28/09/2026: A very nice restaurant with a great menu featuring a selection of red meats, from Charolais to Black Pearl. Set menu, 2 or 3 courses. The cocktails are perfect.

09/10/2026: We arrived as a group of 11 for lunch on a Friday and received a warm welcome with service that was both efficient and friendly. The presentation of the dishes and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations for a set lunch menu. Excellent value for money.

25/09/2026: We've been coming to Fayence every year for the past 15 years to recharge our batteries in September. We regularly eat at the Auberge du Château, often on Tuesday lunchtimes after the small Fayence market, where we love to stroll. The service is impeccable. The welcome is warm and friendly. The shaded terrace under the beautiful plane tree remains bright and cheerful with its little orange placemats. And the very affordable menus are refined and delicate. Beautifully presented. Delicious! Whether it's the Provençal Daube or the beef fillet! The sea bass fillet with a very light aioli is served on the side, just like at the best restaurants in its category! And the desserts! The profiteroles...to die for! This bistronomic gem is truly worth the detour! It easily deserves 5 stars in every respect!! Bravo to the whole team! 15/06/2026: We went to a musical evening. It was wonderful. The food and service were first class. We really enjoyed the music. Castellaras is a very special restaurant in a lovely location overlooking Fayence and the valley.

20/08/2026: Everything is in place for a wonderful time in one of Fayence's charming alleyways: well-prepared local cuisine, very friendly service, and a peaceful atmosphere on the shaded terrace. A place to discover without hesitation... Go there, it's fantastic!

13/08/2026: We visited this restaurant with a couple of friends on August 12, 2026. It was an excellent Provençal culinary experience from aperitif to dessert. Bravo to the restaurateurs! Your dishes managed to outshine the eclipse. Séverine and Fred

10/10/2026: The pizza dough was excellent, neither too thin nor too thick, a perfect balance. The pizzas are generously topped, thanks to the chef who filled them so lavishly and delighted our appetites. A wide selection of pizzas is available; there's something for everyone. Were you hesitating until now? Then hesitate no more, you won't regret it.

10/10/2026: Honestly, this is a rip-off. Supposedly, it contained chicken tenders, rösti, Emmental cheese, cheddar cheese, and iceberg lettuce. I didn't get any tenders, just a few tasteless bits of chicken breast, nor any Emmental cheese, nor any rösti. Honestly, €14 for this is highway robbery. Here's a picture of the pizza with lettuce, a slice of processed cheese, and two pickles that look like they're chasing each other. It's truly shameful. I feel like I've been robbed.

29/07/2026: Went for dinner at Moulin de la Camandoule and it was one of the best meals of the trip! The pricing was very reasonable, we did the 50€ 3 course dinner and it did not disappoint. The best dish by far was the braised beef, it just melts in your mouth. The duck was also quite good. You get a beautiful view of Fayence since this is at the bottom of the town and if you’re travelling in the summer, 7pm - 8pm is a great time for your reservation because you’ll get to see the sunset on the town of Fayence which is very nice.

24/06/2026: We had the most wonderful experience at the Moulin de la Camandoule. The setting is absolutely magical; one of those rare places where the food, the setting and the entire team come together perfectly. Every dish full of authentic flavours and the team very attentive, professional, warm and genuinely passionate about their job. A true gem in the Pays de Fayence that we will gladly return to. We wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you, Dominique and your entire team!

19/08/2026: We visited twice during our stay in St Paul en forêt. Amazing personell in a lovely scenic environment! Plates are prepared to perfection and taste extraordinary. Please do visit this restaurant when you are in the neighborhood. Even if you are not in the neighborhood, it's definitely worth to drive some extra miles! Merci beaucoup le France restaurant!

30/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice in one week. Both times the food was delicious and expertly prepared, accompanied by excellent, attentive service. We'd gladly return. Reservations recommended.

19/09/2026: A lovely time at La Farandole. I had the wood-fired cooked salmon with mixed vegetables. It was delicious.

18/09/2026: Well, as there English and my French left a lot to be desired. Together we worked it out. The food was amazing. And would eat here again with a doubt. Very friendly
