His pairing recommendations were OK, but he made 0 effort to explain any tasting notes, or why he made the pairing. We were not able to taste the wines before he poured them - he would just come over and sloppily pour wine into the glass.

18/05/2024: Nous avons diner à l'Ecrin à l'occasion des 89 ans de ma grand mère, malgré une tablé nombreuses le services a été rapide et de qualités. Nous nous sommes régalés! Leur gentillesse est également à souligner! Le patron nous a même embelli le gâteau que nous avions apporté en y ajoutant une déco fruité sans que nous le demandions ! Je recommande les yeux fermés et nous reviendrons!

23/03/2024: Friday the 22nd at noon, on the menu. Osso bucco. Table of 10. Meals ordered in advance. One plate consisted of only one bone, without a gram of meat with a lot of sauce. Plate replaced by sliced ​​chicken without a word of apology... Unfriendly and very insolent waitress. Restaurant to avoid.....

20/05/2024: Small farm, nicer than the big ones on the street. Siasskas au Kirsch is highly recommended! You have to bring your own food and drink, so service cannot be rated.

07/06/2024: Worst Uber order, stingy and not good. Honestly I'm not the type to complain but this was really bad! Lahmacun turns into a wet, inedible paste. Sauces asked separately but nothing. 1 lahmac went in the trash and the other 2 sandwiches, meat taken from one to fill the other a little and bread in the trash. Go on your way if you order delivery, on site it seems to be correct! 0 points

03/06/2024: Taking care of my royal guards with perfection. Kebab without humidity. No RPG in the kitchen, we feel safe in this kebab compared to others who have firearms and who will not hesitate to shoot you if you say that the order is not correct. The new recruits are certainly not at the top but this does not impact the quality of the white sauce generated manually by the chef. I highly and friendly recommend this Byzantine HQ to take a little break during the battle or even to have a good kebab. The only small downside is the increase in the price which went from 5€50 for the student menu to 7€50. I am still in shock, I have one of my colleagues who fell into a coma because of this staggering increase in the price of the student menu. I still give 5 stars because wAllah the Ufuk chef is a good one.

21/05/2024: First of all, the wine list in two thick volumes, a real oenological museum: we regret that we take care of you too quickly, which interrupts your reading. But the simple Riesling in a pitcher is very good too. The flameküche au gratin is to die for, the minced poultry smells of Alsace, but a little disappointment with the sauerkraut, which is very well served but lacks flavor. Very pleasant setting. All in all, a good meal and an address to remember.

31/05/2024: An excellent restaurant, everything is fresh, everything is good. Homemade harrissa is killer! The service was great, and most of the desserts were homemade as well. The best of the best! (Remember to book because the room is small and quickly full!)

19/05/2024: On the advice of a friend, we went to eat Saturday May 18, 2024 in this restaurant. The careful service was there. The waitress went to collect the impressions from the table, very concerned about the well-being of the customers. We had a couscous and... A massacre. One of the best couscous over the last 10 years, if not the best. To die for. The generous portions allowed me to serve myself 3 times. I was based in Munster but the detour is worth it. Thanks to the team. As soon as possible I'll go back there.
