21/02/2026: Absolutely incredible! Top-notch service. I recommend the rib-eye steaks, despite the price which might be a deterrent, especially the Polish breed, which is rich and flavorful. The gratin dauphinois is to die for. A must-try!

11/01/2026: We can not fault le Castelleras, the food was incredible the service impeccable. Location is beautiful even on a wet winter night it’s magnificent.
The hosts are welcoming and friendly, even very patient with my bellow par French.
I whole heartedly recommend that you visit. You won’t regret it.
We didn’t stay over but I have no doubt that it is very agréable!

14/02/2026: A delicious aroma of traditional cooking drew us to this timeless place. Small, cozy, and authentic, it had a warm, "homey" atmosphere. The pork stew with creamy polenta was absolutely divine, and our taste buds were delighted.
The desserts were varied and flavorful, with just the right amount of sweetness.

10/02/2026: We came for my sister's birthday (a group of six) and were greeted with smiles and friendliness. The atmosphere was very warm, and the food was homemade, a mix of classic and original dishes. I highly recommend it!

10/12/2025: Excellent pizza with a wood oven and top ingredients and excellent beer, very kind and welcoming, perhaps too much dessert portion... We had a good time, 👍 I can't judge the cuisine... after a day of climbing I would say very good

Staff completely overwhelmed by the event and the number of people in the restaurant.
1 hour to take our order.
3 hours total for the meal. 4 requests for the menu and the same for everything else.
It's a shame, the food was decent.
Other people left without paying after having drinks.
25/10/2025: A motorbike ride from Ramatuelle to Fayences was well worth it, as was stopping at this highly rated establishment... and for good reason! A very warm welcome at 1 p.m. despite the crowds already seated, varied cuisine, and friendly service. We chose the grilled andouillette and the veal kidneys. A real treat!

02/06/2024: Belle découverte à Fayence, entre l'église et la poste, un restaurant un peu caché, mais une savoureuse cuisine régionale avec des spécialités telles que aïoli, souris d'agneau, petits farcis (15 euros). Le service est très agréablet et attentif. La cuisine faite maison est succulente et copieuse. Belle terrine de poisson en entrée, et cafe très gourmand comme dessert pour clôturer en beauté. Prix très raisonnables. Chaudement recommandé.

la cuisine maison est excellente, et les patrons super cool, belle terrasse a coté du marché.
