12/08/2024: Big disappointment, "home" cooking I don't believe it, given the list of dishes offered and the speed at which we were served. Flavorless dishes, I ate just because I was super hungry.
But above all, don't ask the waitress anything, she is a little more overwhelmed with each question, as for if you ask about the allergens present in the meal... she will very quickly show her annoyance, right up until payment!

18/08/2024: Pretty average to be frank. Perhaps it is because I lived in Toronto for over 10 years and had lots of good authentic Vietnamese food. In comparison, this place was not to par.
First, the lack of proper condiments on the table should have been a red flag. Second, there was no fresh Culantro (Ngò gai) or bean sprouts that should have came with the pho 🍜.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this place. I am sure there are better options in Paris.
12/08/2024: Bad experience. Food is average with not-Asian, not-French localized, not-Fusion. I am not sure what I was eating. Service is the worst, owner assured I can finish the food hence did not want to tell me pork skewer is main dish and not appetizer. Of course, main dish is more expensive. Beef Pho is so basic that totally overpriced compared to others. Atmosphere? Why you did not turn on AC in 36 degrees Paris?

02/09/2024: We ate well. The portions are generous and the dishes are good for a reasonable price. Special mention for the waitress who was very friendly. To try!
09/07/2024: After a long weekend, my girlfriend and I wanted to eat out to relax and we came across this gem. Very warm welcome, fast service and the dishes were tasty. I absolutely recommend one of the best bo buns I have eaten. We will come back for sure!

04/09/2024: Great ! Order placed via Deliveroo and I enjoyed it. Spring rolls and Chinese ravioli at the top!
The caramel pork and pineapple chicken were good.
The Bo bun consumer noted a small excess of lemongrass. However, all the plates were emptied.
I recommend 👍🏻

I was very delighted to discover that a charming young girl at the counter served us very well and quickly.

13/09/2024: Nous revenons de temps en temps et nous sommes toujours ravis de manger les délicieux bo bun, les entrées très originales et déguster certaines boissons inédites pour nous mais fort agréables !
En plus grâce au patron ,par sa gentillesse et ses conseils ,
nous venons de passer un bien agréable moment

26/08/2024: I didn't like the choice of oat-tofu mixture as protein in the bahn mi at all. It's a shame because it could be really good but the texture is not at all the right one for this style of sandwich.

09/09/2024: The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired, and there was quite a wait before receiving my dish. However, the plate had been carefully prepared and the meal was quite good. (Even if a little expensive, I was charged €14 for my plate with the drink…)
31/08/2024: I stopped by Boss Boss to pick up a package, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It was a hot day, and as soon as I walked in, they offered me a glass of cold water and a tissue to blot my face. Their thoughtfulness made a simple errand so much more pleasant. Excellent customer service!

16/07/2024: Very cold welcome, it seemed like they wanted us to eat in 2 minutes and free up the place, yet there was no one there!!!
I threw up everything half an hour later, meat not well cooked, not to mention the smell 🤮
If I get sick, I will notify the relevant services!!!

10/08/2024: I've been coming here for decades and I eat there or take away. The welcome is always superb and the young couple who have taken over the reins of the brand are very friendly. All products are cooked on site and are very good. My favorites: crispy chicken and shrimp turnovers 😋😋. I enjoy it every time.

10/06/2024: Le pire sandwich vietnamien que j'ai pu manger à 7€50 toute de même.
Pain blanc de supermarché, garniture viande peu importante et le tout sans aucune saveur.
Si la cuisine est du meme topo , je n'y remettrais pas les pieds de sitôt.

08/08/2024: This is not the ideal restaurant to visit when you are either in a hurry or otherwise very hungry. It takes forever for the food to be served. It took 45 minutes for our starter to be served. We were there about 10 minutes after opening time, around 7:10 pm and it turned out that the ris cantonese was already gone. The excuse was: many take-away orders. This was also the excuse/answer to all the questions we had during the long evening. A basket with 5 pieces of prawn crackers was put on the table on the house. Considering the long wait this was a welcome gesture. When asked if we could have a few more pieces of prawn crackers we got the answer "I'll go and have a look" the waitress came back with 2 pieces and added "we don't have any more". At one point we were the only table. Even then the waitress managed to forget a simple order for an extra bottle of Orezza (we are still waiting for the bottle of Orezza).
Okay enough about the less pleasant aspects: the food was incredibly tasty, both our starter, main course and dessert tasted excellent. Will we eat here again? No, we think that chance is very small, perhaps take-away is an option because that apparently takes precedence at Tam Tam Saigon.
03/08/2024: Nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce restaurant dans une rue piétonne de l’île rousse où nous avons dîner en terrasse.
Accueil agréable, situation calme carte avec du choix ;)
Le service est un peu long mais tous les plats sont fait la minute ! Nous avons très bien mangé.
