07/02/2026: I never leave reviews, but this is the last straw. The kebab itself is incredibly good, truly the best I've ever had in Laon, and I've lived here for almost 30 years. However, they ask you what you want to drink and give you the exact opposite. I was served cold Oasis fries in 10 seconds when I asked for iced tea, and no sauce even though they asked me twice. I just got back and I won't be going back. €15 for a meal and in the end, it disgusted me. I'm not even hungry anymore! Shameful.

01/02/2026: The kebabs are always excellent (and the tenders are just as good). The hygiene is impeccable, and the service is always fast. Philippe runs his business with a master's touch. I highly recommend it.

12/04/2026: A very nice place. A very good restaurant with good quality dishes at reasonable prices. Excellent service. It's a shame the fries weren't great. I recommend this place.

01/04/2026: Valentine's Day menu: 3 hours at the table. After 1.5 hours, we were asked if the meal was good... assuming we'd even received our food! The tiramisu: completely uninteresting, runny, and not even a proper tiramisu recipe. Terribly disappointed, a ruined evening, and of course, no discount... Count me out: Some neighbors wished us good luck, another suggested the waitress order an Uber to get there faster. Unheard of.

30/03/2026: Mediocre and very expensive meal. There are much better options in Soissons. Avoid this place!

27/03/2026: Run away! Expensive and not good food. Omelette with dried herbs. When you ask why it's not good, they tell you, "I'll pass the message on to the kitchen"... the staff, the food, nothing is right. Except for the price, which is very high for what you get. Paying for good food, yes; paying for bad food, no! I'm from Soissons and I'm ashamed for our tourists! There are much better restaurants in Soissons, thankfully.

02/12/2025: Very long waiting period. We wait 40 minutes ad still they bring nothing. The last time also it was very long. I think there are troubles with organizing the process during the lunch time

26/11/2025: Small restaurant in the town center, very welcoming even if you arrive a little late. Unbeatable value for money in Bohain!

07/04/2026: I hadn't been back since the change of ownership, and honestly, it's like night and day! The place is clean, completely redecorated, and has a lovely atmosphere. The owner is friendly, helpful, and dedicated. You can feel a real energy there, with some great projects in the works, including themed evenings. I highly recommend it, especially with the arrival of warmer weather and walks along the Marne River!

27/12/2025: The owner was very unpleasant. The value for money was poor. They took payment without giving me a receipt, and there was no option to split the bill. Considering the price of the products, the service is unacceptable for a bar on the Pornic harbor.

04/04/2026: A lovely brasserie right in the heart of Saint-Quentin, on the main square. The menu is varied, and the dishes are generous and delicious. We received a very warm welcome this Friday evening, with live music to entertain us. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning of the evening, though. I highly recommend it, and we'll be back!

04/04/2026: A very pleasant place, great atmosphere with a bit of live jazz! The food was varied and very good, with the option to request some changes to the dishes. The service was excellent, except that we had to deal with three different servers, and the first one took a little while to take our orders and forgot to bring us bread and drinks. But her colleague made up for it with attentive and very professional service! The food service was also a little slow! But I recommend this restaurant.

19/03/2026: First and last visit. No choice, very dry and cold dessert, nothing special. However, it was very clean.

20/04/2026: The staff were friendly, but unfortunately they should be more careful about who they let into the hotel. I left my room one evening to pick up my Uber Eats order and I came across a dark-haired girl with a nitrous oxide canister, walking around with five boys who were clearly not in their right minds. I wondered what they were doing…

26/02/2026: This Ibis hotel was a relaxing stopover on my journey and offered good value for money. Hopefully, the price will remain affordable in the near future when it becomes a green Ibis Styles. Anything over €110 per night including breakfast would be beyond my budget.

05/12/2025: The hotel is located in a quiet area, with plenty of parking; I was even able to park a 20m³ van! The manager was very welcoming, friendly, and had a great sense of humor, which was fantastic! The room was also very nice, the bedding was comfortable. The only downside was the TV, which couldn't find any channels (room 8); but for one night, it wasn't a big deal. The small bottle of water provided was a nice touch! Meals at the hotel were also good, with a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, served directly at the table; to be picky, I'd say an egg and a slice of bacon would have been perfect 🤙 Looking forward to returning! 🙂

26/11/2025: A very hospitable welcome, a simple, clean room, delicious dinner, and excellent value for money! A great place to stay if you're traveling through.

29/11/2025: Perfect, the rooms are truly unique, retaining their original character. Isabelle is exceptional; she explains very well what there is to visit in the surrounding area and the history of the castle where we are staying. She is very pleasant and passionate.

19/11/2025: The hotel sent us back forgotten items, asking us to pay more than the amount charged by the post office...

16/11/2025: The food was very good and plentiful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. We will definitely return and would gladly recommend it.

09/10/2025: Good little restaurant, a little pricey for starters and desserts. Luckily, the young waiters are there to make you feel welcome, because the manager is very unwelcoming; there's work to be done on that!

05/04/2026: It's hard to find a good restaurant in this area. Maya was a pleasant surprise. The daily special (veal for Easter) was quite good. The dessert was acceptable. The coffee wasn't great. The setting, with its green outdoor area, could be quite appealing in good weather.

13/02/2026: A very warm welcome. The waiter was very friendly and efficient. The scallops were delicious and the duck with pineapple was wonderful. And best of all, unlike all-you-can-eat buffets, the dishes were served piping hot. We'll definitely be back with our family and children.

24/01/2026: I went there one evening intending to get a takeaway meal. The welcome was anything but friendly. I took the menu leaflet, but instead the waiter gave me the menu for dine-in customers and then left. They only had rather expensive items, no set menu. I left and have no desire to go back. In any case, the smell of stale reheated food in the air had rather put me off my appetite.
