02/09/2026: So, I'm taking the liberty of leaving a rather disastrous review, and I notice that my opinion has already been mentioned. What shocks me most is the appalling attitude of the staff, who are extremely unpleasant. I think a mystery shopper would be welcome to get a better understanding of the attitude your customers are denouncing in your establishment. Furthermore, I've noticed the lack of interest your staff shows when you mention this. I think it would be wise for you, Mr. Manager, to conduct an analysis of your establishment, if I may, because your staff's incompetence is driving away your customers. As a resident of Cannes myself, I will not be returning. Have a nice day.
31/08/2026: Very disappointed. The almond bread, priced at €3.90, was very dry, had no almond flavor, and tasted like it was a day old. Far too expensive for the quality. What a shame.

23/01/2026: Hello, I visited the small town of Valberg, a very family-friendly resort, perfect for skiing and enjoying beautiful views. I ate at the Chalet Suisse restaurant and really appreciated the warm welcome. All the servers were friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain the dishes. The food was fresh and full of flavor. The owners were very kind and attentive to their customers. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of skiing. I truly enjoyed this place.

27/09/2026: The atmosphere is pretty cool and it's a nice place to spend time with friends. However, the food was a huge disappointment: the dishes were really bad and clearly not up to par. The service was also fairly average, though not terrible.
There's potential thanks to the ambiance and setting, but they really need to improve the quality of the food and the service. They can definitely do much better.
26/09/2026: Scam bar. They under dose the drinks and when you confront the staff they don’t take responsibility and kick you out. Avoid.

04/04/2026: Surprised by a "slate" menu offered without prices and a latte at €10 (more expensive than at the Cannes Marriott)!!!! The Shuss is an establishment where the food is good, the location is top-notch and the waiter is very friendly.
30/03/2026: The resto is is an awesome Panoramic location. The food is good mountain grub and not expensive - a 500 carafe of rose is only 14.50 euros.
BUT above all - when I went to get my skis they had bee accidentally taken by a large group - definitely not stolen! The guys in the restaurant especially Male helped us so much. They could not have been kinder or more helpful. They were so adamant they Isola is a friendly safe resort there was no way the skis were stolen - and they were right!
They arranged for my husband who was walking and myself to take a skidoo down the mountain and turned what was a pretty rubbish experience into a very positive one! Thanks guys!

17/10/2026: Due to a malfunction and the inability to use our kitchen, we went to the McDonald's at Grasse 4 Chemins and we will NEVER be back!! 😂 A cold hamburger for 10 euros served WITHOUT A STEAK???, a new hamburger served COOL AGAIN! with a pseudo-steak and a tiny tomato... And the waiter and the manager in suits were laughing about it.
To top it all off, I held back from going to the toilet only to find a huge turd stuck to the bottom of the toilet bowl, and a bin overflowing with sanitary napkins... I don't think it's a lack of staff because they're all there, but... outside, looking pretty or smoking cigarettes 😂😂
Avoid at all costs if you don't want to eat trashy hair.
15/10/2026: So, we waited a good twenty minutes without our hot food. Once it finally arrived, the Happy Meal was missing, and I thought a wrap was missing too. They asked me to bring the bag back, which I did, and what a surprise! Apparently, this McDonald's, this franchisee, is obsessed with every little sauce, every little wrap, and every little napkin. We knew the current economic climate was bad, but still, damn France and Macron! 🐀🐀🐀

25/07/2026: We managed to get a table on the terrace despite our late arrival. From the very first conversation, I sensed a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere; we quickly felt at ease. The brasserie is located on a pedestrian street opposite the covered market. I soon realized that most of the customers were regulars.
We ordered aperitifs and main courses; we weren't in a hurry, and the terrace was truly lovely.
The dishes were delicious, generous, and homemade. My husband had lasagna, and I had seafood risotto with prawns.
For dessert, we indulged in profiteroles and rum baba.
I was definitely not disappointed—finally, a real rum baba with rum!
We will be back very soon, and I highly recommend it.

It wasn't even worth staying.
Dirty glasses and a lack of willingness to explain the menu to a tourist.

22/08/2026: A month ago, my family and I had food poisoning.
I bought chicken curry sandwiches, and between my pregnant daughter vomiting and a stomach bug, I'm wondering if the chicken is fresh. They assured us it was halal, but I have my doubts! Between the rock-hard baguette and the exorbitant prices, it's the last time I'm going back!
Avoid at all costs!!!

04/10/2026: The quality was very inconsistent, with some products inedible, like the breadsticks that were as hard as a rock, the cookies for children, and so on… The saleswomen made many mistakes with the orders, so we arrived home with half the products, which was a loss for the turnover. This was due to the noise in the bakery 🤣, not their concentration, just the noise… We were given packaging with pieces of onion from pissaladière instead of a cheese loaf; my wife is allergic to onions, luckily we noticed in time.
