28/08/2024: Unpleasant and discriminatory service
I came to Biarritz on vacation and made the mistake of stopping at this restaurant. As soon as I arrived, the waiter invited me inside to look at the menu, even though the restaurant was empty with many free tables. Naturally, I asked him if there was room, to which he replied, laughing and grinning, "No, no, there's no room." Thinking he was joking, I sat down at a table. Then he came back to tell me, still in a mocking tone, "No, no, miss, it's reserved, there's no room."
What made this experience even more unpleasant was that I'm Asian, and I couldn't help but wonder if this treatment was related to my ethnicity. Why invite me into the restaurant to look at the menu only to refuse me a table when the restaurant was empty? This attitude is incomprehensible, disrespectful, and, unfortunately, leaves a bitter taste of discrimination. I strongly advise against this restaurant for anyone seeking decent service.
26/08/2024: I’m giving four stars because it’s a very small restaurant. It’s not child-friendly unless you sit on the terrace. Since we arrived at 9 PM, we managed to sit inside, bringing our baby along with the stroller. Overall, the prices are good and the food is tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive to details.

15/09/2024: Le spot est top, l’accueil est chaleureux, l’équipe très sympa. La salade caesar est bonne et copieuse (j’ai trouvé un petit manque de cuisson sur certaines parties du poulet croustillant, mais ça reste personnel ).
06/09/2024: Un lugar con mucho encanto y más de noche, a pensar del mal tiempo que hacía. El trato genial y las cheese burger que cenamos, espectaculares. Si no eres de aquí, te atienden en cualquier idioma 👏🏻

09/07/2025: We stayed three days, and were very happy with the hotel. Location is perfect, near the beach and the commercial area, the rooms were nice and functional; no noise and well maintained. And the service was very nice and efficient, particularly the women in reception made check in and out easy and fast. Breakfast was also good, with many choices. And the view to the sea was spectacular around the sunset. We will be back.
06/07/2025: Excellent stay in this charming little hotel, located on the Grande Plage facing the surfers, a marvel!! The staff is attentive, the rooms are elegant and the bedding is very good quality, I will come back!!!

14/09/2024: Cafe Moka is a really good bar in Petit Bayonne, which is the area on the other side of La Nive, ie opposite Les Halles.
Along with a few other bars it is situated in a nice open area and has indoor and outdoor seating. We only came for beers but the combination platter of hams, sausage cheese etc looked so good we had one, which was excellent, and we stayed for a few more beers .
The service here is top class and this is a super cafe bar.

27/09/2024: It’s a bakery that I love, everything is very good at a reasonable price but this afternoon I was very disappointed. I had a chorizo pizza and there was a long hair in the tomato sauce that went all the way across the slice of pizza. And usually when we don't take a bottle of water we always have a small glass of water with it, but this afternoon I didn't take one and I didn't have a glass of water I so I had to deprive myself of drinking… I hope there will be an improvement.

02/04/2024: Séjour au centre de thalasso- Restaurant agréable (table espacée, ambiance calme), personnel sympathique, menus variees . Mais rapport Qualité Prix mauvais (Menu Entrée-plat-dessert à 40 € et on demande au client 20€ en sus pour un plateau de fruit de mer pas totalement complet). Les plats sont bien présentés mais les quantités sont très très petites. On perçoit une volonté de faire du gastro mais il manque un peu de travail, c'est dommage !!!. A l'époque où le propriétaire était Serge Blanco, tout était différent.
Il faut que le nouveau groupe financier pense à revoir son mode de fonctionnement autrement qu'avec une calculette. Lorsque l'on choisit un tel établissement, on espère une prestation d'excellente qualité .
