28/02/2026: SUPERB EXPERIENCE. The food is delicious. It had been a long time since we'd eaten such good Asian dishes. It was healthy food, because despite everything I ate, I had no trouble finishing my dessert.
The staff is friendly and the service is quite fast.

The organization was top-notch, absolutely flawless, everything flowed smoothly and effortlessly. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and above all, incredibly tasty—everyone thoroughly enjoyed them!

We ordered two sandwiches: one with beef and one with shrimp.
Overall, we enjoyed them, but personally I think the prices are a bit high for sandwiches.

A perfect welcome! A variety of menu options and à la carte choices at prices affordable for everyone.
A wide selection of excellent dishes on the menu! Be warned if you have a small appetite, as the portions are very generous! The house cocktail is divine.
I want to commend the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I highly recommend this restaurant.

An hour's wait...
Furthermore, the pho soup is not traditional pho; it lacks ingredients, such as pot roast meat or beef meatballs.
Most of the positive reviews are from European customers who are not fully familiar with authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
06/03/2026: The welcome is truly warm. The owner is incredibly kind. The pho-style soups are offered in medium or large sizes. He himself says, "It's filled to the brim," so size L is for those with a big appetite. The dim sum were also excellent. Rue Elie Gintrac has had a bad reputation lately, but it would be a shame to miss this little restaurant, which is well worth the trip 😊
