The bar's air conditioning doesn't really cool the area where customers are, and it quickly becomes difficult to stay inside. Perhaps installing a fan or a propeller fan could improve comfort? All of our employees gave us excellent feedback on the service we chose. For a lunch in a meeting room, we opted for the "Cagettes" package for a group of 11 people. Throughout our discussions, we felt listened to and advised. The result was a success. We highly recommend the service provided by Charlie & Tom. A diverse selection of drinks, primarily wine, and platters featuring high-quality products. The possibility of expanding your wine cellar with expert advice. A relaxed yet refined atmosphere, where you feel valued. A big thank you. In my humble opinion, it's rare to find a place in Bordeaux that combines these aspects, not just a purely commercial one.

23/09/2026: I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the staff is awful, aggressive, and prone to assaults and threats. One of the bouncers was violent; he assaulted me in public and used pepper spray. I will file a complaint the next time I'm assaulted. Not all pubs are created equal, and the Chartrons district deserves better than this.
