30/06/2026: At 2:15 PM, I don't know what happened. A 40-minute wait, and the manager in his blue shirt was very rude and unpleasant. I feel sorry for the staff; the floor must be thrilled, they're dropping everything.
30/06/2026: I arrived at 9:25 PM and left at 9:45 PM. I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru for… two ice creams. The line wasn't even full.
When I got to the window to pick up my order, I saw two ice creams already prepared, but no one to give them to me. When the drive-thru attendant came to give them to me, I asked for a small drink while I waited. She replied that the wait hadn't been long and offered me a glass of water. I think the maximum wait time for a customer is 3 minutes and 30 seconds?
In the end, I was left with melted ice cream. (Happy to talk about it!)

30/05/2026: So far, a perfectly normal McDonald's. What really surprised and bothered me, however, was that McCafé didn't have any milk. I've never encountered this in any McCafé anywhere in the world – that they only offer black coffee. The employee was very professional, though, and offered to add some cream to my coffee cup and then pour the coffee on top.
30/05/2026: We ate McDonald's tonight, and to avoid forgetting anything with each Drive-Thru or Click & Collect order, we decided to place our order directly at the kiosks. And yet, more problems!
We had to wait 16 minutes for our order to even begin to be prepared. The ice creams were made first, and our final order was handed to us 19 minutes later!
I asked for them to be remade, which they agreed to, but it took 5 minutes and 35 seconds for them to arrive. As you can imagine, the fries and burgers were barely lukewarm... I sarcastically applauded to thank them for the quality and speed of the service. The "so-called manager" accused me of being disrespectful. I retorted that it was the opposite. She invited me to speak with her, but I refused because I wanted to go home so my children could try to eat something hot (which they didn't). But I remain available to discuss management, organizational matters, communication, and other topics (which is somewhat my area of expertise) :) Apparently, I'm not the only one disappointed, and nothing changes. When will we see some decent competition?

27/05/2026: I ordered a maxi Best Of Nuggets with two deluxe sauces, and I was subjected to a check to see if I'd already had gas, a tray check, and a receipt check initiated by a Black woman, not at all friendly, who wore glasses.
She's the biggest weakness of this restaurant.
27/05/2026: It had been 35 years since I'd set foot in here!! Because of the kids.
It took a heatwave and an electric car to finally get me to this air-conditioned place. The manager welcomed us, and seeing we were lost, she did everything with a smile. Well done! 👍

26/04/2026: Disastrous stay. We paid for accommodation in an unacceptable state.
* No electrical outlets in the bedroom.
* One outlet in the kitchen is coming loose from the wall (dangerous).
* Shower full of mold.
* Yellowed and dirty cushions.
* Greasy pots and pans upon arrival: we had to wash everything again.
* Completely rusted metal dish rack.
* Towel rack in poor condition.
The accommodation is clearly poorly maintained:
* The area under the bed is dirty, full of dust and grime (visible in the photos).
* The door doesn't close properly, with a visible gap between the door and the wall.
* The shutter was "repaired" on the first day, but by the next day it was already broken (impossible to open or close).
We were told someone would come back to fix it: we waited all day for nothing, and no one showed up.
We paid for a comfortable stay and ended up in a dirty, neglected, and dangerous place.
I've attached numerous photos that prove the true state of the accommodation.
Absolutely avoid this place.
25/04/2026: The initial welcome was very good, but everything else needs to be redone: outdated furniture, neglected swimming pool, unsanitary and outdated residence, everything is dirty, dilapidated terrace without an awning, and so on. Avoid at all costs!! I will not return. How can they rent in this condition? It's far from four stars 🌟 Shameful

15/04/2026: We were looking for a bakery near the market hall because there weren't any left connected to the market and it was very crowded. We stumbled upon this one and bought what was left: two baguettes. Well, how can I put it? The saleswoman was incredibly unpleasant—no smile, no thank you, no hello, and she only said goodbye after three of us had to say it. And the bread? It tasted moldy or like an uncleaned baking mat. It's truly shameful to sell bread like that in the city center. What surprises me is that, reading the reviews, it seems this has been going on for years and they haven't made any effort to improve. Luckily, there are tourists like us who fall for it and keep this bakery afloat. Otherwise, it would have closed down already. In any case, it will be the last time we set foot in there.
15/04/2026: My 10-year-old son went in alone to buy his snack. He burst into tears when he left because the saleswoman was so unpleasant to him!
Congratulations: it takes real skill to manage to hurt a child who was just there to buy his snack!

Au bout de 50min d'attente nous avions décidé de partir, à ce moment là la jeune serveuse arrive avec nos plats. Nous lui faisons remarqué avec courtoisie bien entendu qu'on s'apprêtait à partir. Au lieu d'avoir une réaction professionnelle c'est à dire une excuse au minimum. Sa réaction était insolente. Choqué nous avions préféré de partir sans causé de heurt.
On ne vous parle l'absence des salutations de courtoisies, des sourires. Mais surtout quand un client renverse une bouteille d'eau et se casse au sol. La jeune demoiselle se met à rire moqueur et ne ramasse même pas les verres.
C'est impensable. Donc ce restaurant est A FUIR.

In winter the chai latte 😋
