17/05/2026: The meat in their kebab is way too salty! It used to be better.

29/04/2026: We waited an hour for a kebab and a yufka meal, with an extra red cabbage that I didn't get but still paid for. The meat was cold, and the servers didn't even come to tell us it would take a while. The waitress was unpleasant and undiplomatic in her approach to customers. I've been going there for over 10 years. The previous management was much better. This is the last time I'll be going.

02/05/2026: We just came from this wonderful meal that simply took us to seventh heaven. Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We were there with children, which is something you often hesitate to do, but this restaurant warmly welcomed not only the adults but also our children – it was a dream!

21/05/2026: We had reserved a table for 6:30 pm, as the restaurant's website stated it opened at 6:00 pm. We arrived at 6:15 pm and were rather rudely asked what we were doing there so early – the kitchen didn't open until 7:00 pm! Unfortunately, we hadn't found this information on Google or the website; otherwise, we wouldn't have made the reservation, as we didn't have that much time. So, we left. The restaurant looked nice from the outside. We then went to Biebler nearby, where we received a friendly welcome and even got some delicious food!

21/05/2026: This restaurant is highly recommended; the beer garden is very pleasant. I've only had coffee there twice so far, but I can't recommend it highly enough. The staff is very welcoming, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

19/05/2026: A pleasant and delicious evening. However, they aren't very flexible regarding changes. This is the first time we've been asked for an extra 25 euros! Just to exchange a dish (lamb isn't a meat everyone enjoys, and in this case, none of the three of us like it!).

07/05/2026: A good restaurant. The welcome was a little reserved, but the atmosphere was very pleasant. We opted for the Galerie Collection menu. All courses were delicious and beautifully presented. The recommended wine paired well with the food. The service was friendly and, at times, attentive.

The best tarte flambée I've had in the three years I've been coming to the area, and the wines were excellent. The service is very pleasant, professional, and attentive to its customers. 24/04/2026: Next to La Quille is Paupiette! A small restaurant with only about twenty seats, so you have to make a reservation as the kitchen is small and seating is limited. I arrived without prior notice, and I say this because the welcome was nonetheless intelligent and warm. I completely let myself be guided and asked the waiter to choose for me, without knowing what would end up on my plate. The starter was a delightful surprise: crisp asparagus, an airy lemon foam, roasted cashews, and fresh mint. Obviously, it's the season, but what a creative way to prepare these asparagus, truly exquisite! Then the waiter sensed my vegetarian preferences: wild garlic spaetzle, a delicately velvety pea sauce, and perfectly caramelized roasted vegetables. The wild garlic, the quintessential seasonal ingredient, infuses the entire dish with an irresistible touch of wildness. The portion was generous; I couldn't finish it and was able to take the rest home—a thoughtful gesture. The dessert was simple yet incredibly effective: a passion fruit meringue tartlet, tangy, melt-in-your-mouth, topped with a perfectly golden meringue. Then, a delicate and flavorful coffee to round off the feast. To drink, a Hopfield non-alcoholic beer that perfectly complemented this inventive cuisine. A true culinary delight.

Some of the wines even pleasantly surprised us with their original and delicate flavors. The only slight suggestion for improvement was that we would have appreciated slightly more generous tasting portions. However, this didn't detract from the experience at all, which was truly delightful. Thank you again for this lovely time!

Homemade dishes, affordable set menus (30 euros for the first course), and impeccable service. And what a wine list... two volumes (white and red) featuring the very best wines from Alsace and all over France. We left delighted and certain we'll be back.
