04/08/2026: Appalling! One person takes orders and serves, while four or five others laugh amongst themselves. Great job! The wait for service is far too long. Lamentable.

02/08/2026: The principle of fast food is to serve customers quickly... but this McDonald's has the opposite concept: slow food. If you enjoy waiting forever to be served two measly burgers, then go for it!! I strongly advise against this McDonald's in Villers-Saint-Paul.

11/08/2026: On our way, we had a little lunch. Amazing little and very old village (1st century) with several nice restaurants. The very friendly service on the terras served us some lovely croque monsieurs and Lasagnas. Great reason to get off the Peage.

The service was pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

23/07/2026: Visited at 12:30 PM, restaurant was clean, fries were hot, and the sandwich was hot. The order arrived quickly, and the staff was friendly. It's important to highlight good experiences because I'm often disappointed by McDonald's.

19/07/2026: Arriving at 11 PM, we found five people in the restaurant, including three employees seated at tables eating. We ordered two set menus and waited about 25 minutes to be served. We passed two employees in the restroom who didn't even look up to say hello. Despite everything, we returned a week later. We ordered two ice creams from the drive-thru. The ice creams were ready on the counter, and after 10 minutes, we still hadn't been served. We knocked on the window, and someone finally served us the ice creams while apologizing for the wait. We will never set foot in that restaurant again.

16/08/2026: It's a disgrace! It's Saturday night and, like every day, they close at 4 AM. It's 3:22 AM, I've been here for 20 minutes and no one has taken my order. So I go to the counter and, without even opening the window, they tell me it's closed without any explanation.

29/08/2026: The service was incredibly slow, and the "fast food" concept was far from being respected... Once the order arrived, the potatoes were overcooked, the sauce in the burger was practically nonexistent, the fruit was missing from the happy meal, and the drink was the wrong one...

28/08/2026: Tonight we're picking up our order for the first time in Meru. There's hardly anyone at the drive-thru, hardly anyone inside, but the loyalty card isn't working and there's no ticket available. And to top it all off, I ordered a double Chicago Bacon meal and ended up with a Chicago Classic. If we now have to open the packaging to check the sandwiches inside, it's getting ridiculous. We'll go to a McDonald's further away, but never again to this one…

04/08/2026: The French cuisine at this establishment was magnificent. The sauces were experienced as amazing, and the choice of the milkshake and fries combination was unrivaled. The vegetarian, food-like fried edible substance lost its tastelessness thanks to exactly the right amount of salt. In short, a fantastic experience. Special mention for the "Japanese" sauce.

17/08/2026: I came yesterday around 10:20 PM (August 16th) after the movie. I was very disappointed with the atmosphere. The employees didn't seem to want to work and were unfriendly. It was as if we were bothering them. But it wasn't closing time. Since we didn't want to stay for the cleaning staff, we decided to get takeout. I would have liked to use the restroom, but it was impossible; the path had been blocked to prevent us from going. Furthermore, the wait was very long, and once our order arrived, my children's hamburgers were inedible—they were so salty! And to top it all off, we ordered a big chicken rosti, and we ended up with two pieces of bread, two patties, and a measly slice of cheddar cheese. It was incredibly dry! What is the owner doing?! Pay for this? No thanks!

16/08/2026: First time I've tried table service. The service took about 10-15 minutes. The waitress seemed like she didn't even want to work because you're supposed to have your table number, and she was ready to search the entire McDonald's to find us. Not even a smile, it was like she'd just paid. The burgers were prepared a bit haphazardly, but we're used to that. The main issue was that they were lukewarm, even cold. The only positive point was the quiet atmosphere, but oh well, we made do.

08/08/2026: Excellent value for money. I used to go to this place for a long time, but I switched to Les 3 Brasseurs, where you'll find a huge selection of beers and simple but very well-prepared dishes (poutine, burgers, and other northern favorites). The staff is very friendly and always available, no matter the time of day. My favorite place to have a beer or before going to the movies.
