03/01/2026: An exceptional location, a breathtaking view of the village of Fayence – that's already an excellent start. Friendly service, but above all, an exceptional menu featuring exquisite dishes presented with precision, cooked to perfection, classic and flavorful cuisine. For a New Year's Day lunch, diners will find, among other things, oysters, caviar, sole, black truffle, venison, flavorful sauces, and sophisticated wine pairings. Add to that an unbeatable price for the occasion, and I can only sing its praises and recommend this establishment to gourmets; everyone else is welcome. Thank you, Hermance and Quentin Joplet!

30/12/2025: A very welcoming place, excellent service. The couple were charming, very kind, and professional. The food was exceptional; we thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a Routard-approved restaurant, and we understand why, and I hope it will remain so for years to come. It's well deserved.

02/01/2026: What a surprise it was for us on the evening of January 2nd, 2026… We know the region quite well, but La Farigoulette was the surprise of 2026. We're (somewhat) used to highly rated restaurants during our travels, including a few Michelin-starred ones, but this was a real surprise. The cuisine exceeded our expectations and even (in our opinion) surpassed the quality of some 1-star establishments: The welcome was fantastic; you could feel the joy of the owner as she greeted us. The waiter was top-notch, explaining the dishes and meats with impeccable efficiency. In the kitchen, the scent of thyme fills the air. Returning from the market, like an evening of plunder, Leeks, potatoes, and onions strung together are piled haphazardly alongside the heavy meats. The chef and his wife work wonders: scrambled eggs with truffles, a marvelous pâté en croûte with its onion compote, beautiful, perfectly roasted scallops, magnificent ratatouille and gratin, Wagyu beef cooked to near-perfect precision, portions fit for a king, chocolate-peanut butter ganache tarts, all washed down with a pitcher of Château Roubine and… ice-cold sparkling water 😊 In short, as you've probably gathered, come to Fayence, climb to the top of the magnificent village, parking is easy, and you'll reach the heart of fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. We left happy and reputable 😊

12/12/2025: Exceptional cuisine: creative, generous, and delicious!! Incredible ribeye steak; I highly recommend the Black Pearl!! I don't often eat meat, but this is haute cuisine!! And it's served with excellent ratatouille and gratin dauphinois!! The razor clams with parsley sauce as a starter are incredibly delicious!! The best I've ever had!! Their homemade dried and seasoned meats are also delicious! We were welcomed with an amuse-bouche worthy of a fine dining establishment: pea velouté with truffle that day! The food is truly much better than some Michelin-starred restaurants, and I mean it! And the staff is so welcoming!! The signature cocktails are also delicious!! Bravo to this passionate couple! If I could give 10 stars!!! Can't wait to come back soon for another wonderful meal 🙏🏻😊 Thank you ❤️
