11/01/2026: Takeout ordered this Saturday, January 10th, 2020, found by chance in downtown Apt. The restaurant was very dark with a strong smell of frying oil that permeated the entire place, like an aquarium with ultra-dark, green water... nothing made me want to eat in, unfortunately... I decided to get takeout anyway. A very friendly and smiling gentleman greeted me, I placed my order, and after a short 20-minute wait, I received my appetizers and main courses... what can I say? Well, I was a little surprised.
*The shrimp spring rolls and fried shrimp ravioli were very, very good (well-filled with shrimp, and the homemade sauces were delicious). Personally, I can say that the appetizers were in no way mass-produced, contrary to what I've seen in some reviews.
*Cantonese rice (finally, real Cantonese rice, well-garnished with egg, peas, Chinese sausage, etc.) I loved it.
****One small complaint about the chicken chop suey: considering the price, it deserved a bit more vegetable garnish (two pieces of carrot, a slice of zucchini, and a piece of black mushroom drowned in a sauce with very little flavor, but mostly onions and very rubbery chicken). It didn't resemble a traditional wok-cooked chop suey at all, which is a shame.
Price-wise, well, it's about the same as everywhere else, maybe €1 to €1.50 more. In short, it's still expensive considering the portion sizes.

The water tasted like hand sanitizer, and the shrimp chips were brown and soggy.
We left and cancelled our order.

05/12/2024: Detailed review of the restaurant: a nuanced experience
Ah, this restaurant, an experience which, let’s say it, deserves to be dissected with care. As soon as I arrived, I let myself be carried away by an atmosphere oscillating between a warm "welcome" and a slight coldness, subtle but palpable, which I will detail later.
Let's start with the basics: the food. The chopped staek, at first glance, seemed promising – left a strange taste in my mouth, as if the effort was there but without the expected little extra soul. Certainly, the sauce, a culinary creation that I would describe as daring, came to play the heroine with surprising vivacity. She had that “je ne sais quoi” that warms the taste buds and saves the plate from a culinary disaster. A great feat of this sauce which “put a stop in the shoulder”, to use your words, and which, in itself, did the job.
However, all was not rosy. There was this indefinable “something was missing”. Perhaps a touch of spice, slightly more precise cooking, or simply that little grain of love that we expect in a dish worthy of the name. Do you see what I mean? A detail. But this detail was missing.
Let's talk about fries, these popular queens of plates. Potatoes, let's say it bluntly, they were indeed. And this is where the subtlety of this criticism lies: "potatoes" in the sense that they proudly carried their potato essence, but, alas, a little too much. Too soft, too simple, they seemed to have abandoned all hope of crispness. A real disappointment for me, a fan of fries that crunch to the bite.
As for the welcome… Ah, the welcome! A mixture, a patchwork of attitudes, where each waiter seemed to play his own role in a play of changing moods. Special mention to the bald gentleman, whose kindness seemed to have taken leave that day. There was an undeniable, almost contagious sourness in his eyes and in his gestures. However, it would be unfair to generalize. Not everyone was so... bitter, to use the right word. Some employees, although rare, showed sincere kindness, creating a strange duality in the general atmosphere.
In conclusion, this restaurant gave me a mixed experience to say the least. We cannot deny that the kitchen tries things, that efforts exist, but certain essential aspects lack finesse or consistency. And reception, that crucial first and last impression, would greatly need collective alignment. For this reason I can only give it three stars. A rating that reflects an experience that is neither disastrous nor memorable, but simply... correct.
16/11/2024: I'm surprised, even if it's not a fresh kebab, it's really good, even though there isn't much rawness it doesn't bother me, it's the same kebab that I ate when I I was younger, I enjoyed myself thank you

30/05/2024: Accueil plus que désagréable, service minable, le serveur doit vite changer de métier, viande de veau servie telle une semelle de caoutchouc, le serveur n'avait même pas pris la peine de demander la cuisson souhaitée lorsque nous lui a dit que la viande était trop cuite, "vous n'allez pas m'apprendre mon métier a t il rétorqué !!! Honteux !! De plus nous avons subi une pression de la part de ce serveur tout le long, il est super stressé, tout sauf chaleureux, il le porte sur son visage, ce n'est pas ma première expérience dans ce restaurant que je connais depuis longtemps mais jamais nous avons été aussi mal accueilli ni aussi mal servis. Bon vent à vous ce sera la dernière fois pour moi et mes proches

14/07/2024: Very disapointed!! I'm coming for my grandmother's birthday. I don't eat meat so no possibility of replacing chicken or meat with fish or shrimp!! What a shame. So I had to take a simple dish...

Le patron est fort agréable et dans le partage de sa culture et des plats par les explications promulguées.
