01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before. Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours. In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.

24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅! Rooms with basic comfort but clean. Efficient showers. Very decent breakfast👍🏼! Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs! Hotel only for emergencies.

23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

07/09/2024: 40 minutes before having your menu. Management is chaotic. Management is rubbish. The organization is disastrous. I advise you if you are in a hurry to go see the competition. Even in a restaurant we don't wait that long. 2 giant menus for 40 minutes

03/09/2024: So on their site, it says closed at 1 a.m. I arrived at McDonald's at 11:15 p.m. and the staff told me they were closed. So it doesn't make sense to put a timetable on the Internet and find me walking one kilometer. For nothing. This McDonald's is becoming nonsense.

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again... Rude, insolent and incompetent staff. When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them. No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question. In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money. In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold. We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent. 16/12/2024: It was by looking at the reviews that I realized that I am not the only one, often being at the institute opposite, I used to eat there from time to time, however today I I was able to find by eating not a hair but a tuft of hair in my sandwich, to the point of vomiting, so I went to the subway to show what I found in it and what I was able to spit out, the the only gesture we are proposing is to make a sandwich again? or choose a cookie. Obviously I refused, not even a refund offered I remained cordial and polite and I left but frankly I am very very very disappointed and disgusted too bad that in shock I did not think to take photos
