21/05/2026: My wife and I stopped by one evening and ordered via drive-thru. The food was average for a fast-food restaurant. The service was excellent, the staff impeccable. The atmosphere in my car was great. The parking lot was passable cleanliness, but it shows a lack of respect for other users.

20/05/2026: Cold food, staff who don't know the meaning of politeness.

02/01/2026: Opening hours not up to date, closed in the middle of the day which contradicts the hours on Google, what a shame.

27/12/2025: Terrible service, tiny print on the menu indicating extra charges. Poor hygiene with dust. Very aggressive waiter. Not recommended at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially for tourists!!!!!!!!! Really bad.

23/05/2026: Honestly, if you're looking for a place to have a terrible night out, Le 42 in Lyon is the place to go. The atmosphere is so lifeless you can practically hear the ice melting in your drinks. The decor, all dark, old wood, is incredibly outdated; it looks like a bar stuck in 2002. Between the lifeless music and the atmosphere of a condo owners' meeting on a Monday morning, it's hard to imagine anything less welcoming.

05/04/2026: It's probably a good bar, but the clientele leaves completely drunk and keeps us awake for 3 to 4 hours. There's no regulation or management of these people who shout, smoke, and fight, like again last night...

16/05/2026: The dining areas are filthy, the toilets are extremely dirty, and when we asked for a table to be cleaned before eating, we were told, "I know, people don't know how to eat." Avoid this McDonald's.

16/05/2026: Today I went to the McDonald's in Décines. I was served by the lovely Chimène, a very helpful, adorable, and always smiling person. Thank you! I can't wait to come back and be served by the same person. Big kisses, Chimène. The BG. From the 208 ❤️

13/05/2026: The woman who cleans the dining room is unpleasant, insulting customers at their tables and deliberately splashing water with her mop—that's unacceptable. I understand she might be in a bad mood, but taking it out on the customers is inadmissible. She needs to be reprimanded. Aside from that, nothing special to report; it's McDonald's food, nothing surprising there.

05/05/2026: Great. The staff was very friendly. I sometimes wish we had that in Germany.

24/05/2026: It's 30°C, we're exhausted so we take a break to cool down and... no air conditioning. It's hotter inside than outside. Heads up, diabetics: we ordered Diet Coke and received Diet Coke. As for the fries with cheddar sauce, we're still looking for the cheddar... at 5 bucks a pack, it's a rip-off. Anyway, we won't be back. (And on top of that, it took us ten minutes to find the parking lot entrance...)

06/05/2026: I found the prices had gone up considerably. If you go to McDonald's, you know what you're going to eat, but ordering at the kiosk isn't very practical; you don't always find what you want because you don't know how to search. That might be why I thought the prices were high. Otherwise, the place was clean, and the staff was pleasant.

10/05/2026: I went on May 10th around 12:40 AM. There were three of us in the McDonald's. For one Happy Meal, I waited 30 minutes. Yes, 30! The woman was completely lost, as slow as my 90-year-old great-grandmother.

19/04/2026: Be aware that even if it says "open until 6am," it's just the drive-thru. The dining room closes at 11pm. It's very unpleasant to discover this after a 15-minute walk with luggage.

23/06/2025: I grabbed a croissant when I didn't need one so I could sit down for 30 minutes at a table to work while I had an appointment at another store. The waitress came to me as soon as I got my laptop out, to kick me out because I hadn't paid at the cash register "on the premises." I couldn't get a refund for the croissant, or ask to pay the difference between the cash register and the takeaway. So I left as if I'd been accused of being a thief. No humane gesture from the waitress, no "solution" from the salesperson. He hadn't told me there were two options; that's a mistake that happens, no problem. But on the other hand, when you work in a service industry and forget to serve people who are honest and willing to pay, that's a problem. 1/5, I will never go to any Paul's again in France or abroad. Too bad I travel a lot, so sandwiches at the station were fine.

25/11/2025: I'm a loyal drive-thru customer; the service is usually quite fast, but this is the second time in a row in just a few weeks/months that I've been served unpleasant drinks, and these were two different ones at that. They're completely diluted with water—unacceptable!
