24/03/2026: This restaurant definitely holds a special place on my list of favorites in the Oise region ❤️ It's a place with a personal touch, a calm and pleasant atmosphere, far from the noisy restaurants. You really feel at ease there. The dishes are a true delight: everything is flavorful and the portions are generous; you enjoy every bite from start to finish. We went for dinner and unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the ponds, but we'll definitely be back to explore the terrace, perhaps for lunch. It's truly a magical place, which I wholeheartedly recommend and where I plan to return again and again. Budget-wise, expect to spend around €50-70 per person, but honestly, it's well worth it. It's already become my favorite restaurant 💛

11/03/2026: I went there today around 1:30 pm and I had a very pleasant, smiling, and friendly saleswoman, which is very rare these days.

26/02/2026: I was surprised by the reception I received this morning from a young sales assistant. As usual, I came in and said hello, and there he was, at his till, looking me straight in the eye and saying "Hello!" in a rather unpleasant tone. Surprised, I told him I had said hello when I came in, but he didn't seem very convinced by my response. It's really a shame to react like that, especially since it's not the first time he's served me. I've been a regular customer at your store for over five years, and I've never been disrespectful to you, sir. It's a shame, their Nordic bread is amazing! 🙂 Tomorrow, I'm returning my loyalty card!

25/02/2026: A small crêperie to celebrate my birthday. No complaints, generous portions, very welcoming and pleasant staff.

09/03/2026: The room was well-equipped and pleasant. The restaurant was very good. However, the spa was very limited in terms of facilities. The water temperature was just barely adequate. We received a questionnaire a week before our stay asking for our arrival time and if we needed any information regarding transportation or local attractions; we are still waiting for this information.

07/03/2026: A fantastic experience at Clos des Vignes. The setting is magnificent and very relaxing, especially with the pond and the animals around. The welcome was excellent and the staff very pleasant. The meal was truly delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it. We will gladly return!

14/03/2026: A little break ⏸ with a delicious hot chocolate... A warm welcome and a smooth checkout... A real little haven, very peaceful. A lovely spot in Chantilly, I highly recommend it.

20/03/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I'm a regular McDonald's customer, especially at this one near my home. Frankly, I was very disappointed with my visit today. Refusing a simple cheese topping... which I was ready to pay for, is incomprehensible. We're talking about a basic request that doesn't complicate the service in any way. The worst part isn't even the refusal itself, but the lack of flexibility and customer service. At a time when personalization has become the norm, being told "no" without any real explanation leaves a bitter taste. One minute it's yes, the next it's no. I come here to eat, not to haggle.

07/10/2025: Very good, friendly restaurant, generous portions. I had the salmon and potato, and I did indeed have salmon on my plate, unlike in large restaurant chains where it's just a few pieces here and there. I recommend it.

28/03/2026: I went to McDonald's today for a "table service" order via McDonald's+. The notification that my order was ready appeared, followed by a notification that a crew member was bringing my order. Ten minutes passed, and still nothing. I went to the counter; the tray hadn't moved, even though the restaurant was empty. They were just too lazy to look for the right table. As a result, the sundaes were melted despite the freezing cold. Absolutely ridiculous... Don't boast about a service you don't intend to provide. It's absurd to prepare the order and then not bring it back. How long would I have waited if I hadn't gone to check? Of course, the crew member who was there wasn't even able to say hello, apologize, let alone remake the order! Don't bother sending me your usual copy-pasted response; that's not how you handle a complaint.

21/03/2026: Excellent quality products, perfectly cooked meat, home-style flavors, the lamb is exceptional, the best restaurant where you eat well, in a typical Balkan atmosphere.

28/03/2026: Regular items were missing or there was a mistake with the drinks. I'm updating my review... Today I ordered from the drive-thru: The sandwich wasn't even in its packaging, but three-quarters of it was hanging out, so it was cold. The fries were cold and therefore indigestible, and it's outrageous to charge extra for peanuts with the sundae!

20/03/2026: The manager, or so-called manager, who was there on March 20th at 8:30 PM was a complete joke—disrespectful, arrogant, and with an attitude that made me want to throw up my food. Not to mention that his colleague, who was asked to clean the tables, handed us the cloths and told us to do it ourselves.

03/04/2026: At the drive-thru and in the restaurant, it's very slow, and at the drive-thru it's the same thing all the time; they forget a lot of things, even sandwiches.

02/04/2026: I went in this evening and ordered at 7:50 PM. I ordered two Chicken burgers, but they gave me a hamburger and a Chicken burger… a basic mistake. I also ordered potatoes (which are now an extra charge), and they gave me fries instead. I usually always double-check my order, but this time everything was in Happy Meals, so it was hard to see at the time. Frankly, it's a disgrace not to be able to provide clean service that matches the order.

08/02/2026: The owner turns away customers, both families and bikers, even though there's plenty of room in the bar, saying they're full. Clearly, they're overwhelmed with very little business. More than 45 minutes wait to be served. They should perhaps consider hiring more staff. The owner, in my opinion, doesn't want to work on a Sunday, even though it's a beautiful 14°C. The staff isn't very friendly. Our table wasn't cleared or cleaned when we arrived, and we had to wait 20 minutes for it to be cleared. If they're overwhelmed with a ray of sunshine, what will it be like during the summer season? I strongly advise against this place. On our departure, knowing that many tables outside were empty, there was supposedly more than a 45-minute wait to be served, even though all the other customers present were served.
