31/08/2024: We rediscovered this completely transformed place! It is truly the Phoenix that is reborn from these ashes! Excellence of places with refined decorations as much as their cuisine! I enjoyed the sushi bar, the “Plancha” grill, the wok and even the soups!!! We won't tell you about the well-stocked rest which exudes freshness and know-how! Well done ! 27/08/2024: We tried the Kebab this morning after hearing some rumors saying that it was the best in Épernay. As the waitress reminded us: there is no smoke without fire! We ate the sandwich in the rain on the way home, and actually, it was delicious! The meat was seasoned perfectly, and the bread was not flattened like in other restaurants. €10.50 for a kebab, a drink and fries. Whether it’s the welcome (at 11 a.m., barely open) or the taste, you know what… THE RUMOR SEEMS TO BE TRUE 🤤

22/11/2024: Small sandwich, very lightly garnished with carrots and cucumber but mostly filled with pieces of fat and chicken skin. Instead of cutting the coriander into pieces, we find large stalks in the sandwich, it's really neither tasty nor practical. I don't recommend.

09/07/2024: After a long weekend, my girlfriend and I wanted to eat out to relax and we came across this gem. Very warm welcome, fast service and the dishes were tasty. I absolutely recommend one of the best bo buns I have eaten. We will come back for sure!

20/06/2024: Enfin un restaurant asiatique authentique un petit restaurant, pas très grand, mais grand en cœur et en Qualité enfin, un restaurant vietnamien digne de la hauteur, les plats sont bons frais goûteux et de qualité. La cuisine de madame Lama est à la hauteur d’elle-même, une cuisine familiale avec un grand cœur. Vous saurez reçu par son équipe et elle-même tous les jours de la semaine. les nems sont faits Maison , les Béné crevettes sont faits maison. Les nouilles sont fait maison des bouillon cuit des minutes de qualité. Je vous le recommande 25 ans d’expérience Aubervilliers une pépite

11/01/2025: I don't know if the two people who served us are there every day but they clearly don't like working here, they are not welcoming at all and when they came to ask me what I wanted I got the feeling of disturbing them. The dishes are not great, except the shrimp which are really terrible and have a rather worrying taste.

17/09/2024: A lunch with 3 other colleagues. I ordered a beef Pho soup for €9.90. the quality was really bad. The soup was way too sweet. It lacks a lot of ingredients compared to other restaurants. There wasn't even a slice of lemon offered. The quantity was insufficient compared to the price 9.90€. The boss should have specified in the menu if it is a starter. I often eat Pho soup in Vietnamese restaurants. This kind of unpleasant surprise is the first time. When I added the bill, the owner's response surprised me even more: many tourist customers come here to eat. They don't care if the quality of the Pho soup. The service was OK, but not fast. If you are in a hurry for lunch, you have to be patient. It was Tuesday lunchtime in mid-September, the restaurant was full. The door was closed without air conditioning. The air in the restaurant does not circulate.

08/09/2024: Very good! The steamed assortment is great, the pho soup is hearty and excellent, the spring rolls are tasty and fresh, and the vermicels are delicious. The boss has a sense of humor and is smiling. We ordered takeaway and we were offered the chips. Top!
