01/08/2024: Product not compliant Piza, not good with salt taste quality very expensive price to order two mini pizzas which I didn't want, plus it was two large ones at that price better to go to another pizza restaurant like Pizza Hut, above all it costs less and has an extra extra extraordinary taste. There is one positive point: very nice staff. Anyway, I am not going to return to this restaurant. Anyway, they're leaving soon within a month, I won't tell you. See you soon

Pizza queens the pizza is not edible The pizza was small for the price of €25 the pizza had a salty taste on the cream-based dough, not appreciable especially usually it's tomato based Usually the Pizas are extraordinary 3 months ago It was super good, the size was good, but now that's not the case they have of course reimbursed me, I refuse to eat that with its salty taste

16/12/2024: Il y a quelques mois, lors d'une visite dans votre établissement, j'ai constaté un manque d'hygiène flagrant: sol collant et absence d'équipements de protection individuelle nécessaires au respect des règles d'hygiène. Aujourd'hui, une commande Uber Eats (deux tacos quatre viandes avec frites) a révélé des problèmes similaires: portion de frites insuffisante, molles, absence de sel grasses, absence de sauce dans les tacos, présence de cheveux et de corps étrangers non identifiables. Une inspection des services d'hygiène est nécessaire, voire une fermeture définitive.

14/09/2024: 11 euros a 2 meat tacos (cordon bleu/kebab), without kebab meat, and a portion of ridiculous fries covered in oil, all times 2 because same thing for my friend! Once to err is human but twice and on top of that waiting 30 minutes for that is clearly abuse. I've been in Fougères for over 3 years, I've tried all the local kebabs and this is by far the worst.

28/01/2025: We were served by Carmen, she is super nice, hot hamburger and fries. Very little waiting and fast service. Clean restaurant. I recommend. Once again thank you to Carmen.

26/01/2025: Ordered via a delivery provider and tested once. Nothing to report except the cheddar and onion fries, not very appetizing. This is certainly more about the recipe than the McDonald's in question.

12/12/2024: There are times when we overlook mistakes, or when we don't take the time to leave a review, because to err is human, but tonight, you really did well. Please note that order 9A00 22 dated Tuesday December 10, 2024 was a total fiasco. I order in click and ready in the parking lot, being in a wheelchair, it was my friend who went to collect our orders. It has already happened SEVERAL TIMES that we have had to go to the counter because something is missing. And this evening, as usual, there were (again) missing items. So tonight it was a bag of tomatoes, one of apples, a drink and a toy. All this for a happy meal, which means that I only had the sandwich. My friend, realizing the error, friendly went to the counter to ask for the missing dues. The employee at the counter received it by questioning her word, maintaining that he was sure he had put everything in the bag and insinuating that she had removed the missing food from the bag! At this moment, my friend goes to pick up the orders received in the car to show her good faith (and that she is not A THIEF! We are talking about tomatoes, pieces of apple and a fruit juice + a toy) To justify that the “error” came from her (LOL) he says that she moved the things in the bags (there was just one toy that had changed bags). Normal, because if you did your job well, we wouldn't need to move the items in the bag to check them. My friend then explains to her that she just moved the toy and invites her to come and see in her car that she is not lying! The employee replies that that’s not all he has to do. And ended up giving him the apples and tomatoes. I point out that she must have insisted on having the toy and I didn't get my drink. (Unbelievable, but true) So, I will let you congratulate this employee (blonde hair, worn long with a red tie), because thanks to him, we will never set foot in your home again. And above all, don't come and tell me to call your number that I already tried to reach that same evening, because it is impossible to leave a message there. After the manager's response, I expected nothing less than a blunt response, which once again proves the total lack of consideration of this company towards its customers.

10/12/2024: I came to eat there, potato nuggets, hamburgers…. Everything was cold, the waiter was in a bad mood I guess because he violently put the tray on the table, said “enjoy your appetite” and left straight away. The people in the kitchen were chatting among themselves... while another rather well-looking gentleman was doing nothing apart from being on his phone opening Pokémon boosters, it would be a question of getting to work, McDonald's is above all a job not fun. When I eat at McDonald's I mainly come here, I wouldn't go anymore if it's to see young people talking and having fun, just go to another fast food chain that won't serve cold or with missing food!!

05/07/2025: I went to this bar with a friend today. We sat down and waited 25 minutes, but no one came to see us. We went to the bar and saw that no one was there, and they told us, "Don't worry, we're coming." We sat down again 45 minutes later, still no one there. The terrace was almost empty. Very disappointed.

23/06/2025: A great experience at Caliente! The brunch is very nice, and their burger is truly delicious (soft bun, quality meat, crispy fries). Despite the crowds, the servers remain pleasant and helpful. A special mention goes to the waitress Enola, who, in addition to making the best café crèmes in all of Rennes, always welcomes you with a warm smile!

15/09/2024: We came to the drive-thru today, we ordered 2 cokes without ice, they gave us 2 ice teas with ice, we ordered a happy meal, they didn't give it to us!! We had to go and ask for it and the young man gave us an empty happy meal box, good joke! It's time to see your preparation teams again! Fortunately the manager was responsive!

22/10/2024: Pour faire plaisir à mon épouse hospitalisée depuis des semaines et rêvait d'un menu bacon/potatoes (désolé je ne connais pas le nom) je me suis rendu dans ce McDo. Arrivée à la Candeloro car sol huilé ?? Commande à emporter, une personne devant nous, parfait ! J'ai pris pour ma part des MC fish et ma fille un vrap et un burger. Après un petit 20mn d'attente nous nous sommes rendu à l'hôpital. Mon épouse nous attendait avec impatience avec le plateau spécial WE des hôpitaux devant elle... On a déballé et SURPRISE !!! Tout était froid, le menu maxi bacon sans bacon, mais pire sans rien dedans à part un pauvre steak et un point de ketchup sous lui. 4 malheureuses potatoes froides. Quand à ma fille, son wrap était tout sec mais je pense de la semaine quand même et le burger comme celui de sa mère. Parts de frites faméliques et à moitié cuites en plus d'être froides. Moi j'ai eu de la chance j'ai eu un mc fish avec du poisson dedans. OUAIS !!! Mais que du poisson... Nouvelle recette peut être, ou nouvelle cuisine qui sait ? Bon, pas de raison d'avoir un régime de faveur, quelques frites pas cuites pour accompagner. Nous avons tenté de manger mais même mon épouse a préféré que je demande qu'on lui réchauffe son Knacki purée. Pendant que ma fille et moi même étions partis chercher de quoi calmer notre faim, le plateau a été débarrassé et les preuves du crime jetées à la poubelle. Dommage, je me serais fait un plaisir d'exprimer mon mécontentement. J'espère seulement que des rats ou des chats ne tomberont pas sur les restes (quoi que ...) J'ai aussi une part de responsabilité, si j'avais pris 3 happy meal on aurait au moins eu les cadeaux (des Puffs certainement...) Ha si, une chose de positif, la sauce des potatoes devait être bonne car non préparé sur place mais jetée avec le reste. Voilà, voilà, la prochaine fois que mes petits enfants me demanderont d'aller chez le clown, ce sera coup pelle et abandon sur une aire de covoiturage. Je me dois de les éduquer un minimum...

09/07/2025: Very disappointed, I had ordered online and waited in the reserved place, I was told that the order was ready, I had to wait 30 minutes and I had to go and pick it up and my order was cold

08/07/2025: Covered terrace, indoor table with peripheral outlet. Otherwise, it's in line with what you'd expect from a McDonald's.

05/08/2024: Arriving around 1:20 p.m., we place an order at the terminal and no easel is available! Long service, the person who placed the order at the table took my receipt!! For what ?!! And fried completely cold on arrival, frankly disgusting, not to mention an error in the preparation of the burger!! The person at the counter not smiling or friendly!! Extensive training should be expected!! The toilet code was entered incorrectly, even a gentleman sitting next door gave the correct code to the people who were blocked at the entrance. A lot of stuff accumulated which explains my rating.

10/09/2024: This McDonald's does not deserve more given their more than average speed of serving, the general cleanliness and the atmosphere that may have been there after a certain time of the evening. The staff is nice but the rest is not good.

09/09/2024: Order placed on uber eats; 2 errors (royal deluxe instead of fish deluxe and strawberry smoothie instead of Sunday chocolate) Soft fries Coke without bubble Nothing is going well in this establishment which fully deserves its poor Google rating. When will MC DO France become aware...?

16/09/2024: OK but could do better McDonald's remains a safe bet for a quick meal, but on my last visit, the experience was rather mixed. The burgers are always good, but there is sometimes a lack of care in the preparation: the sandwiches were a little too warm and less tasty than usual. Price-wise, it's reasonable, but compared to certain promotional offers that can be found elsewhere, McDonald's could be a little more competitive. I always appreciate the wide selection of desserts and drinks, but the wait times were a bit long, even outside of peak hours. In summary, a decent experience, but there are areas for improvement, particularly in terms of quality of service and speed.
