A very warm welcome 😊 The pizzas are delicious, the salads too (I've tried them all), and don't even get me started on the quiches, which I adore, and finally, their tiramisu—light and delicious. In short, we've moved to Osny, but we still come to La Provençale for our pizzas 👌 because, in terms of quality and price, I haven't found better. Well done to François and his daughter!

05/06/2026: I had a very frustrating experience at McDonald's. I accidentally paid twice because the receipt didn't print. Despite my explanations, the manager refused to offer any solution. It's a shame, because the service wasn't up to par.
01/06/2026: Order of 01/06/2026, beef in chicken packaging, Sprite without ice, delivered from the fleet with 3 tons of ice, hired people who can read, maybe we'll get proper orders.

24/05/2026: The staff was clearly overwhelmed! Extremely slow!! They sighed when we finally asked them to take our takeout order!!
The result? Fries thrown in, Big Mac placed on top! And straight into the bag with the drinks! Complete lack of effort!
A change of staff is needed! Avoid at all costs!
19/05/2026: The prices are outrageous, the loyalty program is practically useless, and the staff, who can barely manage table service upstairs, clearly struggle to do so downstairs (it took two of them six times to come around before bringing my order, even though I was sitting at the counter). This restaurant is beyond awful, it's indescribable. Honestly, one of the worst restaurants I've ever seen.
Avoid it at all costs. Seriously.

- There's always something missing from the order
- The trays are dirty, not even the paper towel
- There's never any ice in the drinks
- Every day they're out of one or more items.
But since they think their customers are tourists, just passing through, they don't care.

25/04/2026: I ordered from Uber Eats and frankly, it was a bad experience: a huge delay (cold Greek food), small portions (especially the meat), and overall not very good. Hoping I don't get sick in the next few days.
16/04/2026: How can they dare sell pizzas like these? Even the €3.50 pizzas from Leclerc are much better. I ordered delivery once, never again... It's worse than frozen food... Not fresh, tasteless, and that's putting it mildly.

The welcome was excellent, and the service was quick.
She is attentive to the customer and manages her position very well.
I recommend this McDonald's.
23/05/2026: Zero logic. We parked to go in, only to be told it was closed and only the drive-thru was open. Fine, we headed to the drive-thru. They refused to take our order because we hadn't retrieved our car. We weren't going to retrieve our car for two small, airy sundaes 🤦🏾♂️
Result -> Burger King. Where we received excellent service

24/02/2026: A fantastic experience! The meal was truly delicious, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, the portions generous, and everything was served hot and on time. You can tell they care about doing things right and satisfying their customers.
The store is very clean and well-organized. The tables, counter, and even the restrooms are spotless, which is very reassuring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and you can eat in comfortably.
Plus, the prices are incredibly low. For the quality and quantity offered, the value is excellent. It's a place I highly recommend and where I'll gladly return! 🍔
13/02/2026: Honestly, it's so good and not very expensive. Their chicken is excellent and the staff is very friendly! I love it.
I come here often with my husband; it's a real treat, especially after work.

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!
02/06/2026: The hotel was very dirty, especially the stairs and entrance. There were no drinking glasses. Parking was €8 per day, supposedly Kiriad, but it was actually a first-class hotel.

It seems like French service is running out of steam here.
23/12/2023: The worst starbucks ever visited. Staff's actions are very very rude. I asked whether they had a frappuccino, she could had said no but instead she gave me a funny look with a rude hand gesture. Starbucks standard is clearly very low here in Paris.

The kitchen…well…it’s McDonald’s, no surprise
On the other hand, one terminal out of two is out of order…
28/08/2024: Usually we don't go to this Mac do, we won't make the mistake again...
Rude, insolent and incompetent staff.
When we arrived, people told us that the terminals were probably broken because they had been waiting for 15 minutes, but in fact no one paid attention to their presence and so they were waiting for us to deign to take care of them.
No one wants to say good evening while we give them a big smile and the good evening in question.
In the end the cheddar supplement was no longer available (sometimes we get it wrong), but another employee sent us a 1 euro coin with the bag to reimburse us was limited, so in the end we realized that the The supplement that was collected from us amounted to €1.70… 0.70c is not much, you might say, but that's the principle. We remain polite and go to ask for the difference, practically without a word and without apology she hands us the money.
In the end the sandwiches and fries were in the same bag as the drinks (usually there are different bags separating them), we ate cold.
We will continue to go to Conflans where the team is competent.
Have a good evening and hope that your “we are recruiting” sign at the entrance brings you respectful employees.

29/09/2024: A general opinion on the quality of MC Donalds, what a surprise was mine when I discovered that the Big Mac burger has shrunk considerably in view of the price which continues to increase
The burger no longer has a sandwich
Just there we can see that the bread the steak everything has been reduced it's just a scandal and a total scam
The quality is clearly no longer there
The store seemed clean at first glance.
