I received excellent advice on the cabbage and the various types of bread.
Everything is very good.
15/07/2026: The service needs improvement… It took 17 minutes to get two hot chocolates when there was no one else there… Once served, we had to explain to two other people that the hot chocolate was missing; we only received hot milk.
However, once the mistake was acknowledged, we were able to get a refund.

It's a shame when you're accompanying them. When you're waiting for your little ones, you can't step out for 5 minutes. Or you can, but you have to go back to the ticket booth...

20/01/2026: Following our visit to your establishment, I feel compelled to share my opinion.
First of all, the reception was more than shocking. The security guard looked my friends and me up and down before refusing entry to one of my male friends simply because he was wearing makeup. This behavior is discriminatory, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable in the Big 2026.
Secondly, considering the price of the drinks, the serving sizes were unacceptable.
In short, between the lack of respect, the discrimination, and the disappointing value for money, we will not be returning to this establishment and we will not recommend it.

20/12/2025: I'd like to know why a group of friends aged 22 to 26 are asked for ID, but minors are allowed in without any problems. Minors dressed provocatively—perhaps that's why they get in without any issues? 🤔

Disgusting food, I really do not recommend this "restaurant". Horrible caramel chicken, horrible noodles, and I'm not even going to mention the soggy spring rolls, tasteless samosas, order not respected, no shrimp or prawns, their doughnuts are absolutely nothing like they are described, too greasy.

02/07/2026: Very clean Bonkeba. I agree with some of the comments about the staff not being very attentive, but nothing malicious (just a bit absent-minded 😅). But apart from that, great restaurant!
28/06/2026: Still as good as ever, though sometimes a bit slow because it's so busy. The staff and family are friendly, the meat is tasty, and you can add cabbage and cheese. I recommend it.

18/07/2026: The service and food here is the worst of any subway I have ever been to, avoid. The salad ingredients were turning brown, the food prep areas were unhygienic, the chopping boards were old and marked and discoloured, bacteria would easily multiply in these. Seating area was ok . Food was rung up as the wrong type of sub and as salami was missing bacon was added without asking, serving staff didn't say a word and was extremely disinterested. I have concerns about this particular subway for both allergies and food hygiene.
15/07/2026: It was good, but the service last night was really mediocre. We don't know Subway very well, we hesitated over the items, and the person didn't bother to give us any advice, instead just being impatient.

The portions are very generous, the ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the service is exceptionally fast. Everything was delicious, well-prepared, and served efficiently.
I highly recommend it for anyone looking for generous and tasty fast food.
06/06/2026: Waiting an hour for two tacos is unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend it, and to top it all off, the taco was burnt.
