17/04/2026: From our beer tasting, where we received a very warm welcome on the terrace, we moved on to the restaurant. The meat was cooked exactly as we wanted, and the staff were very pleasant, professional, and friendly. I recommend it for a pleasant evening in a great atmosphere, and especially for the staff—thank you for the cognac!

13/05/2026: For several years, I've been going there once or twice a month, whether for lunch or just a coffee. This time we thought it was good. Everything was cooked perfectly. A very good espresso for €1. The service was quick; there weren't many people there until 11:30 am, then it got very busy, as it was a Wednesday. We had an espresso and then a little later a McDonald's meal deal with the small double chicken sandwich, small fries, a small Coke, and an espresso—an ideal meal for a light snack. We also had a Best Off McCore Extreme meal deal with fries and Fanta, plus a McDonald's sandwich and an espresso. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. There's free parking with a Carrefour Market next door.

01/05/2026: We were 2 families with 2 children and when the little boy go to ask about the toy if its possible to change the lady speak with a high voice and gesticulate at him to go away “desole” you can not speak like this to kids. She didn’t know i was there and with him. The serving woman little at length she is wow.Full respect to her. McDonald you are not appreciate the good ppl. And woman if you see this message shame on you! If the man should not come between….. Shame on you !!

30/04/2026: The staff weren't very welcoming, there were a lot of mistakes. Once, I'd traveled all the way across town and finally arrived home to find it wasn't what I'd ordered. I had to go back the way I came, only to be brushed off by the staff. They didn't even offer me an extra item as an apology. They won't be seeing me again anytime soon.

16/05/2026: We ordered from them twice and both times items were missing, and when we called them they said they couldn't do anything. They're incompetent and completely unprofessional.

16/05/2026: This is the second time we've ordered with Uber Eats here, and both times several items are missing from our orders. We wonder if the employees even care about their jobs. And when we call them, strangely enough, it's never their problem, and they can't give us the missing items. Truly terrible service.

12/05/2026: Nothing is right. The food is frozen and tasteless. The burger has dry shredded chicken, and it's missing lettuce and onion. The fries are frozen. We were told there was no salad since this morning (isn't there a supermarket in Beauvais?), so there were no salads on the menu. The dry cordon bleu was served with fries but no mixed greens… The music blares Lady Gaga covers. I do not recommend it.

07/05/2026: Good evening, We arrived on a Wednesday evening at 9:30 PM, a party of four. The waiter came to take our order at 10:10 PM after we waved him over. Once served, the food was actually good, but no one came to collect our finished plates until 11:00 PM. Why did we have to wait so long? Because no one came to ask if we wanted dessert; again, we had to call the waiter. In the end, we ordered one Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream sundae), and it took no less than 15 minutes to get it out because they were apparently out of vanilla. Regarding this Dame Blanche, I'm still looking for the chocolate; perhaps they were out of it? So, in the end, the service was disastrous, with incredibly long wait times, but the owner didn't seem worried, so I guess this is normal. 22/03/2026: The waitress was very pleasant and friendly with the children. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. It was a simple burger, sure, but the bun was dry, the patty tasted burnt, the cheese was very thin, and there was no sauce... In short, a dish meant to be comforting and satisfying failed miserably!

19/04/2026: Disappointing, no other words... Big Mac with burnt patties and food as thin as shoe leather. It had been years since we'd been there, and we were surprised to discover that many basic items have become add-ons that cost extra. The water served might be tap water or something else entirely. (Minute Maid is almost never available...) And seeing an employee give out small ice creams for free to several tables without offering them to us, even though some had ordered them, shows favoritism towards a particular clientele... we won't be going back! Also, a toy exchange (from the daily special) was refused, while other McDonald's restaurants have accepted the exchange.

09/02/2026: Uber Eats order: I ordered a tuna sandwich, and I received a salad/tomato/hard-boiled egg sandwich... I could taste the tuna very faintly from time to time, along with a drop of mayo. So there was tuna, but try to use a bit more... Because aside from the lack of tuna and mayo, it could have been very good.
