09/07/2025: I am leaving this review reluctantly because I am usually a good customer of the restaurant where I have always been satisfied with the service and the quality of the products, but this evening I received cold fries on the tray, the way in which a certain Loïc served us like dirty people by pouring the drink on someone close to me, I was disappointed by the habit of the team member who is not professional without receiving an apology from him next time I hope it will not happen like this

29/07/2024: As much as I have no problem with the food and I have never had any product missing from my order but for some time the service has been long with a wait of 20 to 30 minutes just for a menu.
We see that McDonald's prioritizes the drive-thru and the people seated at tables, but when it comes to take-out orders, these are delivered randomly, which means that we wait for no particular reason. You seriously need to review your organization and your kitchen service because waiting more than 20 minutes for a simple menu is not acceptable. And people taking takeout orders don't necessarily have time to wait either.

29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase
The burger no longer has a sandwich
Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam
The quality is clearly no longer there
The store seemed clean at first glance.

It seems like French service is running out of steam here.
23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

26/08/2024: The service is deplorable the food is served cold mc do is no longer what it was before and the prices 😱 better eat at home now and prepare the same thing. Between the dry fries, the hot drinks, the half-melted ice cream and the rubbery nuggets, thank you, it will now be without me.
Too bad we have to give at least one star to validate the publication.
22/08/2024: We ordered the new McDonald's products during the Olympic Games and it was pretty good. Everything was hot. Their breakfast formula is also interesting. Pleasant staff.

If you are looking for an idea of an inexpensive place to celebrate your child's birthday, the Mc Do de Puiseux will be a very good choice.
A reserved table, rather nice decor and above all entertainment!
1 happy meal and 1 gift bag per child + 1 special gift for the child celebrating their birthday and it's not a trinket.
The children had fun from start to finish and EVERYTHING was managed by the staff. The cake is not the horrible frozen stuff you can find everywhere. A simple and effective vanilla cake. And some of the staff came to sing happy birthday with a musical speaker! That was great!

07/09/2024: McDonald's well located but the service is exceptionally slow whether it is lunch or dinner service. Orders are respected and there is generally no waiting to order at the terminal.
Edit: Often returned to this McDonald's, and half the time, the large fries are medium fries in a large fries package, aberrant, cf. The photo.

01/07/2025: It was 37 degrees that day, a real oven. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning decided to go on vacation too: after four hours of blowing lukewarm air set to 15°C, nothing changed, except my ability to sweat like never before.
Room service wasn't very attentive, and we felt like we were bothering and irritating the person by politely asking for help. Fortunately, we were able to change rooms after some insistence, but it almost gave the impression that the problem was ours.
In short, a disappointing stay despite a room change. Better customer service and a little more attentiveness would have really made a difference.
24/06/2025: Positive: Hotel on the CDG airport, 10-15 minutes from Roissypôle. Take the city bus: ticket €2.50 (ideally have the exact change or you can get a virtual ticket on your phone by text message). Bus stops nearby. No need to take a taxi, unless you're in a hurry😅!
Rooms with basic comfort but clean.
Efficient showers.
Very decent breakfast👍🏼!
Cons: Poor soundproofing (noise from the hallway, slamming room doors, etc.). Take earplugs!
Hotel only for emergencies.

We serve an order on site to customers, the customers come back to see the waitress to tell her that it is not their order, she realizes that indeed it is not their order but mine, she has it crazy in a bag and gives it to me. I tell her that it's still limited, that she gave it to other customers who I don't know what they did with it, and she tells me sorry.. Next time give the leftovers directly !
07/06/2024: Visited a few days ago and not disappointed, quick and efficient service, staff are very helpful. I would come back with pleasure.

05/09/2024: I went to have breakfast there was 1 couple and I ordered a chocolate and pancakes I almost went to ask them if they needed help because it took so long luckily I wasn't in a hurry . So the service was a bit long just for breakfast and there was a shortage of cutlery and napkins so I went to get them. Otherwise it was clean, lacking a bit of background music 🎵.

03/09/2024: I don't recommend it at all, RUN AWAY!!! Really very very disappointed: the fries are (super)
fatty, the wrap was poorly closed + too much sauce (disgusting) + the chicken inside lacked taste (it looked like it was boiled).
If I gave 1 star for the service, it's only because I ordered via Uber Eats, and my delivery person was fast and efficient.
27/08/2024: Ordered via ubereat I didn't understand the negative reviews the wings were great and the chicken wrap was the same.

03/09/2024: So on their site, it says closed at 1 a.m. I arrived at McDonald's at 11:15 p.m. and the staff told me they were closed. So it doesn't make sense to put a timetable on the Internet and find me walking one kilometer. For nothing. This McDonald's is becoming nonsense.

21/09/2024: I don't understand the reviews. I've been coming to this Subway for years and the sandwiches have always been well stocked. The meats/vegetables and condiments are covered with a window that lifts and are of good quality... I went there that same day and frankly nothing to complain about...
11/09/2024: Thieves! Honestly we eat more bread than products in the sub! They are very close to the quantities, almost half a spoonful for chicken tika and the rest I don't even talk about! A shame considering the price of the sandwiches! I don't recommend it, too bad...
