08/09/2026: The staff is attentive and friendly, very professional, and the place is beautiful and pleasant. I would return.

06/09/2026: My first experience was a disappointment. I was going upstairs to see if there were any seats (I wasn't alone), and one of us was waiting for our order. A man spoke to me curtly, asking what I wanted to do upstairs, without even asking if I had ordered or not. According to him, you have to order to get a seat, which I understand if he had asked me politely. I've noticed that the behavior of some employers needs to be reviewed, and I think the manager is definitely responsible.

28/10/2026: While eating my fries, I realized they were inedible. So I went to see the manager. She told me to put the fries back in their container, which I did. Then her colleague gave me another portion, and that's when the manager intervened, saying, "He ate them all, why are you giving him another portion?" Feeling embarrassed, I told the manager, "Well, if it bothers you, give me back the exact number of fries I had." The manager then took my portion and deliberately reduced the quantity by throwing them in the trash. I found this gesture extremely rude and inappropriate, and it left me speechless. It was a deplorable, pathetic, and unprofessional attitude, completely contrary to the ethics of a major chain. We were a family of seven, and we will never return to this restaurant.

27/10/2026: I waited 36 minutes for my order, which arrived cold. In addition to this interminable wait, half of what I ordered was missing, and the products I received were very poorly prepared, as if they had been rushed and careless. It's unacceptable to pay for a complete order and end up with cold products, missing items, and such poor quality. Between the wait time, the errors, and the condition of the order, nothing was right. Therefore, I request a refund given the poor service and the fact that a large part of my order was not delivered. It's unacceptable to pay for missing items and receive the rest in such a disappointing state. A real lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I hope the establishment takes responsibility and finds a solution quickly. At this level, the service is simply unacceptable.

04/09/2026: I have to disagree with other comments regarding this hotel. Yesterday when we were waiting for check-in I started browsing comments here and I got really stressed out that it will be horrible night. I would NEVER sleep in bed with bedbugs, I hate mold etc. Apart from waiting 20+ minutes for check-in I must admit this hotel is nothing as presented in comments - the rooms are clean, sheets are very clean, bathroom has no mold, everything is actually very nice and tidy. Of course the rooms are small and you can hear airplanes but this is budget hotel next to airport, what would you expect? 4,5 stars and would recommend. The only disadvantage was waiting for check-in

04/06/2026: The room is spacious, however, when you turn off the main light, it also turns off the bedside lamps. The bathroom was renovated to erase the design of the old sign, and there were leaks coming from the shower! For a recently renovated bathroom, this is unacceptable!

16/10/2026: Honestly, well done to the whole team! 👏 I think there's been a slight change in staff, and it makes all the difference. There's a real improvement. Even when I'm ordering takeout, I'm noticing far fewer mistakes, the fries are finally piping hot, and the orders are better prepared. It's great to see such a change, and they're all smiling too! Keep it up, it's fantastic! 🍟😊

07/07/2026: Fast food without the pee. The staff gives the wrong orders and says we didn't pay for the right meal. There are tons of flies on the food. They gave us the rice gratin.
