06/09/2026: After midnight, be aware that they stop serving everything, including the smaller menu items like the Happy Meal, McSmart, and McDeal. On top of that, they no longer make ice cream or milkshakes. So, we ordered a toasted sandwich. We were told that the sandwich machine wasn't working and that they weren't making them anymore because it had broken down. In short, a truly awful McDonald's, not to mention the dining area which closes at midnight even though they advertise online that it closes at 2:00 AM. Avoid at all costs!

05/09/2026: Competent and suitable staff for all positions. Particularly those dedicated to cleanliness and therefore hygiene.

11/09/2026: Thank you to Huguette for the excellent service! However, the staff needs improvement... there were arguments between the servers, between the kitchen and the dining room, which wasn't great, especially when you come to have a pleasant and friendly time, well, not in front of the other customers :/

09/09/2026: We ate lunch there. The food was a disaster. My partner and his son ordered the 3 Brasseurs poutine; you had to search for the gravy and cheese curds, the meat was dry, and don't even get me started on the portion size—you can't have a big appetite. Our daughter-in-law ordered the carbonnade, which consisted of two pieces of beef that were as dry as could be. I had the flammekueche with goat cheese and honey, not even a dollop of crème fraîche on top. The waitress was completely lost with the orders. We arrived at 12:15 pm and didn't get our coffee until 2:30 pm. I like to take my time at a restaurant, but there are limits. Furthermore, the waitress asked us to pass her our plates to clear them. Enough is enough. This brasserie has changed a lot. The prices haven't gone up much, but the portions have definitely decreased by 50%. This is the second time we've been there, and it's been a disaster. We tried again to give them a second chance after the last time, but that's it. Eating out is already hard enough with the cost of living, but if the food is so bad, it's just not worth it.

31/08/2026: As of August 31, 2026 We arrived at McDonald's at 11:10 PM and waited over 40 minutes at the drive-thru to pay for our order. We were patient after finally getting an employee's attention to pay, but he told us the order had supposedly been deleted because it was a large order and difficult to retrieve. (This was 10 minutes before closing time.) So, after almost an hour's wait, we had no order and went home. (For your information, there were still 5 cars behind us.) Uber Eats was given priority. NEVER AGAIN

29/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at the McDonald's in Saint-Maximin. The atmosphere was calm, and the service was excellent. The staff was remarkably kind, which we greatly appreciated. We were particularly impressed by Noah's attentive and professional attitude towards the customer, as well as the young woman who served us. A big thank you to the team for this excellent experience! 07/09/2026: A disgrace! If I were you, I'd change staff! It's obvious they're messing with the employees, and I mean it! They forgot an ice cream in a kids' meal, and you politely tell the person who just looks up and sighs, "Hey, file, just add the ice cream!" Plus, the ice creams they gave us were completely melted; we had to throw them away when we got home. Even if we'd eaten there, they were inedible... So we pay for a kids' meal, they forget the toys, they don't have ice cream, and one of my sons ended up without fries in his kids' meal. Can you explain that? If only you had security cameras, take a good look at how we're served and see how much we're bothering them! One thing's for sure: McDonald's Venette is finished for us. We get much better service at Pont Sainte Maxence! And to top it off, a poor woman was calmly preparing orders while everyone else was chatting in the back!

05/09/2026: McDonald's often has product shortages. The drive-thru scanner hasn't worked for over nine months. It hasn't been fixed, so our card won't work, as they say, and our points are deducted... (60€ order). The staff wearing headsets are unfriendly, and when we ask for something extra or to put it in a separate bag, they tell us they can't... (basically, they don't want to bother). The wait is incredibly long, over 15 minutes... and they were missing a sandwich, the books, and the dessert from our Happy Meals! We reported it, and they told us to come back! Of course, I'm going to drive another 30 minutes after waiting over 15 minutes for my order, and I should mention, there weren't many people inside! Shameful considering the current prices! Eating at McDonald's costs more than a good brasserie or other restaurant... and with so-called fast food, you should be served in at least 15 minutes... As for the atmosphere, 0 stars would have been more accurate, though not bad.
