03/09/2024: le service était très déplacé ,je me suis rendu au mcdo accompagnée de mon mari et la serveuse ne s’est pas gênée de faire des avances à mon mari,elle s’est permise de lui toucher la cuisse lorsque qu’elle est venue apporter notre commande,de plus elle a fait exprès de renverser la boisson de la commande sur mon mari.Elle a sans hésiter toucher mon mari sans élégance et avec une envie malsaine… J’étais désemparé,mon mari était sous le choc.Nous avons alors appelé le manager qui nous a violemment expliqué que ce comportement venait des sois disant “avances” de mon mari et que je n’avais qu’à "le tenir"! Sous le choc mon mari et moi avons décidé de partir sans même manger notre commande qui n’était même pas complète!! Bref une très mauvaise expérience mon mari et moi nous en souviendrons..😡

05/08/2024: I highly recommend the DFC restaurant, one of the best in its specialty. There you can find delicious chicken and a nice variety of sandwiches and burgers. The welcome is exceptional! Additionally, hygiene standards are impeccable.

30/07/2024: Disappointment when I ordered a Viennese coffee that I love at Starbucks for the Chantilly and what a disappointment not even a spray of whipped cream.... So yes the chocolate is good but if I pay 6 euros it's also to have Chantilly like in other Starbucks. I'm not talking about being unfriendly when I said it. Service to be reviewed! Thank you to the manager for managing customer service management to your servers.

11/09/2024: As usual when ordering, the service is sloppy. The burger arrived upside down. Coke zero has no gas so we pay for something undrinkable. There is never any sauce even when you order them.

03/09/2024: One of the worst McDonald's I've been to! The manager does not listen to his customers and does not provide any response to dissatisfaction other than telling me to never return to his establishment.

28/08/2024: Delivery order received without fries. Assistance offered me a refund in the amount of €3.84. Which is equivalent to the price of a slice of fries. I find it deplorable to refund €3.84 on an order knowing that the fries are missing the entire order should be refunded. It seems to me that fries are essential in a McDonald’s order. There is no McDonald's without fries. Waiting for compensation commensurate with the employees' lack of concentration. Kind regards

25/08/2024: Acceptable service, friendly staff. Only problem is the quantity of food served which is less. Update: I have since returned to this McDonald's and despite an old negative review, the staff has been very pleasant the last 2 times, very responsive, security has done its job of filtering perfectly and comes to help, good food and fast service .

27/09/2024: Horrible, unpleasant welcome, long waits, catastrophic hygiene, staff who neglect the customer despite numerous requests. Not to mention the toilets which have been out of service for months, I strongly advise against eating at their place!

26/07/2024: After a more than average Sandwich, I bite into a pistachio éclair whose filling is completely frozen...I point it out to a saleswoman who apologizes for not having told me that I had to wait a little and then who is clearly being yelled at by a superior for this failure! No, ma'am, we don't serve frozen desserts to customers when we're a professional!

26/06/2024: Sincerely disappointed. I won't come back again. I'm coming back I'm expecting a minimum of hello 👋🏻 I didn't say anything just to see if they said hello to me an employee clearly looked at me without smiling or hello it was only my turn that they said hello to me . I'm probably quibbling but I didn't enjoy my time in this bakery, but I stop by whenever I can. I come away disappointed. that my message serves to improve this bakery which has potential... and yet the general note does not follow. plus when we get home I don't smell the bread... I hate to complain or quibble a lot but I love this bakery until today... or I won't come back.
