27/09/2024: I waited 40 minutes for an ice cream that came all melted... when we have a lot of orders we do the one that takes 5 seconds first we do the one for the big family. Plus the floor was sticky and the toilets weren't even mentioned. I hope this place gets torn down and replaced by any other business or restaurant. To flee

30/09/2024: 30 min to wait for my order while the staff have fun in the kitchen. To ultimately eat cold. We ask for sauces it is limited if we ask the restaurant 😡 Not to mention forgetting my sister-in-law's order which magically vanished and she waited a total of 45 minutes for just one menu. Not to mention orders that don't correspond to customers, bags that fall at customers' feet... Really unacceptable

06/09/2024: I came this afternoon and frankly it's certainly one of the best McDonald's in Lyon, the room is really clean, the sandwiches are well prepared which is a change from some other McDonald's! And finally the staff is really very pleasant and smiling, in fact one person in particular who stands out for her kindness and her smile is the young Bledina! I will come back to your place!

18/12/2024: Arrive in the room at 10 p.m., order taken at 10:04 p.m., only order in preparation. Employees who think they are in the circus, shouting everywhere... and not rushing while I have been waiting for a long time... around 10:15 p.m. they come to tell me that they have no more eggs and kindly offer me a burger. Order collected at 10:22 p.m.… After receipt, Big tasty 2 meat ordered…. I only have one meat in it and not in the right bun... the burger that I was offered is cold and in 3 packages because completely damaged... the fries are cold.... I ate 50m from the restaurant) Extremely top of service

15/12/2024: Too bad we can't give 0 stars, yesterday around 2 a.m. I passed a young girl at the drive-thru with short hair and lots of curls, North African type, not at all welcoming, not a good evening, she didn't put any sauce on us. tell us that it's up to us to ask for them while I'm working ah McDonald's 😂 we automatically put them with the fries, and no napkin either, when Madame returns, she tells me 'bah all you have to do is ask, review the respect and language of your very impolite employees, we ask if we have taught them politeness

28/11/2024: So I ate here my stomach hurts again I saw that the meat was expired normally it's lighter the color of the meat but it was black it's a shame for a facefood which is sensible to be world number 1 Decuuuuuu 000000

19/05/2024: It has lost a lot of quality. American breads are almost inedible. Too hard, burnt and with very little meat in it. I would much prefer the way it was before The 2 stars are for the friendly welcome

10/05/2024: before it was much better the baguette was reduced by half the chicken with pieces of nerve inside was inedible and not cooked enough and the cold fries were very soft not good at all plus they forgot to give us our drinks! for the price there are much better elsewhere.

08/06/2024: I think the waitresses would choke if they smiled or just said hello. Not very commercial all that. We feel more like we're pissing them off than anything else. To top it off, one of them serves the ice cream using her thumb!!!! Hygiene 0 - Risk of salmonellosis 1. Fortunately the bread is good but it makes you wonder if hygiene follows...

19/08/2024: I came to the Cour des Miracles as part of a meal with work colleagues, the setting is really nice, the backyard is pleasant for eating lunch with beautiful shaded areas. On the service side, the copy needs to be reviewed, just at the drinks reception half of the things ordered were not compliant, or simply forgotten. There is a lot of work to be done on this! What happened next with the dishes did not change the situation, some had finished eating the dish while others were still not served. Concerning the dishes, they are quite simple, not necessarily generous in terms of quantity, although I had the starter + main + dessert formula, it was not enough to upset my stomach! The starter was ok with melon + ham, despite the melon having no taste at all. The main course was quite bland, sparse, without real presentation, and lacked taste. The dessert was quite good without being overwhelming (crumble), my colleague's fondant (which I finished) was also good. In short, a place on paper that is really nice, but a real gap must be made in terms of cooking for everything to be good! Few things are offered for people who do not eat meat. Too bad because there is potential! The person who made the reservation had suggested this place because he had a good memory (great place + meal) but obviously, it was before because he also came away disappointed, just like me.

20/09/2024: Unpleasant welcome! The table has not been wiped. Stuffy and expensive pain au chocolat. A strange residue in the syrup, unexplained by the waitress who does not apologize, replace, or refund.. Absolutely AVOID...
