05/07/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch today. The service was impeccable, and they really pampered us. It wasn't our first time, and the same professionalism has been shown every time. We had a small issue, and they called us back to let us know, which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend it.

22/08/2026: Lunch ruined on August 15th at Le Jardin restaurant in Troyes A lovely first impression upon entering, thanks to the retro decor and beautiful presentation! However, the online presentation of the restaurant's dishes is the complete opposite of reality ☹️ No small snacks were offered with the glass of Chablis wine as an aperitif because, as they said, the starters were arriving 😳 We would have expected cloth napkins, but instead, we got the cheap paper ones from the supermarket 🤔 After the starter, which was very light for my father, who only had three small salmon fillets. As for the main courses, the duck breast with apricot sauce was tiny and completely undercooked for my father (who grew up in the southwest of France!) And my beef, which I found almost tender, was not very good. These two dishes were served with a few understated vegetables. The only consolation was the glasses of Irancy wine that were offered to us in response to our disappointment! In conclusion, don't expect a huge appetite and don't believe everything you see online, except for tourists, of course! This lunch was meant to celebrate my father's birthday, and it was a complete disaster 😩 There are many excellent restaurants in Troyes, and from now on, we'll refine our search. Just so you know…

Everything was excellent, with well-prepared and flavorful dishes. We had a wonderful time from beginning to end. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

07/08/2026: Passing through the area for the night, the idea of ​​brunch came to mind, and luckily, we found a spot on the same street as our Airbnb, "Chez Axelle." A very warm welcome, a cozy and inviting space. A delicious and incredibly fresh brunch. A great selection of teas and coffees. Fantastic staff. We highly recommend it!

04/08/2026: Passing through Troyes, I followed the reviews of this restaurant near the Ibis hotel. I can confirm the excellent service; the dishes and desserts are very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Seating is limited, so arrive early or make a reservation.

03/08/2026: August 3, 2026 Restaurant Le Moine Gourmand is a truly delightful surprise. I take my hat off to the owner who manages everything, from the kitchen to the dining room, with real skill. The dishes are excellent, the desserts are well-made, and all at a very reasonable price. You can feel the hard work and the desire to do things well, and it shows in both the food and the atmosphere. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Troyes; it's a simple, efficient, and welcoming place.

17/02/2026: A nice place for a drink, especially in summer with the terrace. The atmosphere is lively and the menu is reasonably priced. Be aware, however, that the music is quite loud, but that also contributes to the festive feel of the place.

09/07/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at this lovely wine bar/shop and restaurant. The food was outstanding and excellent value. Really inventive dishes (e.g. strawberry and tomato gazpacho for dessert with basil ice cream) that were perfectly made. It was during a heatwave and there was air conditioning inside but we chose to sit out in the lovely square. The service was fantastic, so kind and friendly. I am coeliac and there were naturally gluten free mains and desserts in the menu and the staff understood my allergy and double checked details with the kitchen which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend for an excellent dinner in Troyes.

23/04/2026: I ordered two takeaway pizzas during peak hours. There was a wait, but the pizzas were delicious: thin crust and quality toppings. I recommend it!

It's a good crêperie overall, a popular spot, but your experience depends on the waitress you get… which is a shame because I've been going to this crêperie for years, and one person who's been there for a very long time is always unpleasant… speaks coldly and is really unprofessional. However, I must point out that the young waiter and the rest of the team were. There was a small problem with a dessert crêpe that was served overcooked, so it was hard and dry. We reported it, and the problem was resolved, but they could be more courteous. However, thank you to the cook who offered us the crêpe for free; this gesture was much appreciated! Mistakes happen, of course! But please don't take this as a personal attack; we're also paying for quality, that's all 🙏🏻

08/08/2026: Excellent! The best Turkish restaurant in the world... a far cry from the German junk food sold in local kebab shops and in Istanbul or Kusadasi! Here, everything is homemade, including the kebab and the sauces, in a very pleasant, family-style Turkish atmosphere! And then: the absolute best, the Ottoman coffee, of extraordinary subtlety. It brought back memories of my best dinners in Turkey during my travels. I'm sold! I'll be back! And thank you again!
