After going to the register to see why my order was taking so long, I realized I'd forgotten to check my balance. It's more like a fast-food restaurant. Allow at least 30 minutes for your order. If you're in a hurry, it's better to use the drive-thru.

Instead of a simple "hello" or a welcoming glance, a colleague from the kitchen came to the counter and said, "Damn, it's only 2 PM!" The lack of customer service and enthusiasm for work was frightening. I hope there are other pleasant people here because the two employees introduced today need to be replaced. Two of the vegetables were prepared by a man, and they were fine. Two others were prepared by another woman who came to help, and here's the problem: there were only three pieces of lettuce, two pickles, and two chili peppers in each sandwich. Since I was paying, I couldn't check, and I should have. The problem is that each sandwich cost the same. Very disappointing.

The sandwiches were hastily prepared and half-baked, without sauces. The fries were undercooked. Above all, don't eat at this restaurant. It's already expensive, and to serve us like this is unacceptable.

We were seated at a table that hadn't been cleared. After 35 minutes, no one came to take our orders or clear the table. We sensed tension among the staff, which made us feel uncomfortable. No employee should suffer because of their working conditions. So we went to the Aquarium, where we were finally welcomed properly.
