30/03/2026: We came to celebrate a birthday, but we mostly tested our patience… We arrived on time → waited 15 minutes completely ignored, not even a glass of water. The welcome was nonexistent. We ordered fondues, clearly explaining the quantities → the restaurant decided to do its own thing and changed the order without warning. The result: inconsistent portions, identical fondue pots… either they were improvising, or hoping we wouldn't notice. We asked for an explanation → the waiter vanished. Literally. Houdini, but without the show. The drinks? Forgotten. We had to ask for them; apparently, they were optional. And the food… the fondue was so acidic we wondered if it was a dish or a cleaning product. The charcuterie was on par with school cafeteria fare on a dreary Monday. All this for a hefty price, though that, on the other hand, was perfectly reasonable. In short, nonexistent service, disorganized, and questionable quality. At this point, it's no longer a restaurant, it's an experience. Avoid it, unless you enjoy paying a lot to be ignored.

29/03/2026: I had dinner with friends at this restaurant. At first, it seemed quite nice, but we were quickly disappointed… We ordered two fondues for two people and one for three people to make it easier to share. The first problem: we were told there would be one portion for four and another for three, without being asked our opinion. When our food arrived, both fondue pots were filled to the same level. We immediately asked a waiter for an explanation. He left, saying he would look into it, but he never came back with an answer. The fondue was poor quality, very acidic… We also ordered charcuterie boards, which were clearly of low quality. I do not recommend this restaurant, especially considering the price, which is exorbitant given the quality of the food.

21/03/2026: Great experience! The only slight downside, perhaps: I got ice cubes in my drink even though I specified "no ice" when ordering. There are worse things in life :)

21/03/2026: So, I've been going to this McDonald's for two years now. Sometimes there have been mistakes, but it's very rare. I often go once a week with my friends. Special mention for the bun, which is a refreshing change from ordinary burgers and makes all the difference! Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, and ultra-fresh ingredients. A must-try in Annecy ✨😌

23/12/2025: I tried the chicken and Reblochon panini, which was very good and quite filling. I ordered takeout and was served quickly. It was a great find, and the price was very reasonable considering the size of the panini.

28/03/2026: Joël and Thierry have transformed this place into a cozy haven; the wooden chalet, the decor, and the tableware make it a real gem. The food is excellent, the welcome is warm, and the cuisine is high-quality and generous.

08/03/2026: No wonder they're hiring a waiter, because it must be hard to find someone so rude and disrespectful. Groups of 11 people who squeeze tables onto the terrace (without leaving the designated area, respecting other customers, being courteous and respectful, and ordering overpriced drinks) are not welcome because "we're taking up too many tables." Apparently, we'd have to cram five of us onto stools around tables meant for two to please the owner, who "couldn't care less." He makes his money all summer long from tourists, so the locals of Annecy out of season don't interest him... So we moved to another terrace, where we were welcomed with pleasure, respect, and good humor 😀! And they even offered to move our tables closer together 😆

13/01/2026: The atmosphere is cool; there are lots of older people chatting about their lives or local gossip. However, the food wasn't great. The fries were frozen and barely cooked, and there wasn't enough sauce with the main course. A shame. On the other hand, they do accept restaurant vouchers.
