2026: We ordered takeaway pizza relatively late in the evening. The cashier was very friendly and informed us beforehand that it would take 15-20 minutes – in the end, it was even faster! The pizza tasted excellent: the dough was nice and thin, the toppings were just right, and the edges were crispy but not too hard or burnt. We'll definitely be back!

23/07/2026: Be aware that prices are not the same online as in-person. We were surprised by the difference, and if we had known those prices before booking, we wouldn't have gone.
On the other hand, the food was impeccable, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. We have no complaints there; we still had a good time (I'm tempted to say, thankfully, given the prices).
19/07/2026: A very warm welcome, fresh and delicious dishes 😋 from the aioli to the ultra-fresh seafood platter with champagne, and especially the lobster pasta – not to be missed! ... The waitress was super friendly and smiling!! We will gladly return.

22/08/2026: 8 PM, not a single customer in the shop, you get the feeling you're bothering the staff who are chatting amongst themselves! No "hello," "thank you," or "goodbye!" I ask which chocolate ice cream has the strongest cocoa flavor... the saleswoman rolls her eyes, I'm being a nuisance, she replies "that one" in an irritated tone! Amorino, the ice cream shop I definitely won't recommend!!!

The three-cheese sandwich promised Reblochon cheese, but unfortunately, it wasn't there.
The fries were dry and the Coke wasn't cold.
The staff, however, were pleasant and smiling. I'll try a different snack bar next time.

22/05/2026: Located at the entrance to Bandol, this hotel enjoys a hillside setting, offering a peaceful and verdant atmosphere. It is also close to the village, the port, and restaurants, all easily accessible on foot, which is particularly convenient for fully enjoying your stay without needing a car.
Some rooms are accessed via small private paths, surrounded by greenery, adding to the charm of the location and creating a pleasant sense of privacy.
Most rooms offer a sea view, a true feast for the eyes. They are comfortable, well-equipped, and feature good bedding. A particularly thoughtful touch is the kettle stocked with tea, herbal tea, or coffee, to be enjoyed at your leisure on the private terrace. In the morning, weather permitting, breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea and the boats – a truly magnificent experience. The breakfast offers a sweet and savory selection of high-quality products, the perfect way to start the day. One slight drawback, however, concerns parking: it's not a proper parking lot, but rather spaces located along a small road, which can sometimes make parking tricky. Furthermore, the daily parking rate may seem a bit high.
On the other hand, the room rates remain generally affordable, making this establishment a lovely place to enjoy Bandol in an enchanting setting.

01/08/2026: A chic establishment, but the food could be improved; the dishes arrive lukewarm, and a cone of fries is charged at an extra 6 euros when we had dishes costing over 25 euros… The service is slow, very slow… so slow that we didn't even want dessert.
