15/09/2026: A little gem, a restaurant with a very calm atmosphere and incredible food! It was delicious, and you can choose the spice level (if you're not used to it, medium is already quite hot). The service was top-notch; I'm someone who eats slowly, and at no point did I feel rushed or intrusive. The welcome was very warm! ☀️ Thank you for this wonderful experience! 🙂‍↕️

14/09/2026: At the end of a wonderful day in Strasbourg with the cathedral, a boat tour, and a guided tour, we finished off wonderfully at this restaurant. With a meat samosa and 2 green salads as starters, and "Biryani Poulet" for both main courses, we had a delicious meal. Our request not to make it spicy was perfectly followed, so we were able to eat it just fine! 😋 Friendly, attentive staff. Absolutely great! 👍🏼

20/09/2026: We stopped by for lunch. We had 2 pork knuckles and 2 thin pizzas and it was enough for a family lunch (4 of us). The staff is very friendly, they speak English. Recommended

19/09/2026: Tuesday evening I went here with some co-workers. The table soccer is huuuuge. We came from the Netherlands on a work trip. It was a great evening. The drinks were nice and the atmosphere was great. I wish I had spoken more with the handsome tinted barman, the one with a moustache that had a hard time finding me a sweet drink. I am sorry, I was the girl who also had asked you for some pen and paper to leave a note under the table. I felt an instant connection, but when I got the courage to walk up to him he had already finished his shift =( Still regretting it to this day..

28/08/2026: A brewery with a great variety of beers at good prices and a happy hour; they give you peanuts with every beer. A very pleasant time.

12/09/2026: I would have liked to give it a better rating, but it's a very basic restaurant. The service was quite fast, but the staff wasn't very friendly. We ordered gnocchi, which were just okay. It's rather disappointing to eat a dish that you could easily make at home. On the other hand, it's a good little spot if you want an inexpensive lunch break. The location, however, is excellent.

10/09/2026: I discovered Francesca 10 years ago when I was studying in Strasbourg. It has a really welcoming atmosphere: the staff are warm and friendly. A fantastic fast-food concept that retains all the charm and conviviality of Italy! A true favorite since forever!

14/07/2026: I ordered just one large fry and had to wait 23 minutes just to be served. In the end, I got fries that looked like they were thrown together and a poorly made homemade mayonnaise. The atmosphere was reasonable, though.

18/09/2026: Save your time and dont wait in the queue! Okay food, bad service. I must say waiters work hard, almost running while taking/bringing the orders. However, attitude is not pleasant as shared in other comments. No excuses for eye rolling and making noises while serving to customer - although it may be acceptable French behavior. As for the food, flams are good but I am sure you can find similar tastes in other places in the city.

29/08/2026: A wonderful discovery for the whole family! We had lunch here today and were pleasantly surprised. From the moment we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and immediately put us at ease. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the terrace is truly lovely. I chose the veal escalope with cream and mushroom sauce, served with fries: a beautiful presentation, a generous portion, and above all, a truly delicious meal! 😋 We had a wonderful time as a family and will definitely be back. I highly recommend it! 👌

16/09/2026: If you enjoy doctor's waiting rooms, this is the perfect place! First challenge: to receive the menu, you'll have to wait for the waiter to finish listening to the gossip from the terrace. Second challenge: to be able to order, you'll have to wait for the waiter to spread the terrace gossip inside. I advise you to memorize the menu since you'll have the time. Last step (the easiest): leave the establishment, taking your time this time (no one will notice you anyway). Challenge duration: 25 minutes and still thirsty. I strongly advise against this bar.

07/06/2026: We called two hours in advance and got a table for two on the terrace on a weekend evening! We were charmed by the restaurant, the warm welcome from the waitresses, and the menu. We were served quickly. However, there was one drawback, which was unintentional: we both experienced severe digestive issues after our meal. The common thread was the spaetzle (which, at dinnertime, wasn't cooked enough) and the chocolate fondant, which was extremely runny. Nevertheless, we were delighted to have eaten there and will return. We tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but received no answer (perhaps they were busy). Bonus point: the restaurant accepts the Pass Gourmand!

10/06/2026: We had a great time at Philibar. The concept is really fun, with a selection of games that make for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The cocktails are a real highlight: well-made, original, and very pleasant to drink. There are also a few food options available, perfect for enjoying a snack or light meal. The prices are reasonable for the experience offered. It's an ideal spot for a night out with friends, but also suitable for a date in a relaxed and playful atmosphere.

06/09/2026: The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. The food is delicious, and a huge bonus: they offer most of their dishes with vegetarian or vegan options (you'll also find dishes that are exclusively vegetarian/vegan). We've been visiting this place frequently since we discovered it, and I highly recommend it!

05/09/2026: I've ordered and eaten at this place many times and have been mostly satisfied. Besides the desserts, the food is really good. But today i ordered some takoyaki (fried octopus balls) that I'd already previously ordered, and was very surprised to find that they were green and had no octopus in them, but instead fava beans. I went to check the description to see what was up, and found this. I find it very scummy to add the information at the very end like this, especially when you don't change the previous one so nothing looks off at first glance and you have to in fact press show more to even see it. Why would i reread the entire description for an item I've ordered many times before? Plus, who wants octopus balls without octopus?? That's like selling strawberry ice cream and adding at the very end of the description that by the way this doesn't have strawberries... Not to mention keeping it at the same price while replacing fish with vegetables. Do better. Whole thing feels very careless if not scummy. And to top it all off, they were unsurprisingly very bland.
