25/05/2026: Bad experience at this kebab shop. The welcome was cold. We ordered three classic kebabs to go. We waited. Other people came in after us, ordered, and received their orders (kebabs) before us, whether they were eating in or taking away. We waited a good fifteen minutes before, finally, a plastic bag with three trays was placed on the counter. But no one called us; we were supposed to guess that it was our order. After another three or four minutes, the person taking orders signaled to us that our orders were ready, pointing to the bag. Cash payment was mandatory. The kebab was okay, but nothing special, with pre-packaged fries. If we had known, we would have eaten somewhere else.

11/05/2026: I've never eaten a kebab like that. I asked for onion, and he gave me onions with way too much oil. Honestly, it's awful.

26/04/2026: After a 20-minute wait, we left... without buying anything. So far, we've definitely had bad experiences with shopkeepers in Tours.

26/04/2026: We sat down on the terrace. We waited 20 minutes, then called a waiter when no one came to greet us. The waiter told us he'd come when he had time. We waited another 25 minutes, for a total of 45 minutes. We finally left, like other tables around us. You need to review your staff.

12/06/2026: The food is good, but it's always served cold. Unfortunately, that's what happens when an employee tries to handle multiple orders at once... Plus, they sometimes run out of certain ingredients.

07/06/2026: I went to eat at Subway today and was very disappointed with the service. The person who served me, a young woman wearing glasses, was very unpleasant. I felt like I was bothering her when I ordered. She was nonchalant, unfriendly, gave me dirty looks, and showed absolutely no politeness. This attitude completely ruined my appetite and made me feel uncomfortable. It was a very unpleasant experience, especially since a minimum of courtesy is expected in a restaurant. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this establishment under these circumstances.

19/01/2026: The restaurant is well located next to the prefecture. The food was good. However, the restaurant was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere. The toilets were also very dirty. I won't be going back.

10/11/2025: We went to eat yesterday at the restaurant that has a stand at the Troyes food fair. We ordered two shepherd's pies, and the two were completely different. Mine was cold, and my husband's was very spicy and cold. We also had a beer from the restaurant, and to top it all off, we paid €20 for the shepherd's pie instead of €16.
