05/12/2025: The hotel is located in a quiet area, with plenty of parking; I was even able to park a 20m³ van! The manager was very welcoming, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which was fantastic! The room was also very nice, the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the TV, which couldn't find any channels (room 8); but for one night, it wasn't a big deal. The small bottle of water provided was a nice touch! Meals at the hotel were also good, with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, served directly at the table; to be picky, I'd say an egg and a slice of bacon would have been perfect 🤙 Looking forward to returning! 🙂

07/02/2026: I never leave reviews, but this is the last straw. The kebab itself is incredibly good, truly the best I've ever had in Laon, and I've lived here for almost 30 years. However, they ask you what you want to drink and give you the exact opposite. I was served cold Oasis fries in 10 seconds when I asked for iced tea, and no sauce even though they asked me twice. I just got back and I won't be going back. €15 for a meal and in the end, it disgusted me. I'm not even hungry anymore! Shameful.

01/02/2026: The kebabs are always excellent (and the tenders are just as good). The hygiene is impeccable, and the service is always fast. Philippe runs his business with a master's touch. I highly recommend it.

13/02/2026: A very warm welcome. The waiter was very friendly and efficient. The scallops were delicious and the duck with pineapple was wonderful. And best of all, unlike all-you-can-eat buffets, the dishes were served piping hot. We'll definitely be back with our family and children.

24/01/2026: I went there one evening intending to get a takeaway meal. The welcome was anything but friendly. I took the menu leaflet, but instead the waiter gave me the menu for dine-in customers and then left. They only had rather expensive items, no set menu. I left and have no desire to go back. In any case, the smell of stale reheated food in the air had rather put me off my appetite.

06/02/2026: I ordered a pepperoni pizza, they gave me a pizza with a maximum of five pieces of sausage, and that's it, and it doesn't taste like pepperoni, it tastes like another pizza.

26/01/2026: Very welcoming pizzeria, I highly recommend it, very pleasant staff, don't hesitate to go there to delight your taste buds.

07/02/2026: Exorbitant prices. Very friendly people and clean premises, but when the menu shows a ribeye steak or kebabs for 200g and you only receive 50g on your plate, something doesn't sit right with me. Second-quality meat, and if it were a child eating it, they would undoubtedly leave hungry. Public establishment with locked toilets. Disappointed, never again.

08/12/2025: The 6-star chip shop! A thrill of happiness runs through you when you enter! Like discovering an oasis in the middle of the Sahara Desert! ENJOY!!!

07/12/2025: Excellent food, reasonable prices for the quality of the products. A pleasant experience, friendly service. We will be back.

29/11/2025: The products are excellent in every respect. Assortments of pastries are offered, subject to availability. You can choose from hot or cold lunch menus. There's the option to eat in, but it's a shame there's only one small table in a drafty corner. The service can be pleasant and friendly, or quite the opposite, depending on the staff. I enjoy this establishment and stop by from time to time.

25/10/2025: Friendliness wise, OK, however it would be good to remind people through training, for example, of some basic hygiene rules that I saw and pointed out to the waitress!!!

27/08/2024: Great food, worth the price although quite expensive for fast food. Nice seating inside and out. Easy to order from order point

23/06/2024: 2 Pizzas ordered and 2 errors: - an ingredient removed from the order (because of an allergy) which was present in a pizza, - a cream base instead of a tomato base on the second. Positive point: the kebab is good and especially with HOMEMADE BREAD.

01/07/2025: Worse and worse. Less and less friendly. Always making order errors and they won't listen to anything, saying you have to call first! And the kid who acts as manager dispatches you quickly... or not.

28/06/2025: Very dirty restaurant, unsanitary toilets, and the chip trays are dirty. We had salad at the bottom of the fries. It's shameful. We're not there to eat other customers' leftovers. A disgrace for a fast food chain of this name. And yet, my daughter started to remove it before I took the photo, and the manager doesn't care at all.

06/12/2025: The welcome was a disaster, not even a hello from the two waitresses when we arrived, they had faces like they were at a funeral the whole time, I've never seen anything like it in my life…never again

13/11/2025: I love their anti-waste offer at €3.50, it's great! Their sandwiches are super. I'd just like a little smile, to dedicate a bit more time to their customers. I know your job isn't easy, but if you love your job, smile! There are people who don't even choose their profession; it's imposed on them. If you didn't choose it, too bad. Keep smiling anyway; it brings a little smile, even to customers who need it. And maybe seeing us smile will make you smile too.

17/09/2025: When we ordered drinks we had to pay a deposit for the plastic cups and we had to get quite abrupt with the staff to give us our deposit bach which was 6 glasses at 2 euros each is quite a substantial amount also it wasn't just our group that had trouble with the deposit we witnessed several groups having the same problem, staff was very rude and the beer was very overpriced.
