23/04/2026: I was extremely disappointed with this McDonald's. The wait was incredibly long before we were served, and once we finally received our order, it wasn't even what I ordered. I had asked for a plain meat sandwich, without any toppings, and they didn't follow my instructions.
As for the drinks, there was a mix-up: the Cokes tasted like Oasis, which is pretty strange…
And to top it all off, while eating our fries, we found long, curly hairs in them… even though we have straight hair, so it clearly wasn't us.
The staff was also unpleasant and unprofessional. Between the wait, the mistakes, and the lack of hygiene, the experience was truly awful.
I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.
22/04/2026: It was complicated to get served as a group of 51 when, at the school's request and in advance with my school trip agency, we meticulously prepared all the menus, drinks, and desserts... we were the ones who organized the orders... and not even a THANK YOU!!!

24/04/2026: Oh dear, I agree with the other reviews… It's so filthy, it's practically an abandoned Quick! The cleaning is appalling, and the equipment is terrible—the seats are completely worn out, the children's play area is disgusting, there's sticky stuff everywhere! In short, it's shameful.

I strongly advise against this Quick restaurant; avoid it at all costs. The state of the seats and the appalling hygiene are unacceptable.
It's unacceptable to see an establishment where children and adults eat lunch every day.

25/04/2026: Honestly, this is the third time the book and juice are missing, even though they cost extra. The Capri Sun wasn't free. I ordered Infinity Stars and they replaced them with nuggets, even though there's only a €1 difference, and that's not even what I wanted. Avoid them at all costs! They make mistakes all the time. If you can't read, don't bother preparing orders. I'm so angry! Ordered 4418 😡😡😡
23/04/2026: The McDonald's was dirty and there was no one to clean. I asked for it to be cleaned, and I was told that the cleaning staff weren't there, and there was no manager either. On the plus side, the service was quick and the parking lot was large.

14/03/2026: Judging by the comments, I feel like throwing up. In my case, a waitress was about to bring a tray to a customer at a table, and she grabbed one or two fries from it on the way... Two other customers at the register and I just stared at each other, wide-eyed, we've never seen anything like it.

It was my first time eating at this Subway.
I received a very warm welcome from the two employees there.
It was delicious!
I recommend it!

The wrong size and missing toppings. A complete rip-off.

I ordered a duo of macarons (two different flavors) and received two of the same flavor (perhaps they were out of stock, but I didn't receive an explanation).
The service was also of poor quality, even though the restaurant was only moderately busy.
05/04/2026: Catastrophic...
An order including one Happy Meal, one McChicken, and one McChicken meal... Not much, really.
We received two McChickens in an unbelievable state: we couldn't find the bun under the sauce (they were double-wrapped, so the cooks were well aware of what they were sending), impossible to eat! I've never seen anything like it....
Veggie burgers instead of nuggets, BBQ sauce instead of Chinese sauce, a book instead of a toy.... What a disappointment for our child!
The fries were cold, but that's probably due to the delivery...
In short, thanks McDonald's for this wonderful meal.

24/02/2026: A fantastic experience! The meal was truly delicious, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, the portions generous, and everything was served hot and on time. You can tell they care about doing things right and satisfying their customers.
The store is very clean and well-organized. The tables, counter, and even the restrooms are spotless, which is very reassuring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can eat in comfortably.
Plus, the prices are incredibly low. For the quality and quantity offered, the value is excellent. It's a place I highly recommend and where I'll gladly return! 🍔
13/02/2026: Honestly, it's so good and not very expensive. Their chicken is excellent and the staff is very friendly! I love it.
I come here often with my husband; it's a real treat, especially after work.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before.
Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours.
In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.
24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅!
Rooms with basic comfort but clean.
Efficient showers.
Very decent breakfast👍🏼!
Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs!
Hotel only for emergencies.

It seems like French service is running out of steam here.
23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again...
Rude, insolent and incompetent staff.
When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them.
No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question.
In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money.
In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold.
We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent.
Have a good evening and hope that your “we are recruiting” sign at the entrance brings you respectful employees.

29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase
The burger no longer has a sandwich
Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam
The quality is clearly no longer there
The store seemed clean at first glance.
