15/09/2026: A very pleasant welcome from a charming, smiling, and very professional lady. I came with my sister Margot, and we each had a glass of very chilled and delicious champagne. Margot had the beef carpaccio with salad and fries, a delight, and I had the veal Milanese with tomato sauce, a perfectly seasoned salad with Parmesan—absolutely divine! For dessert, we each had a gourmet coffee! The presentation was beautiful, and I highly recommend this Italian restaurant. It was excellent, and I will definitely return with my sister. It was a true culinary pleasure. Thank you to the whole team! 10/10

19/09/2026: We ate there, and the service was perfect from beginning to end. The person who served us was pleasant, which was a real pleasure. The flank steak was very good, cooked perfectly as we requested. The shrimp and avocado tartare was delicious, as was the beef tartare. My grandmother loved the burger; it was also cooked perfectly. For dessert, the crème brûlée had a cracked top (the brown sugar caramelized), which was very tasty. The cheesecake wasn't too heavy and was very good, and the ice cream was also very good. I highly recommend this establishment! We will gladly return.

17/09/2026: Belgian couple visiting Soissons for two days...attracted by the building, impressed by the interior decor, and only came for an aperitif. Superb welcome and enthusiastic service from the young waiter (Juan). Next time, we'll definitely book a meal...👍👍

20/05/2026: It's because we can't give it 6 stars. Charming staff, top-notch restaurant, it smells wonderfully of our beloved French countryside, it's so refreshing. Beautiful decor with great taste.

19/05/2026: We went to the restaurant for dinner. We had reserved for 12 o'clock, but the door was still closed... I contacted them again by phone and they had indeed forgotten to open the door 🤭 They were very friendly people, though. We had a main course and dessert. Our meat from the plat de boucher wasn't that warm anymore, though. They had asked if they could serve the food already, but we had only finished our aperitif and asked to wait a bit, so I think it was ready anyway. But it was tasty and fresh. The dessert portions were certainly more than enough. The hotel restaurant is located right near the parking lot where you can also visit the castle. And there is a cozy terrace across the street.
