25/09/2024: Really great food and the owner was really nice and helped accommodate for my husband's peanut and tree nut allergy which was great as it is a Vietnamese restaurant. I recommend it 100%! Lacquered duck: 5/5 nice portion of crispy skin duck. Everything in the dish paired well with it Beef Pho: 5/5 the broth was nice and clean and came with a lot of meat Spring rolls (mixed): 5/5 all the spring rolls were nice and crispy. Wrapped in the lettuce and other herbs, it was a nice crunchy bite.

17/09/2024: Refined and homemade cuisine 😋 I ate my first non-frozen shrimp ravioli 🤩 Missing perfectly ripe ☺️ Discreet and efficient service. Great value for money. I'm going to have a hard time going to other Asian restaurants 😅 I recommend 100%

08/10/2025: So... how can I put this? I think this is the first time I've seen a snack bar so unconcerned about its customers. I order a dürüm, and there may have been a misunderstanding about the meat—okay, it happens. But when I notice they're preparing chicken and point it out right away, they calmly reply, "Oh, well, now it's too late, the chicken is cooked." Sorry? Too late for what exactly? The dürüm wasn't paid for, wasn't served, wasn't rolled... just a bit of chicken on the griddle. So, in fact, it's mostly too late to show common sense, apparently. Refusing to reorder in such a simple situation isn't just a lack of professionalism, it's downright indifferent. And the tone used, bordering on condescending, didn't help matters. In short, no respect, no service, and clearly no desire to build customer loyalty. Too bad, but very clear: I won't set foot here again.

04/11/2024: Small restaurant, with dishes with an immense smell and taste 👍 The prices are reasonable in relation to the quantity on the plate. I highly recommend. They also offer takeaway.

21/10/2025: So leave this good manager alone, it's his style and we don't have the same standards :-) Every time my Vietnamese wife and I have fun knowing what sauce we're going to eat because deep down, he's very nice. The food is really very good. 3 or 4 typical sauces are missing from the tables, which would prevent us from asking the big bad wolf hehe! Remember to book!

07/12/2025: Horrible, avoid at all costs! After eating at this restaurant, I was sick all night and even vomited. Furthermore, the food wasn't good at all; it was served cold after 40 minutes, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.

06/12/2025: It took 45 minutes to get our food, even though the restaurant was empty. The value for money is very poor. I strongly advise against going there!

12/12/2025: During my visit on November 21, 2025, I found the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet on weekdays to be €16.90. The restaurant isn't very large and isn't suitable for groups. The dishes are served in small portions and aren't always replenished. They're the same price as some places five times larger, and the quality isn't any better—quite the opposite, in fact—and there's very little choice. Returning on December 12, 2025, the all-you-can-eat lunch buffet on weekdays is now €17.90... too expensive for the limited selection. It's a shame, as the restaurant is already small and they only offer tiny pieces of meat for grilling and very little variety (one sirloin steak cut into three pieces for the entire restaurant), no fish for the wok, just a few prawns thrown in here and there, and some other sort of... I don't know what it is (nothing is indicated), and large mussels that aren't very good. The fried appetizers also seem to be served sparingly... a few sushi items, which are quite good, and a few other prepared dishes. For Montbard, I'd say it's still acceptable...

28/10/2025: One star, but if I could give zero, I would… The service is a disaster, unhelpful, rolls their eyes when you ask for a bottle of water, very little food, nasty looks, doesn't clear the table, run away from it all!!!!!!!!

31/08/2024: We rediscovered this completely transformed place! It is truly the Phoenix that is reborn from these ashes! Excellence of places with refined decorations as much as their cuisine! I enjoyed the sushi bar, the “Plancha” grill, the wok and even the soups!!! We won't tell you about the well-stocked rest which exudes freshness and know-how! Well done !
