03/09/2024: Well....well what can I say....an order at the drive-thru....which is poorly prepared....a price that I find a little excessive....and what can I say about the chicken which is far from be crispy as the sign puts it...! I understand that when burgers are prepared in advance they lose their crispiness....but here, I'm disappointed! I come from Belgium and this was my first KFC....not sure I'll go back.....!

25/08/2024: 1st opinion but this time, I had to.... Attention ⚠️, if you order by click and connect! Before the terminals were broken all the time, now they use geo-location. But it's useless. They prepare your order 20 minutes before while you are still at home (St Martin sector but detects you close to the McDonald's), and you have not entered your seat number. And what's more, the staff brings you your order, telling you that it's been ready for 20 minutes but that if it's cold, they can't do anything! Well done ! Not only do they not take geolocation into account, but they cannot keep an order warm. Afterwards, they don't care, you are obliged to accept the order since you started the preparation and you will be charged whatever happens! What a sense of commerce and professionalism! Or how to retain customers? Getting better and better! No more McDonald’s in Pont for me. And a word of advice, take your order inside, even if it means waiting 30 minutes for an unfortunate Mc Fleury! Result: an order for 40th for cold and hard fries! Sandwiches to reheat! No sauce!

09/09/2024: We had a wonderful time in this superb restaurant. The waitress was smiling and very pleasant. Regarding the cuisine, truly a delight. Succulent. We ate really well and they were absolutely not stingy about the proportions. We were delighted with this moment and we can't wait to come back!

24/08/2024: J’y suis allé un midi. Commande aux bornes simple, service rapide et correct, personnel sympathique. Par contre il faut revoir l’entretien du restaurant !!!! Lampe tombée scotchée sur le mur, mur détérioré, WC limite hors service vasque sous film plaque de commande presque HS, tables non nettoyées ,sol collant et les canapés sont tachés… dommage le repas était bon manque juste d’épice pour donner un vrai bon goût.

The transport bag breaks in the store, I am told "we cannot replace the burgers" which have nevertheless gone to the ground and this is the fault of a faulty bag contrasted by an employee.

23/07/2024: Trade to flee, I was behind a lady in line who was being served by a saleswoman then a second appeared, ignored me and served a regular customer. I kept quiet and waited my turn when this first lady was served. I thought it was going to be my turn, but a gentleman appeared and walked in front of me. The saleswoman started to serve it and I just commented. Apparently here we don't queue, I felt that my remark did not please either the customers who had passed me, nor the saleswomen who had served them, very frustrated, this first saleswoman wanted to serve me, but I decided to leave because this place has a very bad atmosphere.

12/09/2024: Payment at the counter: lady not very friendly, no hello Take away: Missing sauces, sticky dipped cup (must have been spilled) and no book in my son's happy meal. He was super disappointed! For once I don't check the bag... well that will teach me.
