15/07/2024: Disgusting, long, expensive (17.50 a taco, a fries and 2 drinks) on my tacos there was burnt fat which probably comes from a sandwich cooked 3 weeks before given the state of the restaurant.
I took a fries for my daughter.... She is sick and vomits.... A shame!!!!

08/12/2024: Nous avons pris des milkshakes vanille les gobelets déjà petits étaient presque vide 2,50€ pour trois gorgées c’est abusé nous sommes passés au drive la prochaine fois on ouvrira les gobelets pour vérifier !!!

Rude and dishonest staff regarding prices, adds non-existent dishes to the bill! I'm not even talking about the excessive prices compared to the mediocre quantities! The food is inedible, I got gastro from which I cannot cure!!

01/12/2024: Numéro de ticket de caisse numéro DT 86 Passage hier soir à 20h04 deux repas commandés à emporter pour la somme de 38 € il comprenait de MBO MC extrême et des frites plus les boissons et un dessert. Les deux Big Mac avec des steaks hachés surcuits durs comme du bois et des frites qui avaient dû être maintenues au chaud et qui étaient quasiment immangeables. Le temps de rentrer à bruyères et mon bureau aussi sous cette minute à table aussitôt bien que ce n'était pas refroidi. Pire souvenir que nous avons de McDo dans lequel je ne suis pas près de remettre les pieds à ce prix j'aurais pu avoir deux repas corrects au restaurant. À bannir, je pense qu'avec le numéro laissé vous avez mes coordonnées et vous pouvez me contacter je peux vous présenter la personne qui m'a accompagné également. Quand on voit les pubs à la télé par rapport à ce que l'on a je dirais publicité mensongère puissance 10.

It is important that sales professionals treat each customer with respect and consideration, creating a welcoming environment conducive to harmonious interactions.
27/07/2024: Apart from the very practical side of the Drive, it is a friendly and well-stocked place which easily meets our daily needs. I recommend the “catering” section as well as the wide choice of pastries! I don't forget the staff, always ready to resolve the slightest problem. Their help is invaluable to the elderly (among others).

17/08/2024: At the drive-thru the team is very rude, no hellos, nothing at all, the waiter skipped us for at least 5 minutes and they take 20 minutes to make a mc first menu, it's very disappointing.

02/12/2024: Equipe du drive incompétente, du manager aux employés. Erreurs constantes sur les commandes, ces clowns ont réussis a oublier 2 happy meal, erreurs sur les boissons. Et bien sûr c'est le client qui ment!!

21/08/2024: Nous y avons déjeunés en famille avec nos enfants. Les plats étaient très bon, mais c’est tout. Nous avons eu la sensation de déranger, peut-être que les serveurs et le personnel ne souhaitent pas recevoir de Famille. Alors n’hésitez pas à y aller seul. Il y a d’autres restaurants à proximité qui seraient sans doute plus adapté. En tout cas nous n’y remettrons plus les pieds.

28/03/2024: The air conditioning in the room is loud, if you are sensitive to noise you should have ear plugs with you.
28/03/2024: The hotel, hallway, and rooms smelled of charcoal smoke assuming from the wood burning fire place in the lobby. It was not pleasing to someone who is sensitive to smoke. The AC unit did not work in the room and the front door took forever to close, it seemed the tension needs to be adjusted. The breakfast is the same everyday with no alternate options. The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was great and attentive. The hotel is dated but clean. The Bar has the bare minimum and selections are limited.

20/05/2024: Service not great, dirty dishes, cutting different cakes with the same utensils. Cigarette smoke in the room, really overcooked rice. Storage of cakes outside the cold room. Candles burning the cake. Champagne served 32 minutes before the cake. Really bad experience.
