23/02/2026: Honestly, I love this store, but the service leaves much to be desired. One of the hostesses is really unpleasant, almost dismissive, even though we are customers. Being treated like that doesn't make you want to come back. And when she's at the till, it's the same; you get the impression you're bothering her. She's really unpleasant, making you wonder why she works in sales if she's not friendly with customers. Now, when I have to go to the reception desk, I check if it's this hostess, and if it is, I don't go.

28/02/2026: A terrible experience. The staff is unpleasant and aggressive. We ordered four ice creams, but only received three, and one of them wasn't even what we ordered! When we went to the counter to complain, they insisted it was the right one (we ordered a caramel sundae with hazelnuts, and they gave us a Snickers ice cream; just so you know, peanuts and hazelnuts are not the same thing). No matter how polite we were, the manager was aggressive and refused to even look at the receipt. As a result, we were missing one ice cream, and the other wasn't even the right one. Bad faith and incompetence worthy of a comedy sketch. Avoid this place unless you want to be yelled at.
28/02/2026: Never seen such service. The wait time and the wrong order brought in were a disaster.

I already had the impression it was closed… the place was dimly lit and dirty… very few people…
I was in a hurry.
I ordered a croque monsieur. It was served to me frozen and reheated, really not good. And the price was €14!!!!
I wouldn't have said anything for €6-7, but €14!! Outrageous!
There are plenty of small restaurants that offer complete, well-prepared menus for that price!!
I definitely do not recommend it!

The outdoor seating is very pleasant, and the interior is very clean and cozy.

10/08/2024: En visite dans la région, nous avons trouvé le lieu parfait pour un plat rapide en famille. La nourriture est très bonne, les patrons accueillants, souriants et attentionnés. La petite salle à l'étage est très agréable. Un excellent kebab à recommander à Cognac.

Elle m a accompagné avec son parapluie jusqu'à la voiture et à fait de même avec toute la famille
Même le menu végétarien est très bon
Mon fils s y rend de temps en temps et c est lui qui nous a fait découvrir un bon kebab à Cognac

21/09/2024: The Dutch owner is super nice. Large pitches with shelter, table and fridge (we are a couple of cycle tourists in a tent). Clean sanitary facilities. Small grocery store, bar and restaurant on site. Ideal for cyclists because on the EV3 route (Scandiberian)
16/09/2024: Nice, but very far from everything. You have to take the car and drive quite a few kilometers to make interesting visits.

11/06/2024: If you plan to take even a glass of water with your order, don't count on it: we don't give a glass of water here but we only offer bottles. Add to that the perfectly unpleasant side of the waitress and you get the worst Colombus we have seen, well done!

28/05/2024: Il faut insister 3 fois pour que la dame dise bonjour . J’ai même pensé qu’elle ne parlait pas français mais non elle était juste très mal éduquée . Une base la politesse lorsque l’on tient un commerce !
Lors de mon passage du mois dernier elle avait eu la même attitude , j’avais alors pensé que ce n’était pas son jour simplement mais décidément non , elle devrait changer de métier !
31/03/2024: Installée en terrasse avec une consommation , j’attendais ma sœur , lorsque cette dernière est arrivée , elle ne souhaitait rien prendre.
La patronne est sortie et lui a demandé de consommer ou de se lever immédiatement !!!! Une chaise une consommation !!!! De plus sa terrasse était vide
Je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie , c’est inadmissible , anti commerçant avec de telles pratiques je ne lui souhaite qu’une chose , que sa boîte coule.
