09/03/2024: I deplore the lack of respect from customers. We were served fries that were not fresh and had been cooked several times. In short, inedible!!! I won't go back there again. However, this brand has existed for many years. It's too bad.

21/03/2024: Small restaurant with terrace and a cozy room. The establishment is renowned for its linguine flambéed in cognac, prepared in front of you in a volume of parmesan. We chose something else and it was simply delicious!..and filling. A special mention to the truffle pizette. Well-balanced flavors, perfect cooking of the beef fillet, and efficient, warm and discreet service. A very nice discovery.

21/02/2024: A delicious moment in every sense! Fine and mastered cuisine. Balanced and tasty tastes. And beyond the pleasure of the taste buds, a warm welcome accompanied by a great show during the flambé of pasta in the wheel! A personalized exchange with all members of the team, from the kitchen to the service. Impeccable cleanliness. There were 3 of us and we had a great time in which we felt disconnected and transported to somewhere else between sweetness and pleasure! Thanks again ❤️

24/03/2024: As a native of Bandol, I really like this institution. I go here every day before college and I always get a big pitza with a mouthful of nuttel chocolate. And in general, from the variety in the menu, the devil will break his leg. And the atmosphere... mmmmm! The atmosphere in the establishment is simply perfect! I have never seen such a bright and quiet place, the staff is very polite and adequate. In the video, I captured my experience at bandol pizza. Service

We really liked the colored lighting and of course the stone vault which makes it a special place. The food is very good and the plates are generous. The chocolate profiteroles are extra and huge! 😍 The service was impeccable. And the table chairs are comfortable. Too bad the dance floor was occupied by tables. We enjoyed the music from the DJ. A restaurant to discover! 👍

30/03/2024: What has happened ? Two years ago the pizzas were fantastic and recently a "horror", without consistency, hardly any garnishes, wind!!! This is a big disappointment, of course we do not recommend this establishment.

19/03/2024: A joke about bandol... Dirty place, people bordering on rudeness when they answer the phone, filthy pizza with a salty note. A word of advice, go take a trip to the Italian border and taste what a PIZZA is. Tonight I remained stoic about such mediocrity. Quickly, a place and a pizzeria worthy of the name finally in Bandol.

05/04/2024: Average welcome from the oldest waiter and more than average quantity with the addition of 2€ more to remove mashed potatoes to replace fries!! An octopus that is missing half, with 6 shortened tentacles remaining. Well done Bandol.

24/03/2024: Very mixed experience in the Bandol Casino restaurant for Sunday brunch... The food was good, the setting very nice BUT the staff in the dining room were unpleasant, then downright aggressive. To make a long story short, we had booked a week in advance for my mother's birthday, specifying that we wanted a table with a sea view. We arrived at 11am, the room was empty. The table assigned to us was in full sun and we were very hot in this room with the greenhouse effect, due to the large windows. We ask to be moved to a table, which also has a sea view, but which is not in direct sunlight. The room manager tells us that she cannot change tables for us. We don't really understand why, given that the room is empty. She offers to move our table to the shade, which we accept but we ask to move it further than what she suggests, because one of the people would have the guardrail of the emergency stairs behind their back. She becomes very obviously annoyed and calls her manager, who introduces himself as the director. While my mother tries to resolve the situation with said manager, the room manager gets angry, for her part, by being aggressive. She addresses her colleague by saying that she is going to "turn the table over on her" (speaking of my mother), that she is going to "let us die of thirst" (referring to the fact that we were too hot ), and other aggressive and threatening utterances. The situation pretty much calmed down because we agreed to stay where they had placed us. I myself address the manager, telling him that the problem is above all that they are treating us like second-rate customers, since they give priority to customers who have not even arrived yet (and this is the first time we have come to this casino). The manager tells me that no, they don't make any preferences. However, a few dozen minutes later, casino regulars complained to change tables, and the manager changed them tables, as they requested. He places them at the table we had asked for, in the shade. Which clearly shows that we had been treated like second rate customers. My mother then complained to him and he confirmed that he had decided on this arrangement himself. The room manager calmed down and then served us in a normal way, but without any apology. It is completely understandable sometimes that we get annoyed when faced with customers, but such aggressiveness, when we formulated our requests insistently, of course, but with all the respect we owed them, was unacceptable. And the manager, not very smart, who speaks behind the counter to the lady in question, in a mocking tone (even though my mother was very close and was therefore able to hear everything), saying "ah well that will give us a bad opinion google, that’s all.” Yes dear sir, you indeed have a bad Google review, customers who are frankly shocked and who will spread the word. After checking on LinkedIn, this gentleman who presented himself as the director was not at all. On the other hand, a word for the younger waitress, with blue eyes, who was very nice, and the lady in the kitchen who sometimes came to the dining room and who was adorable with all the customers. In short, an apology from the room manager and a more benevolent attitude from the "director" would have been appreciated. Fault confessed half forgiven as they say, but here that was not the case.

18/03/2024: Very good West Indian restaurant that we really like, the positive reviews are perfectly true! The food is good, the owners friendly, the restaurant is small and so welcoming! Wink to the grumpy people who post such lousy reviews, with lots of spelling mistakes!

04/04/2024: We had a lovely time, sumptuous cuisine. I highly recommend the Truffle Rogatoni! Cozy atmosphere and tastefully chosen decoration!

02/04/2024: What a disappointment! A very nice Saint Pierre was offered to us but despite our request (undercooked) it was served to us very cooked. At the price per kilo charged, this is unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that calls itself a fish specialist. We would have appreciated a commercial gesture given the hefty bill. Kind and attentive service nonetheless but an address to avoid for fish lovers.
