30/05/2026: A horror! A VERY serious hygiene problem.
I bought several items (bread, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins) and found a mouse dropping directly on the pain aux raisins. The negative reviews about this bakery are confirmed. It's a disgrace.
In addition to the health hazard (risk of disease), the service is deplorable, completely unprofessional (no smiles, they laugh in your face). I will never go back. Absolutely avoid it.

We stayed on a Saturday night for an early Sunday departure from Orly.
No restaurant on weekends! There's an advertisement for the restaurant, conveniently omitting the fact that it's only open during the week. There's nothing nearby except a McDonald's and a pizza vending machine.
Breakfast is served late on weekends, whereas it's served from 5 a.m. on weekdays?? For a hotel whose guests are potential Orly travelers, this is incomprehensible.
You pay for a room + breakfast package, but you don't get breakfast. They tell you a package will be ready instead. What a disgrace! Extremely low-quality products and no drinks. Unbelievable, but this establishment is downgrading its weekend guests.
The room is outdated, still has a bathtub, and the air conditioning doesn't work. It's impossible to open the windows because there aren't any, supposedly for safety reasons. In short, an evening and a night to forget very quickly, and an establishment banned from our address books.

13/07/2026: The price is significantly higher by €1 per burger compared to other McDonald's. A tip: it's cheaper to order from elsewhere, even with delivery fees (Burger King is downstairs and it's much more cost-effective).

16/07/2026: Dirty restaurant. Filthy toilets. Unfriendly staff. The ice cream they served me was already melted, and when I asked for a straw, they refused because "it's only for milkshakes." I should have shown them the ice cream to prove that I did, in fact, have a milkshake.
13/07/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with my recent visit to your establishment (July 11th around 9:30/10:00 PM). While the food met my expectations, the service was unacceptable.
I experienced an abnormally long wait for a small order (15 minutes for an ice cream, followed by another 15 minutes for a drink that I had to ask for twice). No apology was offered for these oversights.
The most unacceptable aspect was the staff's attitude: I observed two kitchen employees using their phones instead of working. Beyond the lack of professionalism, this poses a serious hygiene problem, especially since they weren't wearing hairnets. All this in a restaurant that was only a quarter full.
In short: A complete lack of consideration and nonexistent service.

05/07/2026: A terrible experience at the McDonald's in Bonneuil. The tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. When we asked an employee to clean our table, his response was, "If I have time." This is unacceptable! In the end, a friend had to ask for a cloth and clean the table himself so we could sit down. It's shameful for a restaurant that's supposed to maintain a minimum level of hygiene. I'm very disappointed and I won't be going back.

12/07/2026: I wanted to share this opinion because I find that the negative aspects are often highlighted while the positive ones are overlooked.
I thank the entire team for their professionalism and their warm welcome every day. I come to this restaurant very regularly and I am always greeted with a smile and in a pleasant atmosphere.
I would especially like to thank their hostess, Fedoua, who is a true ray of sunshine. Always smiling, kind, and attentive, she demonstrates great professionalism.
12/07/2026: A nightmare! The staff are very willing, but there aren't enough of them, and they're running around like crazy. Long waits and constant, constant mistakes.
Tonight, I came home with veggie nuggets instead of the chicken nuggets I ordered... plus there was an error in the children's menu book.
Note to management: this problem is recurring, the employees are under pressure and have to deal with customer dissatisfaction.

02/05/2026: A little family outing today to the Starbucks at La Vache Noire.
My daughter ordered a beautiful black and white donut while I waited for my coffee.
A minute later, I saw her return to the counter, looking dejected, complaining that her donut was rock hard.
The young woman at the register called her colleague over and asked if he had put completely frozen donuts in the display case.
And he had.
Not very professional, ladies and gentlemen...
Especially since the products are quite expensive...
And of course, not even a gesture of goodwill.

16/07/2026: It's a disgrace! I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru to pick up my order. There were only two of us at the drive-thru and hardly anyone inside. It's shameful! No apology, no compensation. I do not recommend this place!

Half the kiosks were out of order, and there was no way to pay by credit card at the kiosks, so I had to pay at the counter, but surprise! No one was there to take my payment!
After waiting almost an hour, my order didn't go through properly between the kiosk and the kitchen, so a Happy Meal was missing, and I would have had to reorder at the kiosk and wait another hour!! Goodbye, refund, and boycott of this restaurant, which, judging by the other reviews below, deserves a major overhaul of its practices and staff for better management!
Let's hope that one day McDonald's will go back to being a fast-food restaurant like it used to be...

22/07/2026: Worst Starbucks Latte I’ve ever had. Tasted more like water than coffee. Disappointing to say the least. My kids didn’t like their drinks either. Does not compare to other international Starbucks I’ve been served at. Better to have spent my money on another business while waiting at the Charles de Gaulle airport.

Avoid this place; it's not representative of the brand.

29/07/2026: The longest drive-through in France: 10 minutes to place an order and 27 minutes to pick it up, and there were only 5 cars.
I asked for an explanation, but even the employee seemed embarrassed.
29/07/2026: Honestly, skip this place, don't go to this McDonald's. To think we were hesitating between this and Burger King, what a mistake! A 40-minute wait in total, at 11 PM, is outrageous for two sandwiches. And on top of that, I had to ask for beef four times; they barely listened. I checked, and they gave me a chicken sandwich. I asked to change it, waited another 10 minutes, and finally, when I got home, I was left with a chicken sandwich. It's really unfair. And to top it off, they forgot my drink. Terrible customer service, unpleasant to customers, and above all, they don't listen at all.
I won't be back, and I don't recommend it.
