21/07/2026: This is Alsace: delicious tarte flambée, friendly service, and a great atmosphere. 👍🏼

20/07/2026: The food was good, especially the tarte flambée. As for the service, the staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, we had to deal with really long wait times, first to have our order taken, then for the food to arrive, and finally to pay. To be fair, it was a very busy evening, which likely contributed to the delay. However, two of my friends received their food first, while the other friend and I had to wait another 10 minutes for ours. Honestly, that shouldn't happen, as it completely ruins the point of eating out together. On a positive note, the ambiance was lovely, with warm lighting, cozy wooden details, and nice plants that fit both the mood and the food.

28/07/2026: Le Rajustant welcomed and served us in excellent conditions, and we had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere is warm and very culturally rich, thanks to the waiter and chef. What we ate was delicious and perfectly seasoned. I will gladly return.

06/07/2026: I arrived at Strasbourg around 9 PM and it was like all the restaurants and markets were closed. Just found this restaurant by google and it’s absolutely amazing! The people super friendly and the food was great! Must try their local specialty pizza

22/07/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome. They gave us time to choose. The plate was generous, delicious, and perfect. Our two dogs were very well received; they were given a bowl of water. If you want to eat outside, it's best to make a reservation.

08/08/2026: A relatively inexpensive restaurant with a very good menu where everyone is sure to find something they like. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is really delicious, and the best part for our children: the two adorable cats.

07/06/2026: We called two hours in advance and got a table for two on the terrace on a weekend evening! We were charmed by the restaurant, the warm welcome from the waitresses, and the menu. We were served quickly. However, there was one drawback, which was unintentional: we both experienced severe digestive issues after our meal. The common thread was the spaetzle (which, at dinnertime, wasn't cooked enough) and the chocolate fondant, which was extremely runny. Nevertheless, we were delighted to have eaten there and will return. We tried calling the restaurant to let them know, but received no answer (perhaps they were busy). Bonus point: the restaurant accepts the Pass Gourmand!

12/08/2026: I visited Mademoiselle 10 a few days ago and had a truly positive experience. It's a refined, pleasant restaurant with a cuisine that demonstrates research and great attention to the finest ingredients. I particularly enjoyed the fish, prepared with great care, with elegant flavors and thoughtful accompaniments. It's refined cuisine without being overly complicated, showcasing the ingredients and providing a wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was also very pleasant, friendly and professional, as was the intimate atmosphere and the interesting wine selection. Overall, the level is truly excellent: perhaps all that's missing is that little extra detail, that perfect balance and execution of each course, to achieve absolute excellence. A place I definitely recommend in Strasbourg and would gladly return to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

09/08/2026: This was my first time at MELLE 10, and my adorable teenager and I loved everything, from the appetizers to the dessert. The menu is just how I like it: concise, which guarantees freshness and homemade quality. I highly recommend this lovely spot in Strasbourg, with its air-conditioned dining room and tasteful decor. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
