22/09/2024: We are told 1 hour for delivery, after having called them and stayed 10 minutes waiting because it was not delivered on time we are told 20 minutes more, 2 hours later finally the Pizza,
No respect for the customer. I don't recommend these people

25/08/2024: I did not buy bread in this bakery so I cannot give an opinion on the bread, on the other hand I enjoyed their individual Basque cakes with cream and what's more, really inexpensive, not too sweet and disgustingly generous with cream. always fresh at all times. I did “a cure” of it during my 3 weeks in St Jean de Luz. They are well worth those of PARIES and ADAM.

The place is magnificent but the toilets are unspeakable, not at all up to the standard of the place.
Very very average service, unfriendly
26/09/2024: Unfriendly service and space optimized to the maximum. Horrified by the state of the outdated and filthy toilets with the smell of urinals, these toilets are a shame for this historic place!

21/08/2024: Several times I come to this Macdonald. Too bad the person who takes the order or the one who prepares does not check the ticket. Waiting more than 25 minutes to hand over the drinks (plus they do not correspond to the order placed). Then waiting 15 minutes to have the crushed sandwiches.

24/09/2024: My partner got takeaway, but her mistake was not to check. Indeed, you always have to check when you take away because there is always something missing, after 20 minutes of driving because you don't live nearby. That’s when we realize that a sandwich is missing, which we paid for, of course. Unable to return to make the claim.
So advice always check.
16/09/2024: Used to something that never goes…nice surprise from the team this evening.
My order was perfectly packaged, cooking the entire order perfect.

07/09/2024: It's one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen, food on the floor, trays on the ground, filled racks overflowing, trays left on the tables, dirty tables...
Fortunately the employees are pleasant and kind to compensate for this.

08/09/2024: They have the service utensils; plastic cups and potato boxes. The location is ideal for resting, it is beautiful and the terrace area has a children's playground.
07/09/2024: Full of poorly educated kids who gather there without consuming anything, occupying all the tables with backpacks and as was not enough, they start smoking baper as if there were no tomorrow and the employees don't tell them anything.

12/09/2024: Very disappointed with Mc Donald the waiter doesn't understand anything in the end instead of having a maximum we had a normal meal, and for the drinks you are told when you give your order that all the drinks are zero, staff really not competent, I will not come back to your place again
10/09/2024: I had a nugget menu and 1 Mac Do croc today and how can I say that at the price we pay for our menu I fell on my ass when I saw that my nuggets had just been reheated.. Impossible to I ate it, they were extremely hard and therefore had no taste. And the croc mc do which was soggy, I'm not even talking about it... Only my fries and my coke were okay! It's not the first time that I have had a problem with my orders but I tell myself that the error is human but when it happens too often given the prices and at one point give a stop. Next time I will go to MC do du oak!

06/09/2024: Arriving at the drive-thru yesterday evening at 10:10 p.m. I was served after 20 minutes with only 2 vehicles in front of me. This is the first time I've left a review but the wait has been very long at this establishment several times.
