25/08/2024: 1st opinion but this time, I had to....
Attention ⚠️, if you order by click and connect! Before the terminals were broken all the time, now they use geo-location. But it's useless. They prepare your order 20 minutes before while you are still at home (St Martin sector but detects you close to the McDonald's), and you have not entered your seat number.
And what's more, the staff brings you your order, telling you that it's been ready for 20 minutes but that if it's cold, they can't do anything! Well done ! Not only do they not take geolocation into account, but they cannot keep an order warm. Afterwards, they don't care, you are obliged to accept the order since you started the preparation and you will be charged whatever happens! What a sense of commerce and professionalism! Or how to retain customers? Getting better and better!
No more McDonald’s in Pont for me. And a word of advice, take your order inside, even if it means waiting 30 minutes for an unfortunate Mc Fleury!
Result: an order for 40th for cold and hard fries! Sandwiches to reheat! No sauce!

17/09/2024: After my visit to the drive, the lady was super nice, super welcoming, nothing to say about her welcome 👍
On the other hand, I find it unacceptable when paying a maxi best of for a large fries you end up with half the package. It's not the first time that I've noticed this but never before at McDonald's in Villers Saint Paul.

03/09/2024: Well....well what can I say....an order at the drive-thru....which is poorly prepared....a price that I find a little excessive....and what can I say about the chicken which is far from be crispy as the sign puts it...!
I understand that when burgers are prepared in advance they lose their crispiness....but here, I'm disappointed!
I come from Belgium and this was my first KFC....not sure I'll go back.....!

09/09/2024: 2 pizzas and a mussels and fries chicken at my request at the top. Thank you chef, and thank you to the waitresses who were able to adapt to the request. I highly recommend.

28/09/2024: Nice Macdo, very well located (hotel and airport nearby) very nice decor, good food, toilets, table and clean floor only problem the parking lot is often full.
28/09/2024: Restaurant closed early, we arrived at 10:10 p.m., doors closed. The staff avoids their gaze so as not to move.

24/08/2024: J’y suis allé un midi. Commande aux bornes simple, service rapide et correct, personnel sympathique. Par contre il faut revoir l’entretien du restaurant !!!! Lampe tombée scotchée sur le mur, mur détérioré, WC limite hors service vasque sous film plaque de commande presque HS, tables non nettoyées ,sol collant et les canapés sont tachés… dommage le repas était bon manque juste d’épice pour donner un vrai bon goût.

21/09/2024: It had been a while since I had been there and it was a disaster. The guy who forgets to take our order at the terminal and then almost tells us that we have to queue again, that was absolutely out of the question. Then, 1 hour of waiting and the girl who comes to deliver to us tells us that given the quantity of the order it is normal that it takes this long given our dissatisfaction. Truly a disaster, I have never seen this before in any business.
14/09/2024: Dirty in the middle of the afternoon and incredibly slow, not to mention that you can't pay with a restaurant voucher card and the fries are cold
