17/09/2024: The worst Starbucks in Lyon. Missing liquid from the drink, and after complaining, the barista gets upset because I pointed out that there is OBVIOUSLY liquid missing from the cup. When ordering the drink, they don’t even ask for your loyalty card, and if you ask about it after you’ve already paid, they just say "too bad," "too late." I went asking to the barista if she could give me my drink as I paid for it, because obviously, she didn’t buy it nor give it to me for free, and she just suggested adding COLD milk to a hot drink to make up for the missing part. When I told her I just wanted my drink as it should be (pumpkin spice latte), she got upset, saying she had other drinks to prepare and I was obviously wasting her time.Terrible service. 31/07/2024: On this heatwave day, it’s even hotter inside than outside!! This is unacceptable for customers, but especially for staff. I even think that they do not have the right to work in such conditions. In any case, they are always so friendly! I took a bottle of water, it's hot. For the price we pay, it's really not satisfactory at all! I hope I don't get sick from the Bought Today sandwiches!!

15/12/2024: 35 minute wait for a Click & Connect at the drive-thru on a Sunday evening. Arrived 6:30 p.m. served 7:05 p.m. As a result, the fries are cold (not even warm...) and there is a shortage of ice cream worth €10. A shame, this must be the 4th or 5th time that this has happened to me at Mc Donalds in Saint Bonnet but that's enough, it's time to rate the restaurant for the level of service: non-existent. This is literally THEFT. Don't bother to call them they don't answer. You don't even deserve the star that I'm being forced to put

08/12/2024: Drive order at 7 p.m., there were a few cars in front of me. I thought I would wait a bit, which is normal. In the end, once the order was paid, it was given to me within 30 seconds. I'm checking it out because it's really fast. The fries are cold and the drinks have no bubbles because the ice cubes have melted. This McDonald's prepares all its products mega in advance. Considering the price it’s absurd… Anticipate too much = cold product = unhappy customer!!

27/01/2025: After a concert Saturday evening, we decided to go to the drive-thru to order. Unfortunately, this proved impossible. We were stuck for more than an hour, surrounded by cars, unable to move forward or get out. I ended up going straight to the window to ask if there was a problem, but no one came. My question was completely ignored. Meanwhile, horns sounded, expressing the annoyance of other customers. When the manager finally moved, it was only to shout, without providing any explanation or apology. In the end, we managed to leave this hell, but without being able to order. If managing the crowds after a concert or match is so complicated, it would be better to temporarily close the drive-thru rather than leaving customers in such a situation.

04/09/2024: Only 1 person to serve... That is to say: take orders, prepare sandwiches and collect. Already when there are 3 of them the service is long but then here: 35 minutes of waiting between order taking and service, for a takeaway sandwich and what's more the order is not respected and it wasn't very good (way too much sauce and cabbage and not the bread chosen). The waiter does what he can but clearly he is not helped by his management. I won't go anymore, too bad I liked it before.

20/08/2024: To flee!!! In terms of friendliness and service, it is completely worth reviewing. I have a bagel for €7.50 and I want to pay with a €20 note. The lady with the ponytail at the counter stops me and tells me she can't give me change. Obviously I didn't have any smaller otherwise I would have done what was necessary. And there, she dares to tell me, but we never pay for something worth €7.50 with a €20 note. It was almost my fault. And his colleague who explains to me that they have a small cash register because it is a “small” store. Bagelstein is a chain store and what's more, this one is apart from God, so the "small" store is not admissible. No apology from them, this is simply intolerable. If you don't like what you do, no one is forcing you to stay. I therefore had to pay by credit card. But I should have left and left the order because it was tasteless with bread that was several days old. In short, run away.
