The Vietnamese cuisine is absolutely delicious, authentic, bursting with flavor, with that homemade touch we love. Everything is prepared with care, and it shows. And above all, the service is incredible: the brothers who run the restaurant are lovely, always smiling and attentive. You really feel at home there. 31/05/2026: A neighborhood, family-run restaurant located in Bastille, with authentic, typical cuisine, generous portions, and excellent prices. That's how I would define Impressions! Everything here transports you to Vietnam, a country so culturally rich. We ordered simple dishes, but strongly linked to the country's gastronomy. If you want wines at good prices, they have them; and Saigon beer, too. As it's small, I suggest arriving before peak hours.

13/05/2026: A small, authentic Vietnamese restaurant, the food is delicious. The portions are generous. The dishes are worthy of those found in Vietnam 🥰 I absolutely recommend the spring rolls or chả giò (they even have several options, including vegetarian ones) – homemade and fried to perfection! The staff are genuinely Vietnamese, which is rare.

16/05/2026: The first few minutes were a bit confusing, but a minor issue was disrupting the service. I didn't regret my trust and I've finally found my go-to Asian restaurant in Vannes. The food is generous and delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. And it's not too far from my place! :)

24/05/2026: The restaurant is very pretty and well-decorated. The staff is very kind, smiling, and helpful. However, our opinion is very mixed regarding the takeout service. We ordered three salads. After a good 30-minute wait, we received three small cardboard boxes and salad wrapped in aluminum foil. Surprising... The same goes for the carafe of wine, which was served in a plastic container. The portions were small... and there was no dressing in the chicken salad. There were no cutlery or napkins either... Despite these few negative points, the quality is still there, with fresh ingredients.

01/05/2026: Superb back terrace, lovely decor, and incredibly welcoming staff. The food is delicious; the fried wontons and beef loc lac are probably the best I've ever had. A great find and one I highly recommend. I'll be back!

06/04/2026: 2026: The storefront is starting to show its age, and badly; something needs to be done. Still no dine-in service, but I only come in the off-season. January 2024: Takeout only. Open every lunchtime except Sunday, and in the evening, even on Sundays. Comprehensive menu of Vietnamese specialties, decent food; we generally enjoyed all the dishes except for one or two out of three orders for four people. Very reasonable prices.
