12/08/2026: An absolute highlight in Avignon – a pure explosion of flavor! During our visit to Avignon, we were incredibly lucky to discover this wonderful little restaurant in advance and reserve a table for a three-course dinner. Advance reservations are essential, as the restaurant has very limited seating. The unique aspect: all the dishes are freshly cooked and served by the same fantastic person! Although we arrived half an hour early, we received an extremely warm welcome. With the sweltering temperatures outside, we were incredibly grateful to be seated directly in the pleasantly air-conditioned interior. The menu is intentionally small, but offers something to suit every taste. Since there were four of us, we were able to sample everything on offer. The result was clear: we were simply blown away! Every dish – whether appetizer, main course, or dessert – was a visual masterpiece. The flavors were a true explosion; we have rarely eaten at such a high level. Although we arrived half an hour early, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The service, quality, and value for money here are absolutely world-class. Thank you so much for this unforgettable evening and this culinary experience! We will definitely be back.

07/07/2026: The setting is warm and inviting, the welcome is top-notch, and the owner is incredibly attentive from start to finish. You can tell she loves hosting, and that makes all the difference. The dishes are generous, prepared with quality ingredients and, above all, with a lot of care. As for the meat… perfectly cooked! I highly recommend it. For once, there was no need to play the "rare, medium, or well-done" game: it was exactly what we asked for. A place where you eat well, have a great time, and leave wanting to come back. The service is also terrible; they spilled sauce on us, and when we looked at the receipt, we were charged more than the prices on the menu. A real tourist trap, avoid it at all costs…

01/08/2026: Hello! Excellent wood-fired pizzas. Top-notch service with lovely waiters. And a very professional owner at the helm. It's worth noting that this is one of the few restaurants that doesn't raise its prices during the festival. I went there three times during the festival and was never disappointed.

28/05/2026: I was looking for a restaurant in an alley near the Place de la Campanile in Avignon. I had originally planned to try a relaxed, French-style roadside dining and drinking experience, but this place felt very special. It was like stepping into a cave-like castle, and it had a good Google rating 👍. The food was absolutely amazing! Even though we couldn't speak the language, the owner was incredibly friendly and humorous, making it a wonderful evening in Avignon, France 🎑!

16/08/2026: Charming hotel on the island between Avignon and Villeneuve. Spacious rooms in a traditional French manor house with a pool, which we much appreciated. Welcoming hosts and two nice dogs!

The pizzas were delicious, as were the other dishes we ordered. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this restaurant. 11/08/2026: A very good, quiet restaurant with excellent food. We had a wonderful time. I rarely leave reviews, but this somewhat balances out the completely false 1/5 rating from a dishonest and malicious person. Because honestly, for us and apparently for the other people around us, expectations were low, and everything was perfect.

07/08/2026: I live in the neighborhood and we often go to Nawak as a family... Always an absolute treat! The dishes are unpretentious yet original and very well executed, and of course, the same goes for the appetizers and desserts. As a big foodie, I recommend the strawberry pavlova or the chocolate mousse if they're on offer during your visit; you won't be disappointed. The service is top-notch, and above all, the prices... for this quality, the price is very reasonable. I challenge you to find a restaurant in Avignon that offers dishes as good and fresh as those at Nawak, for the same price... impossible!
