20/08/2024: I had a great time at Planet Lunch! The food was really delicious and the atmosphere there is very cool. I particularly appreciated the presence of a clean and welcoming prayer room in the basement, which is a significant plus. Everything was clean and the welcome was warm.
07/08/2024: Incompetent people, 3 pizzas without mushrooms ordered 3 received with. Mediocre quality. Pizza just good to throw in the trash, I should have gone to a competitor...

31/08/2024: Having gone there more than ten times, frankly, never disappointed, yes there are people at lunchtime, but that's normal, they are 3/4 ready and only one case, but at the same time , everything is well organized.
In 10 minutes we go from waiting outside to the checkout.
The wraps are excellent, the bowls too, quite a few desserts available, and the cookies are excellent too!
Frankly, varied, clean and generous, nothing to complain about.

06/09/2024: Overall, very average. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that almost half of the dishes on the menu were no longer available. We had to call the waitress again for appetizers. Then we received the dishes at 9:30 p.m. even though we arrived at 8:10 p.m.... I should point out that there were 4 of us, not 10. We had to restart twice during the meal to get water. As for the dishes, they were good but nothing exceptional either, not enough to make an impression. When you wait 1h30 for a dish... fortunately the restaurant wasn't full, I can't imagine what the service would have been like!

08/09/2024: The horror!!!!! Run away!!!!!! The drive is a real disaster, super long service, order is not served in its entirety the first time, the lady takes the bag back 2nd time still not complete to say it after 10 minutes q to put me aside and wait again..... finished

23/07/2024: Après une expérience plutôt concluante il y a deux ans, nous sommes retournés dans ce restaurant. Quelle déception ! La terrasse inaccessible alors que le temps s’y prêtait, un accueil et un service glacial manquant d’enthousiasme et de sourire, une carte très réduite…
Nous avons opté pour les rognons (un des rates plats proposés) avec un supplément « champignons de saison » à 3 €. Les rognons étaient corrects, mais les champignons absents !
Le dessert (pas à la carte …!) - une pavlova aux citrons - a heureusement quelque peu compensé notre mécontentement.

The team was very friendly and the service was quick for an off-peak hour.
01/09/2024: Drive or on site, the waiting time is too long, the premises are not clean even at lunchtime, the employees are busy and don't look at you.

- a bad sandwich

- no dessert
However, on the receipt, it corresponds to my order.

29/09/2024: Order from a takeaway terminal, they prepare the mc flurry directly then nothing for 20 minutes results, mc flurry melted and as a bonus they forgot the fries.
So obviously we come across as annoying customers, (I don't understand the logic of starting to prepare by Mc Flurry.)

04/09/2024: I simply asked that my coffee be made in the filter-port espresso machine (mc coffee side) and not in the automatic machine (as a coffee lover I can feel the difference) and I had deliberately done so. order from the mc café tab at the terminal.
Although it was early in the morning and there weren't too many people, the employee was really not happy and made it clear to me, he didn't respond to my thanks at the end.
01/09/2024: The service was very very long. The food was not really good, we took a cbo to taste, the result was that the chicken was harder than a stone and the same for the mc smart wrap.. the fries were cold.

16/07/2024: Very good place to eat a burrito. The portions are quite generous and the student menu is rather cost-effective. Be careful not to come at 12:30 p.m. as you may have to wait quite a long time as the brand has difficulty handling the rush efficiently. The decorations are pretty.

16/09/2024: Today we went to the McDonald's in Hautepierre in Strasbourg, around 10:45 p.m. they turned off the lights inside, there were at least 6 customers with us, they didn't tell us anything, they didn't warn us, they just took it and turned off the light, that meant getting out of there, that's not acceptable to the customers,,,
